Fantastic experience: Dr. Ochshorn provides attentive, thoughtful options for people having physical pain. I have been experiencing low back pain (work) and shoulder issues (bike riding), Eli helped explain the body mechanics and potential causes. The Injury Coach gave me exercises with great examples that I can review as needed and a tool for tracking my progress!

Fantastic experience: Eli treated me for a running injury recently and was spot on with his diagnosis of my issue and spot on about getting me back on my feet and back on the street running as quickly as possible. He is an incredibly competent and thoughtful practitioner who understands athletes and the issues runners and cyclists face when they overextend themselves. In addition to being completely tuned into my injury, he offered great resources for prevention in the future and has followed up to be sure I remain on track. Eli is in my network for good now, I highly recommend his work!

Fantastic experience: I suffered an acute lower back injury right before quarantine. I was in serious pain and concerned that I would be sidelined for awhile. The Injury Coach evaluated me the night of the injury and gave me a few exercises which immediately reduced the pain. He then gave me a comprehensive yet doable rehabilitation program which I've followed for the last few months. The results have been tremendous: my back pain is nearly eliminated and I've been able to resume my workout routine. The Injury Coach is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic. Highly recommended!
