Negative experience: Dr. Depaak Goyal tried to diagnose me with Bipolar disorder after one visit with him because I had a weird side effect to a med I was taking. He was extremely unprofessional and did not listen to me at all about what I wanted done at the appointment. He put me on Prozac for my anxiety and depression and it has been working wonders. However, he gave me zero refills and I have been calling the clinic every day with no answer or call back. Since then, my anxiety has returned and I have been off my meds for a week now. You’re not supposed to suddenly stop taking psych meds. I will be using a different clinic from now on instead of one where the doctors flirt with the nurses in front of you before taking care of their patients.

Negative experience: Zero stars if I could ! Worst place to call Your PCP. Doctors are in and out. Do not listen to you at all. Dr. Kevin Smith was about to send me home talking about I “probably” an Upper Respiratory Infection. No swab or test. Just probably. Had to show my a** just to get a swab and *boom* I had full blown COVID!! Do NOT go here

Negative experience: This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. The doctors there run test and don’t follow up with you about the results. I’ve been calling and messaging my doctor for two weeks through mychart with no response. Talked to two nurses and all they can tell me is that they will send another message to the doctor like I haven’t done that already. This place is ridiculous, searching for another pcp asap. This place can care less about the importance of their patients health.

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic ever. Doctors very unprofessional, they will lie to you, set up procedures for you and never get around to performing them. Not compassionate or sensitive to your pain. Would not ever go back and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

Negative experience: This place is literally terrible. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Only reason we even bring my uncle here is because he’s elderly, autistic and has been established for years at this clinic by my grandmother and it’s just too late to get him reestablished elsewhere. Messages go unanswered. Leaving voicemails don’t get calls back. Needing a referral for hospice and been asking for over a week now just to go unanswered. Scheduled an appointment with his PCP to be seen sooner than later and even after waiting 3 whole weeks for this appointment, he was seen by some random doctor who knew nothing about him and they considered the appointment an “urgent care” appointment. Not tho mention they completely missed a really bad UTI he had after I brought him in multiple times for it to the point he could no longer walk. If anyone has had any better experiences I’d be extremely surprised. EDIT: Finally got hospice involved to help with at home care. They have his medical records and asked about his dementia. I was not told he had dementia or any signs of dementia when I specifically asked about a CT scan. The doctor told me it was normal. But after reading the results, it in fact was NOT and he has shown signs of brain shrinkage. These doctors do not care about the patient and now thanks to the hospice nurses, I FINALLY know why my uncle has been on a rapid decline. NO THANKS UAMS.

Negative experience: Terrible at getting test ordered I have been waiting 3 weeks to get a ct of my head and still have not gotten a call to schedule it. I have been dealing with a migraine since before Thanksgiving. Every time I call I get hung up. When I finally did get through I find out the order has not even been submitted so I was lied to when they said my insurance approved it. If I could give zero stars I would. If there was another choice in hospitals and clinics I would go there

Positive experience: When your doc refuses to refill BREATHING meds until you make an appointment which is 4-6 weeks away so you have to go to urgent care to get your meds...... All about the Benjamin's baby!!!!

Negative experience: Any doctor or nurse I have seen at this clinic has been very unprofessional and not friendly at all. The ladies at the check-in/check-out desk will make you wait forever just to check you in or out, and you will be waiting a long time after to see your doctor too. Every one of the doctors I have seen here, were rude, young, unprofessional, won't listen to what you have to say, and will not give you any kind of help. I've tried multiple doctors at the clinic, and I've left with a bad experience each time. This is not the place to go for anything. I wouldn't suggest this location.

Fantastic experience: I haven't really ever had a doctor that I felt cared about me and what I had to say in a long time, but this place is different. They really do care about their patients and listen to everything you have to say! I've seen Dr. Ren and Dr. King and they both are amazing

Fantastic experience: I generally don’t do reviews but TBH this place is getting a lot of hate so I figured I would. I started taking my son here a couple months ago and yes the wait times are a little long because they’re pretty busy, but they still take good care of my little guy and never seem distracted when they’re in with him or anything. They’re great with kids, very professional, kind, and really try their best, so I would recommend going here if you’re okay with a twenty minute or so wait to see the doctor

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience at this clinic. The staff was very professional and nice. The practitioner that I saw was extremely friendly and knew what she was talking about. I was an hour and a half early, expecting to wait until my appointment and they squeezed me in way ahead of my appointment time. I would recommend it to everyone.

Positive experience: Waited a while, but faculty and staff treated me well and took my concerns seriously. I would recommend this clinic. I believe they may have made changes over the past year for the better. It is better than it was.

Fantastic experience: The words overbooked, overworked, overstressed, and tired of dealing with the exact type of people who write reveiws that make unrealistic complaints that UAMS operates asathough nobody knows whats going on and how unorganized they are and that they are rude. HOLD ON PEOPLE! Do either of yall work within the medical feild. Or at any company where over 1000 people are on staff at any given time. How about just 100. Tell me that at least 1 person who complained is amongst a group of at least 100 people clock out while the next 100 people are clocking in If so, how well does the flow of imformation make it from first shift to second shift. And im not talking about missing staplers or nobody told you it was casual friday. Im talking about the type of responsibilities that if the flow of information really was as disorganized as you claim, then TENS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WOULD LOOSE THERE LIVES EVERY YEAR!!! So if you think about it and they didn't begin to prep you for surgeory because of their poor organization skills, then my opinion is that you should give these people A HELL OF ALOT MORE CREDIT for doing the type of job that they elected to do. Then went to years of coclege to learn the skills neccassary to do a job that requires long hours away from friends and family, years of expensive highly spealized college courses, to successfully have aacareer in a line of work that each staff member willingly makes countless sacrifices every single day, for ONE REASON ONLY.. TO HELP PEOPLE. ...! Now I don't know who was rude to you for you to indiscriminately put a label on thousands of that person's coworkersc. But I bet you anything if you bump into that rude person anytime anywhere and you are facing a medical emergency, I bet Mr or Mrs rudeness won't think twice about saving your life. Would you? Who's the rude one again? Answering the call to help those who are unable to help themselves is a virtue that we should all recognize as a form of greatness. Individuals who perform these tasks daily did not choose the profession they are in. Their profession chose them. BELEIVE THAT!! Thank you to the men and woman who perform such duties despite the hardships, the mental toll is must take on you, and the strength and will power that drives a very small percentage of the population that possessed the qaulity to help those who are unable to help themselves.
