My knee and elbow are in so much better shape after visiting them and we’re now working on a restrengthening program to get me back in the shape I want to be in. They are very careful with rehab and emphasize intentionality and breath in building positive habits with their patients. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him if you’ve been hesitant to see a chiropractor in the past! He’s practical, kind and gets good outcomes! And the entire office runs efficiently!

The facilities are clean and tidy. Dr. DeClerk is the best! I have seen him for several things not just chiropractic but all around join health! He has helped me to get to the bottom of the issues and get them resolved so I can get back to my normal workouts! I also see MJ for my massage therapy and she is incredible as well!! Fantastic experience: After my cesarean section, the upper left side of my back really hurt and it caused me to sleep poorly at night. When I could sleep, it was only in a particular position which in turn caused other parts of my back and neck to ache. I can’t thank Dr. DeClerk enough for restoring me back to sound sleep. I noticed a difference upon the initial adjustment and after just a few adjustments I was back to normal! The office staff is incredible as well—very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Dr. Kevin at the North Little Rock location does chiropractic as well as soft tissue work customized to the patient's individual needs. MJ is the best masseuse around, from light pressure to deep tissue, cupping, and more! Scheduling is easy too.

He personalizes each treatment plan to the needs of the patient, not the needs of filling his appointment calendar or attempting to maximize payer benefits. He has been gracious enough to work me in urgently when I have had acute issues, as well. His staff is efficient and knowledgeable, and SO kind! I have also had massages with MJ and she is amazing! I love that I can schedule online OR over the phone too. Makes it so easy and convenient. Cannot recommend Omnis Rehab highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. DeClerk, Betta Clark and all the staff at Omnis Rehab are amazing. I went in for both lower back pain, hip pain and also left wrist issues pre and post COVID. I genuinely think I would still be in pain if it weren't for their help. Their care and dedication to all of their patients is absolutely outstanding. Brady really took the time to speak with me about my issues to make sure he understood everything going on and recommend specific treatment. Betta assisted me with pelvic floor treatment and exercises after I had my daughter, and I can't sing her praises enough! I highly recommend taking a visit to ease your aches, pains and woes in addition to always being greeted with a smile! They work extremely hard to keep within CDC guidelines. One of the best teams out there!

Fantastic experience: After a knee injury kept me from working out, I went to see Dr. Brady. Not only did he help treat the symptoms, but also helped identify the cause of the pain and help correct it (turns out it was my squat form). It was my first experience with a chiropractor, and I will for sure be back!

Dr. DeClerk spends time finding out what my issues are and helps me with treatment plans I can do at home. They call and check on me and make sure I am on schedule for maintenance. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for several years and can't say enough good things about Brady and Sarah. Previous clinics had me come in multiple times a week for months to fix a pain that would eventually come back, Brady's goal is to find the source of the pain and then follow up as needed. He has exercises to strengthen weak areas which have been a huge help. I have never felt better and have had less issues with my lower back and shoulder. He is fantastic!

I see Dr. DeClerk for regular maintenance appointments and have seen him for rehabilitation on both my Achilles and shoulder. He doesn’t just try to fix the imminent issue. He works with you to fix the cause so that it doesn’t happen again. By having MJ on board for massages and Kaily on board for Botox, my children’s school physicals, and other needs, Omnis Rehab is pretty much my one stop wellness hub!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Omnis for just over a year now. Dr. DeClerk and his staff are just amazing! I feel welcome everytime I walk through the door. He has helped keep my neck and back in check and taken care of a few migraines. He is very knowledgeable in his field and gets to the root of the problem and fixes it. Fantastic experience: I've used Dr. DeClerk for several years at another facility for strictly chiropractic care and always been very happy with the treatments. However since he opened up Omnis Rehab about a year ago and started focusing as much on the cause of pain and disfunction and not just treating the symptoms, I've been even more pleased. He not only uses a variety of techniques in the office to treat you while you are there, but can also provide some ideas of things to do on your own at home or in the gym to try to help maintain yourself between visits. I would definitely recommend Omnis Rehab for basic chiropractic care, but if you participate in any sport at all then this is the place you should seek treatment.
