Fantastic experience: Paola, John and Sindy are exemplary professionals. I walked in with some lower back issues/pain in September and left several weeks later with almost no pain, a much stronger core foundation and a great homework program for ongoing use.

Fantastic experience: Going to Alpine Physical Therapy has been so beneficial. The improvement from the activities there and the ones they gave me to do at home Have changed everything. The muscle strength after braking my femur over these months. I keep getting closer to again doing all the activities I have enjoyed. Definitely recommend them Thank you

Fantastic experience: Alpine PT is a quality deliverer of physical therapy. I have Parkinson's Disease and Syndy (spelling?) took the time to research and develop a Parkinson's focused regime and discuss the disease to better address needs. Above and beyond... knowledgeable and able to have challenging discussions respectfully which results in the best outcome possible and both of us learning. Additionally, she recognizes and can help with sleep issues (Critical!). If I develop the need to revisit, I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I have used Alpine PT and Sports Care twice over the past 18 months and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of physical therapy. My first experience was immediately after a knee replacement. I worked with John who I found knowledgeable, attentive, patient and eager to get me back to my favorite activities. I was soon doing outdoor walks in my hilly neighborhood, hiking, riding my Peloton, and skiing. Eight months after my surgery, I started to have pain in the area surrounding my new knee. After consulting with the surgeon who recommended exercising more, I sought out physical therapy again. This time I worked with Sindy. Like John, Sindy is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient and was very concerned about the swollen and feverish condition around the new knee. Sindy recommended that I go for a second opinion because she surmised that the surgical glue might be coming loose. Sindy was correct in her assessment and I now need revision surgery. I have already scheduled my after surgery physical therapy with Alpine PT and know that I am in good hands for a speedy recovery. Thank you all at Alpine PT and Sports Care!

Fantastic experience: Ally Rotondo Watson has truly made my day! I’m currently hiking the Appalachian Trail and was experiencing some lower back pain and was in desperate need of help. Ally worked her magic and has truly provided me the pain relief I need to finish my 2200 mile trek!

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed with the quality of patient care. The attention to my specific injuries, and the explanation of my responsibilities after my appointments has made and is making a difference in my recovery. Paula makes me feel comfortable and welcome the minute i walk in. She has been extremely helpful in my scheduling. John has made this the best experience I have ever had in pt. Hes explains in detail the answers to all my questions. I have also enjoyed working with Kate, and have learned different methods to help with pain and mobility, along with what John has me doing, My quality of life has DRAMATICALLY improved (when i follow their instructions, haha) Thank you Alpine Physical Therapy staff for all the amazing work y'all do. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alpine Physical Therapy for the past year and a half. I have been to many PT’s over the past 35 years and they are by far the best. Both John and Kate have provided relief when my pain was acute, as well as , valuable instruction for at home exercises and stretches. They really listen and know just what to do.
