Fantastic experience: This is my second injury and my second opportunity to work with Tiffany and she is awesome. She is clinically focused as to what the treatment plan would be, she explained what I need to work on at home. I have confidence in her and each visit I leave feeling better and seeing progress between each visit!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with lower extremity issues for almost a year. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile & hello. Tiffany was very efficient & knowledgeable during the whole evaluation process. I didn’t feel rushed like a number. I felt like the pain & issues I struggled with were important & real. She really listens to you while asking questions to obtain more information in order help you in the best possible way. Not only did she assess me, she made up a care plan for home & future visits. In my books, her companion for her patients is top notch. A few days after my visit I feel better than I have in a long time. There will be future visits of course. At least I feel like I am getting somewhere & Tiffany will be there to listen & help me.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany was excellent to work with. She immediately discussed and acknowledged my goals of care, with specific exercises to support movement in my sport. She was knowledgeable about not only my physical injury, but the mental toll it can have as well. Overall, highly recommend getting in touch with Tiffany.

Negative experience: Called a few times to see if they were taking new appointments and was met with voicemail. Finally got ahold of them and was told immediately and very rudely that no new patients are being accepted and I should call my insurance. That’s fine whatever, but being rude and snappy and angry at a potential new client right off the bat was uncalled for. Note that no information regarding new patients not being accepted is to be found anywhere (if I had known I wouldn’t have called and would have saved us both time and energy). It also felt like she was taking out her personal frustrations on me. The receptionist gets even more pissed when I tell her I did call my insurance already and snaps that she has “medical issues” which is why no new patients are being accepted. When asking why that matters (assuming she’s a receptionist) she full on yells at me that she can’t work and needs surgery. Apparently I was supposed to know that there’s only one person who works there and it’s the PT, despite all website information referring to the company as a collective “we” rather than one single persons private practice that doesn’t even employ receptionists. (Maybe that’s common knowledge but to me it’s very unusual; it’s like a surgeon answering phones). I can’t speak for their service and other reviews seem to think it’s good, but absolutely do not recommend due to customer service for potential customers.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany helped set me up following a broken arm. She understood the injury and fitted me with a quality sling that was a great improvement over the one the hospital gave. Thanks for your knowledge and generosity!

Fantastic experience: The best experience! After almost a year of care, I was nearly pain free and had a set of exercises to do on my own to continue my recovery outside of therapy sessions. Tiffany is very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here for PT after two knee surgeries and it was really helpful. The gym had everything I needed to exercise and make a full recovery. It is located close to my classes so I could have a session between them which was nice for scheduling. Overall great experience!

I needed treatment for a recurring shoulder issue and I am completely satisfied with the results. Empathic: Dr. Virag sought to understand precisely the nature of my issue and concerns. Efficient and effective: she got me in quickly, used a variety of treatments and set me up with a home program which yielded maximum results in a fairly short period of time. Extremely knowledgeable: Dr. Virag holds multiple certifications and was able to offer effective treatments that I had never received from previous therapists. Fantastic experience: Madison Physical Therapy was a great pick for me. Knowledgable, professional, flexible, and very, very helpful and fun. I have a lot of movement training background, and I needed a PT that respected my understanding and gave me just the right amount of challenge to get me going again after my full hip replacement. Madison PT did that for me. MPT was also able to reign me back in when I was too exuberant and gave me excellent advise on how to take time to heal.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany was able to take me further in my stroke recovery than other therapists who told me that’s all I’d be able to do she made it possible for me to regain considerable function in the left arm that didn’t work when I lose service it wouldn’t ever happen whenever I had weed… Tiffany was there to provide creative enjoyable stimulating options to my recovery routine and get me back and track to where I wanted to be so I could continue on with a more satisfying and productive lifestyle because of her I continue to dance Bike ride and do other community activities I might not otherwise have achieved. Each visit results in more improvement it’s nice to keep moving forward thank you Tiffany.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany is a great listener and very responsive to my complaints. She modified my treatment to fit my lifestyle and the activities I wanted to get back to. She was also no-nonsense in the best possible way! She trusted me to complete my exercises on my own so we could check-in and focus on other modalities during our appointments. I'm a very active twenty-something with a knee that hasn't felt this good in 2+ years, and I have Tiffany to thank for that!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Tiffany Virag. Tiffany suggested "space pants" - it felt like a deep massage for my legs which was very soothing after a long hike. She also suggested electrical stimulation for my tennis elbow, which immediately disrupted the pain. I felt much better afterwards. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After experiencing increasing pain with my SI joint, visits to Madison PT and consulting therapist Tiffany was very effective with utilizing a multiple modality treatment of cupping, scraping and dry needling. I will definitely go back. After all, I am not getting any younger and I plan on being more active in the future!
