Fantastic experience: To all of my friend out there (all two of them - HA!) I wanted to sing the praises of CPTE Manchester. I started at CPTE in June of 2024 after a bad fall which ended up being a broken head of my femur. Initially I chose this rehab spot it because it had a good reputation and also a pool which appealed to me. I dreaded going to what I thought was going to be a torture regime. The Center for Physically Therapy and Exercise at 20 Main St actually ended up being a Godsend. Due the extent of my injury it took nearly four months to get into their rehab pool - and while I thought waiting would be a torture the "regular rehab" actually was amazing - mostly because of the people. The atmosphere is not only upbeat but encouraging. The therapists are not only good natured but also intelligent and accommodating to your needs. If there was a day that I lacked enthusiasm or was down... they would say: "Put on your big girl thong and get in the pool." HA HA HA Without a doubt they seriously were the most motivating crew I have every worked with... I basically went from a reluctant participant to a candidate to Cirque to Soleil. Ha The manager is GREAT, the therapists are GREAT and the service is OUTSTANDING!

Kathryn, the Office Manager & Physical Therapist, has been of much guidance as she works with you on your plan of action. Cameron who is a Nursing Tech and Therapy Tech, works extremely hard with you on the plan of action not only on your therapy sessions, but on stretching at home and on utilizing community resources. For me, this includes YMCA programming and ensuring that you maintain balance in your life as you struggle with physical challenges. ai honestly feel CPTE has been the place for me to be a little healthier than before. Fantastic experience: Where do I start.....I was given a list of PT places near me and I just did my homework on places based off reviews and CPTE knocked it out with every review written. This is what brought me to CPTE in Manchester. The staff from the check-in personnel to their students all catered to their patients. Kathryn who is the Manager is amazing, her personality and demeanor are top notch! I had Danica who was very knowledgeable from the 1st consultation to her care throughout the treatment for my hand. I never once felt out of place and considered CPTE Manchester my secondary family just because of how the staff truly cared for their patients. They all were eager to answer any concerns I brought up. I spent close to almost a year there for treatment and I wouldn't consider another place!! Shout-out to Greg and Jason and rest of the staff there.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place for any athlete struggling with any sports related pain. Very good plans to help increase mobility and repair injuries. They have a very flexible schedule as well which can also benefit someone who is in school or playing sports.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the staff at CPTE. I was sent there to continue aquatic therapy and Greg got me on a great treatment plan that helped me to build stamina. He was so easy to work with and it was obvious that he loves his job. His positivity helped to motivate me to keep working hard. I had already been in therapy for well over a year but due to tremendous surgical trauma after multiple life changing brain, full skull & neck fusions and a few “butcherings” of my scapula, functioning is very difficult. I have dealt with many medical professionals/PTs on this medical journey and most have been quick to dismiss me. When it would have been easy for Greg to just give up on me, instead he advocated for me to be treated by the PTs in the clinic. They truly wanted to help. I left that day in tears, because they weren’t giving up on me. And all these months later they still haven’t given up! It’s so validating to have people understand that chronic pain/dysfunction from surgical trauma requires longterm therapy. The manual therapy that Kathryn, Danica & Cam provide allows me to function even a little better which is a huge deal when you have so much pain/limitations. They are caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and they keep trying to find modalities that help me. I am beyond grateful for their willingness to work with me to try to make my quality of life better. After the long medical journey that I’ve been on (that hasn’t been the most pleasant) that turned my life upside down, it’s people like the staff at CPTE who help me to keep fighting the battle. They have made a huge difference in my ability to keep persevering!

Fantastic experience: I came to CPTE after going to another provider in Bedford where I had been going for years, but that office was sold to a larger chain and lost some of my favorite staff. I chose CPTE in Manchester due to its proximity to Bedford and the reviews. The reviews were on target. That starts at the top, with PT Kathryn who is the manager at that location. Kathryn runs a smooth, efficient and friendly operation (and she is also one of two great PT's that I regularly see). The PT's I see regularly are great - Kathryn and Danica, and occasionally Greg. All are terrific PT's and fun to chat with. The PT's are supported by great staff, including - Emily at the desk, who is pleasant, efficient and does just about everything there, Jason, who pleasantly and quietly from more "behind the scene" works effectively and efficiently to also take care of the patients. The office is also supported by several student interns from Franklin Pierce U's DPT program, who I have always found to be helpful and pleasant. Aside from the above, which is all great, it is an added bonus that it is absolutely no hassle to the office to change appointments as needed - and to get another one to take it's place within a reasonable time period, something I have found to be problematic at other PT offices, including at my former office. My job hours require flexibility and CPTE is more than willing to work with me to work around those hours so that I can get my PT in each week. While you may find a less congested area in which to obtain PT services, you'll find what's going on INSIDE is worth the trip. By the way...don't bother taking a seat in the "waiting area" - I have NEVER waited (well maybe a minute or two, perhaps on one, but no more than two occasions out of 50 or so visits) - something I have NEVER experienced at any other PT office.

They had me back on my feet after a hip operation in just 3 months time! Staff is very helpful and flexible with working around schedules as well. 10/10 recommend for anyone in need of physical therapy or any other treatments of similar nature. They also do dry needling at this location, absolutely revitalizing. I would without a doubt send my family and friends to this location without hesitation! They work wonders here!

Fantastic experience: These ladies (and Greg) do phenomenal work and are extremely professional with their technique and explanations. They'll take the time to listen to your specific issue, devise a comprehensive plan of attack, and will always make sure you do your stretches, even at home! I mean, one time I caught one of them peaking through the blinds and tapping on the window to make sure that I was doing them on my own. THIS is the kind of follow up and dedication you can expect....

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed the time I’ve spent at CPTE. I have a life long illness that my pain and stiffness is best managed if I keep going to pt for many session though-out the year. Each week I attend two pool session and one land session. I have worked with many of the staff who all really knowledgeable seem to really love their jobs. They really care about you and they want you to feel better. There are privacy rooms for patients that just don’t feel conferable being out in the big room with other people. I don’t personally use these rooms but I’ve seen others use them. I’ve done pt at two other pt places. They don’t compare to CPTE.

I never had any issue when it came to changing appointments, and she was always very happy to reschedule me in a quick manner. Every PT there, Kathryn, Danica, Greg, Cam, and Becca always were going above and beyond to prioritize my care. I mainly worked with Danica, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always answered every question I had with the utmost kindness (no matter how many silly questions I asked her). All the staff there are very tight-knit and it’s an environment I never expected to see at a provider’s office.
