Fantastic experience: James was able to cure my mother’s concussion-related vertigo after a few visits! Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I was referred to this practice for vertigo by my neurologist. I asked if they were in-network with Cigna when they called to schedule the appointment-- I was told they were. I was seen in the clinic on 3/23/23. Everyone I met was very friendly and nice-- they even have an adorable goldendoodle who likes to hang out at the front desk! However-- I received a bill on 3/1/24 (almost an entire year later) for $352.00. When I contacted my insurance about this, it turns out they were, in fact, out-of-network. Lying about this is and sending a surprise bill a year later (when FSA funds can no longer be used) is NOT a good business practice and is highly unethical.

Fantastic experience: So many of my friends are seen by this amazing facility. With Eric's certification in healing/reversing Vertigo, and the years of experience within Center for Balance, I don't understand why you wouldn't see them. The more you know!

Fantastic experience: I have a major balance issue due to an ultra rare neurodegenerative condition. I also have strength and mobility limitations. Erik and his team have done an excellent job at creating a custom program for me based on these considerations. I have definitely seen an improvement in my balance since working with them. I look forward to experiencing continued progress.

Fantastic experience: Eric Deckle has given me my life back! He is a miracle worker when it comes to vestibular issues. I went to multiple ENTs and they couldn't help and told me to go see a neurologist. My neurologist said it wasn't my brain and recommended Mr. Deckle. He is very knowledgable and caring.
