Fantastic experience: The therapist was very thorough in diagnosing my problem. She used needling and two days later my muscle feels more relaxed! On my second visit, my PT used about five different methods to relax my glut muscle. I felt better when I left. The pain is not gone yet but she promised me it would go.

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapy! I've seen Jeff for chronic upper back pain as well as numerous sports injuries and could not be happier. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!

Fantastic experience: After 76 years of replaced joints and surgery from injuries, I find PRO PT one of the best Physical Therapy groups I have ever experienced. They are kind, thorough and infinitely knowledgable about helping your body get back to functioning properly and without pain. I’ve never seen so many different options for help in one PT clinic.

They were the chosen company by the Doctor to start the recovery immediately instead of waiting the 6 or 7 months to get into UW Physical Therapy. They are very professional and give you a written/with diagrams of what exercises you need to do between visits.

The appointment availability is the best in Madison and is what it should be for access to Physical Therapy. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Jaime for about a year now after an acute and severely limiting jaw injury. When I first went to her I was having lots of pain even with simple things like talking, eating, and sleeping. I now do all of those things comfortably and have recovered most, if not all, of my former jaw function. Jaime is so knowledgeable and formulates a plan specific to your goals and needs. She truly listens and also explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend Jaime and Pro PT.. it certainly has changed my life!

Fantastic experience: Had a very serious rotator cuff injury in 2020, total knee replacement in fall of 2020 and total shoulder replacement in April of 2021---to say I requested Dave for all three speaks for the 5+ stars. He is the best. But will be happy not to see him again inside the office!

Fantastic experience: I have had numerous surgeries and therefore numerous need for physical therapy. Before coming to PRO Physical Therapy I had run the gamut of PT "professionals" ranging from so-so to very good. PRO is the FIRST PT operation (no pun) that I have personally found to be truly and genuinely EXCELLENT. I have worked primarily with Dave Nissenbaum and assorted interns and other staffers and I could not be more pleased with their knowledge, efforts and, most importantly, RESULTS with me. They CARE. They listen to you. They accommodate your schedule. They do ot put you "on the clock" when you walk in, rather, they take the time to achieve that session's objectives. Bedside manner matters a lot to me and Dave and Jessica (their Gal Friday) are super nice and fun to be around. I have not had one bad experience since starting my relationship with PRO in early March or 2020. I saw them for not one but TWO major surgeries: complete replacements of first my shoulder and then my knee. The shoulder was done 2/26/2020 and today functions like it did 20 years ago! The knee (6/8/2020) is a slower recovery but is constantly improving. Most importantly I do not take recommendations lightly. Dave and company are THE BEST PT guys and gals that I have evr worked with (or been worked on). Have pre or post-surgery needs? This is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: My initial physical therapy at UW left me frustrated at best with the care and recovery process. When I got referred to work with Jeff at Pro physical therapy it was like a night and day difference. His methods and level of care has been vastly superior to what I received previously. I can’t recommend pro physical therapy enough.
