Fantastic experience: I’ve had my second surgery performed by Dr Ardoin And with both procedures I have observed superb results and customer service from all staff. I currently visited Dr. Norton and I am receiving excellent care. I am blessed to have Ortho Arkansas nearby.

Positive experience: Dr Henry is very awesome and thorough. I have also used Dr Eric Gordon. I never really give five stars because I feel that there is always room for improvement. Do not be intimidated because Dr Henry is Younger. Dr Gordon saved my foot 3 years ago when every doctor in the hospital told me that I could not keep it!

Fantastic experience: My wait time was alittle over an hour. I had to go to desk to find out what the wait was about. Yes he was running behind which is not distressing but she went to a couple others to say they were running behind. I didn’t hear Dr name so I didn’t know. Other than that my visit was uneventful. Dr Smith was very thorough and didn’t appear to be in any hurry. He explain everything in detail and gave me options. He included me in my care. Very please with my visit. First time at ortho Arkansas and will go back.

Fantastic experience: I always receive good service! My husband and I have been going to Ortho Arkansas for quite a few years. Dr Peek will not rush to do surgery. He's done 3 back and 4 neck surgeries. I'm going to have another surgery on my neck. I have Degenerative disc disease, that's the reason for so many surgeries. The staff members are very friendly and do their jobs.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr Cayme in months passed. He is such a kind-hearted doctor! He was concerned about my medical condition and was quick to offer injections to help ease my discomfort from pain. I am presently under the care of Heather Martin (rheumatologist). She seems to be very compassionate and caring. She has diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis and I am under going a treatment plan to keep the arthritis from progressing. I would highly recommend Dr. Cayme and Heather Martin!

I thought nobody would care for me correctly, because I had gone to other places and they told me the bad news but never advised me on what they could do, neither did they call me back. I meet Dr. Jason Smith and he was an outstanding doctor, he didn't make me feel like there was no hope but he was very hopeful that he could help me. This is such a fresh breath of air and relief in comparison from the initial provider at a different facility who scoffed when I begged for help. Being in Dr. Black’s care gave me confidence and peace of mind every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Dr. Cayme, Ms. Vaske, and their staff are nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, they have met me with unwavering compassion, patience, and understanding. Throughout this incredibly painful and confusing journey, they’ve brought clarity, hope, and even tears of joy at moments I never thought possible. I’m eternally grateful for their guidance and care. After being repeatedly dismissed by other providers as if the symptoms and pain are “all in my head,” their validation and support have been life-changing. They don’t just treat patients….they see them, hear them, and walk alongside them when the path feels impossible. I’m extremely grateful to be in their care!

I have been her patient for 14 years. With her care and guidance, I hope to be her patient for years to come. Evan is her very sweet and capable Nurse. He too is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When you call and leave a message he definitely returns your call as soon as possible. Negative experience: My daughter got an MRI through Ortho Arkansas for a lingering back issue. On the follow up appointment the MRI was not shown to us, we were just told nothing was wrong with her spine and it is likely a muscle strain. We were advised to go to PT a couple of times and learn the exercises and then complete them at home. The next day we go see a Physical Therapist and they pull up the MRI. In the MRI notes it is explained that she has a fracture in her vertebrae that is almost healed and a Schmorls Node. Ortho Arkansas never mentioned this once. The doctors said she looked it over and another doctor looked it over and it looks “fine”. The PT says they can see the fracture on the MRI but it does look to be almost healed. This makes sense because it was a lingering back issue over 2 months of which Ortho Arkansas was aware. Also, on the PT order, it says to do 4-6 weeks of PT. This is not what we were told at our appt with Ortho Arkansas. At this point, we don’t know what actually needs to be done after 3 visits and hundreds of dollars. To compound the problem, it is almost impossible to get ahold of someone with some actual answers. You have to call and wait on the line for 20-30 min, then all you can do is leave a message for the nurse with the call center who may or may not call you back, then she will relay information to the Doctor, who will then relay information back to you through the nurse. It’s a mess. I would avoid them and find a small practice that you can actually talk to and work with.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience with my new patient first visit. Dr. Peek asked lots of questions expressing a true desire to understand my multiple conditions, something I have not found in previous Physicians that I've been to. On top of that he answered my questions and was very descriptive in his answers giving me an understanding of the process. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with our meeting and look forward to working with him in the future. I have not yet to find a physician that thorough.
