Negative experience: Worst care I've ever seen in my life after a major surgery 2 hours in pacu with no communication with family until we called would've had the pain under control staff were very rude with paient after surgery. Don't ever use the board on the surgery room not even accurate! Floor E forget it even worse were not on top of paient pain room or dressings. Curtain was on floor , TV didn't work, side tabel full of stuff ,no tabel. Everytime you called for a nurse you waited for over an hour . Sad to see a family member go threw all this after a major surgery!! Also allowing a family member ( no staff )to wheel them to they're car after anesthesia is a huge red flag! Also nurse that discharged told her to use ice when she got home after nurse before that an dr said no ice for the first 24 hours. ( clearly needs more training). Hope that the amazing doctor that operated isn't reviewed as bad for using this hospital.

Fantastic experience: CMC Breast Center was exceptional in facilitating and securing my scheduled appt when issues arose with my PCP office providing necessary info. Everyone I dealt with at the Breast Center reception went out of their way to contact my PCP and get the info needed. Everyone exhibited concern, professionalism, patience and superb customer service. I could not have maintained my appointment without their help.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Westbrook and staff, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you and your entire team for saving my husband’s life. There are truly no words that fully capture how thankful I am for your skill, dedication, and compassion during one of the most frightening moments of my life. From the surgeon to the PA, nurses, technicians, and support staff, every person we encountered showed an extraordinary level of professionalism, kindness, and care. Your calm reassurance, clear communication, and tireless efforts made an unimaginable situation bearable and gave me hope when I needed it most. Because of you, my husband is here today. I will forever be grateful for the expertise and humanity you showed us. Please know that the work you do changes lives in the most profound way, and it will never be forgotten. Fantastic experience: After last time at CMC, 11/13/2025, I vowed to never go back. January 15, 2026 was a different story. Every thing was excellent! From admission on. Anesthesiologists and everything was excellent. Best nurse I ever had——- I’m 85 years old. My special thanks to nurse Margaret MacDonald. Cheers. Al Weller

Negative experience: just that bad. The nurses were rude and disrespectful, besides maybe one. I asked to use the bathroom and still wasn’t allowed to after almost 40 minutes if it wasn’t the security guard who knows how long it would have been. The rules were constantly changing and very childish behavior for a place that was considered “safe”. Once i spoke to the supervisor who was wonderful and once I was being discharged they began to offer me juice, crackers ect.

Positive experience: My wife was told her procedure starts at 8am today (1/6/26), and to be there 7:30 for registration. We arrived @7:20, and all went well, till we arrived inside the prep area (endoscopy Dept) only to be told that there are 2 procedures scheduled before my wife's. The nursing staff were fantastic, very helpful. I just don't understand why we were told to come that early . . My wife's procedure started around 9:30am and that totally unacceptable. I'm a major supporter of CMC, but that planning is not acceptable or professional . . The nursing staff were absolutely professionals, accommodating, and supportive.

They are amazing and I love you all!! Thank you!!

Negative experience: The nighttime ER needs an overhaul. The intake person was great and polite; promptly took my information and vitals which were crazy high due to pain. Then the shocker... Nothing for 7 hours. 12 patients sat in the ER waiting room for the next 7 hours and nobody was seen. A lady came in with appendicitis like pain, not seen. Another came in feeling like she was having a heart attack, not seen and left! Once day shift rolled in at 7, we were seen by a Dr. If you are not staffing the nighttime ER to support patients, be upfront about it. This was the worse experience I ever had in a time of medical need. Lastly, the few people who got help during the night came in via ambulance. So maybe the ER is not a walk in service.

Catholic Medical Center

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the long wait and the distress this caused during an already painful and frightening situation. This is not the level of care or communication we want anyone to experience, and your feedback is important for us to address these concerns.
We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can learn more and follow up with the appropriate teams. Please contact our service recovery line at 603‑663‑8020 at your convenience.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Negative experience: As a retired Physical Therapist who has worked primarily on cardiac surgical floors in various hospitals for almost 30 years, do not use CMC if you can avoid it. I worked at CMC in the early 1990's on their inpatient rehab floor, and again in the 2000's on cardiac step down. I ALSO worked for 17 years at Concord Hospital, primarily in their ICU and cardiac step down units, so I know what good care should be. CMC used to be a good facility, but they are no longer providing basic, adequate care. My 83 yr old father is a retired engineer who works out for 2 hours daily (cardio and weights) and is more active than most living independently in the community. He had planned cardiac surgery in mid December 2025. So many things went badly with his post-op course that I can't list them all here. I will say that had I not been aware of it early on, he would have been written off as a tall old man who couldn't move, and left in a corner to get pneumonia. First of all he is 6'7 tall. This can be an issue for mobility, especially if staff doesn't identify prior level of function. When we saw him in the ICU he was crammed into a regular size hospital bed - a skin breakdown issue. He was then placed in a standard cardiac chair despite this being a hospital that offers bariatric surgery (bariatric cardiac chairs are taller). Tall people have a hard time getting up from low chairs, esp with sternal precautions. Apparently there's only one bariatric cardiac chair in this whole hospital which they didn't bother to get for my dad. (CH would have rented one if needed.) He didn't get up to walk for 2 days postop, and when that happened, the PT never asked if he needed his hearing aids or his shoes on. Of course he did, and when the first walk didn't go well he got stuffed in the chair in the corner as an old man who was tall and a little unsteady; recomendation rehab. PT didn't try again. When I showed up to his room shortly after, his incentive spirometer was across the room out of reach. Nursing never handed it to him - in fact, I had to teach him how to use it. He was never asked to deep breathe and cough. He had no idea how much he should be walking (I told him/walked with him). Not once during that entire stay of 6 days did any nursing staff come in and ask him to walk! He was not offered a toothbrush until 5 days post-op. No one ever offered him a simple sponge bath nor shower (at CH inpatient cardiac rehab includes OT monitoring vital signs in the shower prior to discharge, and education re: pacing for ADL's). His room was not cleaned in 6 days. The floor was STICKY, dried urine puddles under the chair. Not mopped. No one ever wiped off his bedside table. When he was in bed his call bell would fall off of his chest because there was no clip to hold it. It was in an old ICU bed/ controls were on the outside of the bed rails where he could not reach them. This is considered a restraint. The staff was attentive when we rang the bell, but no one ever proactively came in to tell him the daily plan or what was expected. Finally, when I asked for assistive hearing device for him while we were trying to get his hearing aids to work, I was told that if people are deaf at CMC, they get a whiteboard. They no longer offer assistive hearing devices like a pocket talker. (Incedentally, I also asked what they do if someone doesn't speak English and I was told that they use an ipad. I was told they don't have translator services . Apparently it's Google translate if you don't speak English?) My dad is hard of hearing so their response was to yell loudly. No one ever asked if he could repeat what he was told to check if he heard it. The surgeon was excellent, and this hospital was picked based on the surgeon only, knowing that with this recent HCA takeover the nursing care might suffer. It turns out that was true. If you don't have time to stay in the hospital with your loved one to ensure adequacy of care, don't go here. I stayed 9A-9P daily to ensure care. We dad did go home and is doing well but that was in spite of CMC not because of it.

Negative experience: Their billing department is staffed with inept, unprofessional, and rude individuals. I spoke with a costumer service agent named Cynthia who not only had the wrong insurance listed for me (after it took forever to register me into their system on the day of my exam, they couldn't even find my insurance information in the system somehow), but argued with me about what my copay was, what my insurance covered or didn't, when I had received an explanation of benefits from my insurance that stated the amount they were charging me for was covered. I had supporting documentation to my claims, which she refused to review and insisted on her wrong explanation. Come to find out, whatever insurance they state denied my claim is not even my insurer... Not sure how they get away with such incompetence. Double and triple check any bills you receive from CMC and check with your insurance as well. Cynthia also promptly hung up our call and did not give me a chance to fill out the survey re: customer service...I wonder why.

Catholic Medical Center

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you encountered with our billing process and the interaction you described. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to deal with incorrect insurance information and feel unheard when trying to resolve your concerns.
We take feedback like this very seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your account, correct any errors, and address the concerns you raised about your interaction with our team. If you’re willing, please contact us at 603-663-8020.

Fantastic experience: This is my second birth at CMC and I wouldn’t choose any other hospital to have my children at. All my nurses, Cassie, Shannon, Katie and Tonya were outstanding. The midwives, Isabel and Christy were so caring and personable. Shannon and Isabel got me through another unmedicated birth that I could have never had done without their support and encouragement. From the EVS staff, to the kitchen staff, the clinical staff and absolutely everyone that was part of my stay were incredibly kind and went above and beyond. Thank you all for making my son’s arrival into this world another wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Someone was watching over me & it wasn't CMC. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS ER!!!! Went to CMC today 10:30 a.m. By the time I got to their ER I was full blown heavy chest pressure, numbness in my face, chest, stomach, dizziness, barely able to stand, heaviness, heart palpations, blurry vision- I told girl at reception at ER I thought I was having a heart attack. She said I'll be with you in a few minutes!!!!!!! You need to fill out the form!!!!! SERIOUSLY I walked out called 911 & was transported to another hospital. DON'T EVER GO HERE. Negative experience: I actually can not believe this..... Let's start off with the obvious. If your issue isn't immediately life threatening they will absolutely forget about you! My boyfriend and I waited for over 5 hours in the ER to get stitches removed from the corner of his eye and not one person checked on us. We ended up leaving because people who came in after us got in before us. There was also a drug addict in the waiting room with us who kept getting closer and closer to us and made an agravated advancement at a random patient who was simply walking past. Then he dropped a bag of some kind of substance on his way out. Of course security only showed up after he left... Lastly the 3 different receptionists all told us they don't know how long we'd be waiting for so we just left. This place is a good damn joke and I strongly advise any of you reading this review to not got here, they'll just waste your time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges your boyfriend faced in our ER. Negative experience: My dad went into the ER around 5 pm, finally went out back between 12 and 1 am. He was brought into a room and the traveling nurses 1 from Mississippi & the other from Florida were both excellent could not have asked for better. Then 26 hrs from walking into the ER department, he was transfered to a different ER room due to shortage of staff. We'll things totally changed from there. It took 30 minutes to get a nurse to answer the bell that I pushed for him. The new nurse came in with an attitude from that moment. Had to just about beg for 2 heated blankets and a camode. LThis morning he was NEVER asked or given breakfast and as of now 1:15 pm was NEVER offered lunch. We were then told he was going to get discharged 38 +/- hrs later and I asked a nurse to remove the iv so that he can get dressed. We were told no, not until they got the discharge paperwork. Well as of right now, he fell back asleep with a full camode by his head that has been there since this morning and a urine sample that was provided last night is still on the counter. Not sure what their doing besides yapping about this and that while placing an order for lunch. WHAT ABOUT YOUT PATIENT who is starving. I personally will not be going to CMC. I truly hope that things change here because it was once a good hospital. Conclusion: Just got released, unine still on counter, camode still filled, no lunch and no wheelchair to leave. Walked out.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Catholic Medical Center and the staff that works in the Midwifery and The Moms Place enough. I delivered my first baby at CMC on December 6 and it was the best experience I have ever had at a hospital. I am still in awe and have told everyone about it. The staff in every department are absolutely incredible. They are all so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They guided me through my labor and delivery with ease and were so patient as I navigated this big life transition. They answered every question I had and were by mine and my husband’s side the second we needed them. I have already recommended their services to many friends who are in their first trimester of pregnancy and some will be transitioning from other offices and hospitals to this one. Thank you so much to everyone at CMC who guided us through all of this. We could not be happier and will be forever grateful for this amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my sincere appreciation for the incredible care my mom received during her heart procedure. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff treated her with such compassion and respect. They were attentive to her needs, gentle in their approach, and consistently reassuring to both of us throughout the entire experience. The nurses, doctors, and support team worked with a level of professionalism and kindness that truly stood out. Their compassion made an overwhelming day so much easier, and their attentiveness gave us so much peace of mind. Being there was especially meaningful for me because I was actually born in this very hospital 60 years ago. Standing in the same place with my mom—after all these years—felt like a full-circle moment I’ll never forget. It reminded me of how far we’ve come, and how this hospital has quietly been a part of our family’s story from the very beginning. We still laugh about a memory from her stay here decades ago: the nurses told her they would be coming to get her for a shower, but because of her language barrier, she thought they were talking about a baby shower! She got up, took her shower, got dressed up, and was all ready to celebrate when the nurse came in and said, “Oh, you already took your shower.” Meanwhile, my mom was wondering where the party was. Sharing that memory today brought some lightness to an emotional moment—and reminded us once again of the kindness shown to her then, just as we experienced now. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond. Your dedication, compassion, and respect made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful.

Catholic Medical Center

Christine, thank you so much for sharing this heartfelt message. We’re honored to have been part of such an important moment for you and your mom. Knowing that our team’s compassion and attentiveness brought comfort during her procedure means the world to us. Your story about being born here and the memory you shared truly touched us—it’s a beautiful reminder of the deep connections our hospital has with the families we serve. We’re grateful for your trust and for allowing us to continue being part of your family’s journey. Please know that your kind words will be shared with our staff—they will be thrilled to know the difference they made. Wishing you and your mom continued health and happiness.

Negative experience: My mom lost her life because of this place. My mother had medicaid and needed LIFE SAVING treatment and cmc did absolutely NOTHING to help her. You cannot deny a person TREATMENT based off of INSURANCE. My mother Melody was there for 4 months fighting for her life and they treated her awfully. She was on floor E100 and while SOME of the nurses were kind, Some were downright mean to her....My mother deserved a fighting chance and would still be alive today if CMC cared about any human life.

Negative experience: Dr. Brigid Linnan is a joke. You want to be judged like your a drug seeking crack addict? Go here. You need ACTUAL medical attention?... Go almost ANYWHERE else. High risk COVID 19 patient; and she refused to treat any of my symptoms, chest congestion, burning swollen throat, chest pain, labored breathing. The entire left side of my neck is hard as a rock and she said my lymph nodes felt "great!" I've been up for several nights with severe burning in my throat unable to keep any fluids down, because (according to her) post nasal drip, due to congestion. So I'm like 'that's great if we deal with the congestion I can get some fluids down, get some sleep finally and hopefully start getting better.' EXCEPT she said in 30 years of her experience, decongestant, pain relieving cough medicine has never worked for any of her clients. So she must have a better idea right!? NOPE, she sent me home with Tylenol which she knew I already had been taking at home, and IB profen. Which she also knew would do nothing for my post nasal drip, or pain, because I told her I had been taking both of these religiously. Probably too much already. She didn't even know I was a high risk patient, because she never asked my medical history!? She was too busy profiling and treating me and my family like drug addicts. Mind you, I'm an immuno compromised cancer survivor. Her bed side manner (even though there was no bed) is condescending and judgemental, she refused to treat any of my symptoms in any way I had not already tried at home, and had a snarky tone 100% of the time. My favorite line "there's no magic fix" You don't say Doc!? Wow, I thought you'd be able to just John Coffee the Covid right out of me!? Needless to say I won't be returning here and unless you want to waste a ton time of and money and leave with more of a headache than when you went in? I wouldn't recommend.

Negative experience: Run don’t walk away from CMC and Women’s Wellness. If you’re struggling with fertility go get a diagnosis from St Joe’s and then choose CNY for your fertility treatment. Women deserve to be heard, to receive medical treatment for all health issues, and to be treated with respect and dignity. CMC and Women’s Health don’t care about women or healthcare; all they care about is making money. The single doctor on staff, Damien Olsen, is patronizing, won’t order diagnostic testing, only surgery, and doesn’t listen when you speak. I waited nine months for an appointment with him and left without a treatment plan or basic care despite the fact that I was actively bleeding 20 days out of the month. The notes he created from the appointment do not come close to representing the conversation we had during our appointment. This place will make you wait for an eternity for an appointment, bleed you dry on services that aren’t covered by insurance or that lead to any diagnosis and leave you bleeding for two thirds of a month without any medical care. You deserve better. Shame on Women’s Wellness, CMC, Damien Olsen and Nancy Malo. Infertility is miserable enough without adding medical gaslighting to the experience.

Negative experience: The people are nice and caring, but there is a big disconnect between groups what is happening. PA stopped in post surgery for discharge then 'forgot' to enter anything in the chart. Discharge staff could not find PA or PA did not care enough to do their job. After surgery care instructions were not correct and I had to ask for an explanation and up date. Then theybwere corrected. Leading up to the surgery was a mess. Had to postpone twice because labs were not read in a timely fashion. Even on the day of the surgery the labs were out of date and needed to be redrawn. At least the surgery went well and I made it out alive. Everything was done and ready to discharge at 10am was not able to leave due to lack of attention to detail until 3 pm. Absolute circus.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 significant surgeries at CMC in about 6 months, and I absolutely cannot sing their praises loud enough! Every single healthcare professional who worked with/on me was just wonderful. The surgeons, Dr. Wu and Dr. Olsen paid very close attention to my body and what it was telling them during the surgeries. Anesthesiologists, Dr. Lee and Moe gave me the best anesthesia experience I have EVER had, and the many, many nurses I came in contact with throughout my experiences (particularly Dansir, Lacey, and Taylor, to name a few) took incredible care of me, managed my pain expertly, and treated me as a whole person, not just for the reason I was there. The hospital was clean and everything I needed worked. The follow-up and post-op care I've received has been organized, clearly communicated, and simply phenomenal. My only complaint was that my roommate during my two-night stay was a bit of a noisy pain in the rear, and the room was so small that we were practically on top of each other, but the staff has no control over any of that, so they still get ALL the stars! Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic experience: Linda from Radiology deserves a very large compliment. I was beside myself trying to get a facility to complete a biopsy ordered by my pcp. It needed to be done urgently and the pcp’s typical referral location wasn’t doing biopsies at all for an unknown amount of time. Out of all the places I called, Linda immediately had empathy towards my situation and got me taken care of within a few days of first contacting her. She went out of her way to hunt down my imaging so the procedure could be done and made sure I got in quickly. It’s always nice to feel like you have someone with a little compassion on the other end during a stressful time. She was even present during my procedure and allowed my partner to come back with me due to anxiety which helped immensely.

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience giving birth at The Mom’s Place. From the moment my husband and I walked in to the when we left with our newborn daughter, we were given the upmost care from such a kind and positive medical staff. Each day/night nurse gave us excellent medical care and attention all while being calm, nurturing, and helpful. Never once did I feel bad about asking for help, clarification or advice being a first time mom. I ended up needing a c-section after a long labor and the midwife and nurses were so supportive during the process. I felt safe and well taken care of during and after the procedure. I can”t say enough nice things about the staff and experience at “The Mom’s Place.”

Fantastic experience: The nursing staff on D100 are fantastic! My partner has been a patient there going on two weeks. The staff has been so caring and kind to him. His care as been superior. The nurses on this floor need to recognized and praised for there excellence. I would be a-miss to not also praise the nursing staff in the ER the night of his admission especially Ammy she was so great . The staff also made sure that I was doing ok as well, in both the ER and D100. Can't say enough good about our experiences at CMC

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best hospitals I've ever seen from the building itself and how clean it is and the good repair it's in to the doctors, nurses, aides, therapists and cleaning staff, everyone is so nice and does their jobs so well. My father was there for two weeks and on two different cardiology wards, and that was true the whole time. He loved the food, said it was excellent and it certainly looked good. We used the free valet parking because my mom had to use a wheelchair and they were also really sweet, helpful and friendly, I can't say enough good about all of them either!

I can't thank the doctors and nurses enough I feel like they saved my son's life they treated us like human beings and truly cared why we were there. my concerns were validated and taken seriously I have had really bad luck with other emergency rooms but when you go to CMC you are taken seriously and they show compassion and they treat you very good they are really good with children my son's 14 and they went above and beyond to help him

They are all beyond caring, respectful, Informative and really listen to you when you talk. Fantastic experience: I feel its necessary to tell my very positive experience in contrast to the negative reviews I read on here before I went to the ER. My wait time for a busy ER was acceptable, about an hour and a half. Every person I met was caring empathetic and pleasant. My care was on par with the big Boston hospitals that I have always gone to prior to moving to Manchester. Except for the triage area that appeared cluttered and disorganized, the place was spotless. I could not have asked for better. Oh ya, i showed up with severe back pain, 8 hours later I am resting at hone comfortably.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say what a phenomenally positive experience I had at CMC in the labor and delivery unit known as The Mom's Place. I am naturally wary of hospitals in general and started my delivery at a birthing center, but when I had to transfer and have an emergency C-section, the nurses, doctors, and hospital staff were brimming with compassion and care, recognizing that this wasn't my first choice. I was afraid they would push an unnecessary C-section on me, but they only recommended it due to my special circumstances I won't go into. C-sections are only 30% of their births. My C-section was unusual due to a rare condition and stretched from 40 minutes to 3 hours, but the staff dealt with the unexpected in a calmly professional manner (I was awake the whole time), and they still looked after our emotional and personal needs, putting my baby on my chest as soon as possible, taking pictures of my husband and me, and encouraging me throughout. I didn't realize it until later, but my baby and I were actually in a pretty life-threatening situation and the staff might have literally saved our lives! CMC is also a very family friendly facility in that they not only allowed for my husband to stay with me, but they fed both of us very well in our room too, which isn't the case of every hospital. They have visiting hours but they were not overly strict about them. Every nurse I had was exceptional, although one was just a little pushy about wanting to give me extra narcotics I didn't want and intimidated me a little about going home when I wanted to. Everyone else though was extremely supportive and balanced care and professional advice with respect for my autonomy. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have a hospital birth, and I will most likely skip a birthing center and have any future births there if I can.

Fantastic experience: The nurses in the d200 unit all deserve a raise! ALL of them were just amazing, but Jen C. Was just over the top! Not only did she treat us with such compassion, but she also talked to us with such love and respect. Having procedures done is scary, but when you get a great team to look after you,it makes its easier. Anyone who has to get heart stuff done, you are in good hands with those girls! Sincerely a happy family from d212!

Fantastic experience: I was admitted to CMC through the emergency department with severe pain in my arm and shoulder. I had no idea what the cause of the pain was. Numerous scans and tests were performed, and I have never been treated so compassionately in a hospital or rehab facility as I was there. I have had a number of life-threatening issues and have been a patient in Boston hospitals as well as NH rehabilitation centers. None can compare with CMC in terms of thoroughness, prompt responses, meal service, or professional, caring demeanor of all staff members. I won't be using any other hospital.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the ER to many times in my life but this experience was one of the best i have had. It was a busy waiting room , with staff being short. Fantastic experience: I went in to the ER for a non-covid urgent condition. I was in and out in 4 hours! During our covid "peak", I think that is incredible! ALL of the urgent care clinics were booking out to PM the next day. I couldn't get in touch with my PCP after 2 hours on the phone. My condition can become life threatening if not dealt with promptly. From walking in the door to walking out I saw nothing but professional, wonderful, hardworking staff. They were friendly enough but definitely kept moving to help the masses. They still maintained a positive attitude despite being overly taxed during the covid "peak". Great job guys I can't say enough great stuff!

Fantastic experience: We just had our first baby on Saturday evening at Mom’s Place. My wife is a nurse in Boston and her expectations and standards a very high. We were both extremely overjoyed at the level of service and the level of car we received. The staff and nurses were very professional and knowledgeable. Nurses responded quickly to our calls and the entire team on duty made us feel extremely secure that mom and baby’s health and well being was their top priority. They made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and made us feel at home as we welcomed our son. Delivering babies is their business and they’re are the best at what they do.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I were headed to the emergency room for an issue with his tooth. I’m not one to Complain or get into confrontation but the lady in triage was not very friendly and or patient friendly. The minute we walked up to the window where she was located (I forgot my mask and my boyfriend had a cloth mask on) the first thing she said to us was “First of all you need to put one of these masks on!” And shoved two masks through the opening on the desk. I didn’t say anything to her but I just hope that she gets talked to about her attitude and how she speaks to people. I don’t work in the medical field but I’m sure people deal with some tough patients but when your dealing with sick people and people worried about loved ones, acting and speaking to people in that manner isn’t professional at all. She not only talked over what my boyfriend was trying to ask her but the patient after my boyfriend as well. She’s very rude and unprofessional. All in all the nurses and staff were very nice and friendly and took care of my boyfriends tooth issue. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Review for The Mom's Place I could not recommend this place more - everyone we dealt with was wonderful and 100% supportive of my wife and our baby's needs. My wife's choices were respected throughout the entire process, and the nurse midwife who delivered for us was absolutely amazing, helping coach my wife through the process and encouraging her when she was most unsure. No drugs or procedures were forced upon her unless she wanted them, and they were very open to the birth plan and decisions we had talked about beforehand. They are a baby friendly hospital, so our baby stayed in the room with us 100% of the time after delivery. From a father's perspective (and I believe my wife would agree), we could not have asked for a better experience than this! 100% absolutely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I brought my mom to CMC ER ON 6/24/22. My mom and I had an outstanding experience. She checked in, registered, and before being brought into a room, they had xrays and CT scan done all in a short time, and then brought her into a room, 3 nurses came in to obtain blood work, get her hooked up to monitors, while her main nurse Sam got her slipper socks and warm blankets. The team support, education, and the compassion that they showed was very impressive, made us both feel safe and supported. The NP and MD that followed was just as pleasant. She did stay the night up on the floor. I felt good leaving her in their hands. When I came in the next morning, my mom said she had a good night and the staff were so nice and met her needs. I don't normally write reviews, but honestly I think back to how well organized they were and how well we were treated. I needed to express our gratitude. Thanks for all you do. From a nurse that has been in the medical field for over 30 years.

Negative experience: Never met such a rude human being in the world. When people come to the doctors they are looking for help not to bother you it is your job as a nurse to help this woman did not say one word to us when we walked in we didn’t know how to sign in and she ignored us we filled out the piece of paper and she didn’t look up or take it from us so we sat down holding our sign in sheet and I went back up and said here you go and she told me to leave her alone she had better things to do . We left immediately and went to Elliot just so you know cmc your workers are not helpful

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in the ED and on the med surge floor. I had an ear infection which quickly turned into something more serious. I had been seen by three other places in the previous 24 hours (two urgent cares and one other ER) and I was brushed off by all of them. When I finally decided to go to cmc it was my last ditch effort to advocate for my own care. Beth in the ER was a lifesaver. She not only took me seriously, but was so compassionate while doing so. She cared about listening to my concerns and making me comfortable. It was such a relief to finally have someone actually care about helping me. My ER nurse Christine was also amazing. They were so busy and a lot of people there were very sick but despite all of that they still did a wonderful job and never made me feel like a burden or unimportant. I was admitted and transferred to the med surge floor and had amazing doctors and nurses. Dr. French was my main provider and he was extremely compassionate and kind. He was very informative, down to earth, and genuinely seemed to care about all his patients. Everyone I interacted with seemed to be doing exactly what their calling is in life, helping people. No one seemed burnt out or at least if they were they did not let it compromise their compassion and care for their patients. In the medical field In general (especially during the pandemic) that can be hard to maintain. Thank you to everyone who helped me become well again.

Fantastic experience: I had my thyroid removed on September 11, 2020. I had the best care from all of the doctors to the nurses. I had a really hard time coming out of Anesthesia and the nurse that I had stayed with me all day and never left my side and kept me feeling safe. She held my hand all day till I was able to get a bed. The nurse that I had that night was also so amazing. She made sure that I was very comfortable and helped me with whatever I needed. I feel very blessed that I had a great team on my side!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to CMC to the radiology dept. at 9:45 today for a 10:00 appointment. The receptionist was extremely professional and personable. I was taken into the CT scan area at 9:50 by another very personable woman. She was very professional and I was out of the building by 10:00. I would return to this department any time and would highly recommend radiology to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a excellent experience in the non-invasive cardiology department for a test procedure. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk, the person checking her in, the nurses, and the people doing the testing were very friendly, communicative, experienced, helpful and willing to spend time answering questions. Could not have asked for better care.

Fantastic experience: I just had my baby at cmc, I had to be induced due to very high blood pressure. I was so so scared since this was my first baby! But the nurses and all the staff made my 3 days so so amazing. I hardly experienced any pain because of my perfect epidural, and my labor was fast and easy thanks to the nurses really taking there time watching all my vitals and the babies vitals. I loved that only 2-3 nurses were in the room helping me the whole time to push. DR. SHAWN is a saint! She was so amazing and really helped root me on through it all. This didn’t feel like a hospital at all! Anything you needed someone would be there within mins to come see you. I could go on and on about the birth of my son but cmc really made it perfect and I’m so so happy! Thank you so so much. 10/10 will recommend the moms place at cmc to have a baby!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience both times. Staff and nurses were very nice. I loved my nurses. My doctor was fantastic. Even though I had to go in for an ablation twice, was not the doctors fault. And even though I was not happy about back for a second time, he was looking out for me. He did great. My ablation was a success. And now I feel great! Which was Dr. John. All around I had an amazing experience. And I was VERY pleased. I give Dr. John very high recommendations! CMC is very lucky to have him on staff. I love this hospital!

Fantastic experience: Hands down best hospital and ER ever! Everytime I have to come here, everyone is so kind and compassionate and always gets an answer to what is going on with me. I came in tonight in tears because I was in so much pain from my stomach. Turns out I have a few ovarian cysts and one happened to burst causing excruciating pain. The nurses, doctors and all staff are just unbelievable with patients. It takes a special kind of person to do this job and they all do it remarkably! And a very special thank you to my nurse Jamie C.
