True Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: a few years go, i broke both wrists and both arms (long story). at the time, they recommended physical therapy, but since i felt like i was healed, i didn’t bother. i went about my life! shortly thereafter, my arms were totally lame, barely functional, and extremely hard to work with given that i was in college at the time. i couldn’t carry groceries back to my apartment and i could barely lift my backpack. not knowing what to do, i went to Adam at the recommendation of my mother who has had great success with Adam in the past. since then (2020) when we began working together, my arms have given me zero problems. i also completed a lot of at-home exercises that Adam gave me to help the process. never been better! thank you, Adam. he is truly gifted!

Fantastic experience: Adam has helped me on two different occasions years apart with PT and rehab for different injuries. He has a breadth of knowledge, is a good listener, and is adept at seeking out and finding the root cause of issues. With my injuries, I need a great PT like I need a great mechanic, and I'm glad I found Adam.

Fantastic experience: I am a PT at a hospital. I used to throw my back out about 1/yr and knew that it was not sustainable if I want to keep working. We worked together for several months. I was religious about doing my homework. I have no back pain and haven't had any back problems in years. He does excellent work.

Fantastic experience: Adam is unlikely anyone else. We have seen him for things with: back, arm, foot, and neck pain and he is able to fix them all quickly. I will never go elsewhere and I will never take my family anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder and neck pain from a bad injury 10 years ago and it flared up often. I did not want to be out with surgery and wasn't guaranteed surgery would repair it completely. After three appointments with Adam, I am so pleased to say that I have had no flare-ups in over 6 months which is a timeframe I have never gone without one before. He is so thorough and has a great bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: Adam is professional and personal in knowing his patient well. After a fall severing tendons above the knee and crushing my knee cap, I find his work most helpful in working with muscles to get the leg working smoothly again as I do not want more knee replacements or revisions.

Fantastic experience: Adam is an exceptionally skilled physical therapist and uses a variety of approaches to address the issue. He has a true passion for his profession and he seems endlessly curious about the intricacies of human function and physical dysfunction. I have seen many therapists for the problem we are addressing, and have had amazing improvements after only 3 visits with Adam. As a therapist myself, I know a great one when I work with one. I highly recommend Adam.

Fantastic experience: I used to get sidelined about 2 months a year from back problems. I saw lots of chiropractors and therapists. After a decade of frustration and pain I met Adam. I don't get hurt anymore, and my ultimate Frisbee game is better than ever. I could go to someone else and insurance would cover it, but Adam is worth paying out of pocket for.
