Fantastic experience: Dr. Helton and the staff were easy to work with, and the atmosphere was very inviting, making it feel like family. They focused on my needs and pushed me when necessary. Fantastic experience: I can’t suggest RENEW PHYSICAL THERAPY (Springhill Ave) strongly enough. I was a big chicken, and was dreading having to choose where to go. But they took me right in as part of their family. Great environment, with no impression of “I’d rather be anywhere but here” attitudes from employees. You won’t regret choosing them if you need PT.

Fantastic experience: After dealing with a horrible neck surgery and recovering for 2 years the Lord brought me to this place and has been nothing but a blessing getting to go once/twice a week. The staff is incredible and the professional care that the front desk Tara provided was unmatched. Dr Cary is positive and his attention to detail in wanting to help me was much needed. Every person that works here actually enjoy what they do and want to help you their not just making a paycheck! I was told I’d only get about 35 degrees of extension and then after my experience here I have 15 degrees of extension! 100% recommend Renew PT!

Fantastic experience: In April 2022, my PCP referred me to physical therapy because of my back pain. After failing to get better at another PT center in town, I found Renew PT online, and my PCP's order was transferred to Renew!! At the first Renew session, my pain was GONE. And, to maintain the relief, I chose to go regularly to strengthen my core. Early 2023, a second round of therapy sessions helped me recover from a fall in Dec 2022. Renew also has a gym, yoga, dry needling and massages. My initial appointment they made me feel welcomed and they even took their time to come up with a care plan. Tara went above and beyond to help get the referral from my insurance to go through so I could continue my therapy sessions. The entire crew is AWESOME!!! Fantastic experience: Well I actually went there not expecting too much since I already had physical therapy at another place and that was a joke. So when I went to RENEW the four weeks I was there by the time I finished how was 99% better and they treat you more like family then patients. So I know where I’ll be going the next time I have to have physical therapy

Fantastic experience: I was extremely fortunate to have picked Renew PT & Wellness for my physical therapy after full knee replacement surgery. Cary and the entire staff do an exceptional job, the facility is absolutely great and there is a true family feeling when you are there. My recovery program was great and I am able to do more things only 7 weeks after the surgery than I could have possibly done before. I will be continuing my visits now that my formal physical therapy is complete to use the gym and stay healthy because the facility is great and the family atmosphere is perfect.

Fantastic experience: Today was bitter-sweet! Carey Helton, PT, DPT, CERT.DN, President and Owner (hope I didnt miss a title (if so, Carey, I’m sorry and I’ll buy you a Starbucks or Snickers )) was my therapist on a previous injury with another company. He has since ventured out and started this amazing practice with an AWESOME TEAM. This time around, I started with them about August 5th and with a lot of care, dedication, professionalism and laughs, we were able to get this “mad shoulder” to concede and get with the program! The entire team~ Carey, Tara, Cheyenne, and Jenna have been absolutely wonderful to work with and I sincerely thank each and everyone of them! I know several wonderful therapists out there but I will say, Renew PT & Wellness really should be considered. If you or someone you know needs physical therapy, I highly recommend Renew PT&Wellness. Fantastic experience: I’m currently receiving physical therapy at Renew PT and wellness and I’m extremely pleased with my progress. The staff is very hands on and pushes me to reach my goals. I’ve been in and out of PT for a number of years after two total knee replacements and I’ve never had the individual attention from the physical therapist and the PTA as I’ve had at Renew. The staff is with you, working and watching, they genuinely care about your case.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of Physical Therapy because it never seemed worth going just for 30 minutes and to be told what to do and not really worked with. Well when my Doctor ordered PT again, I really didn't want to go, until a very sweet voice called me to make the appointment, I told her that I wasn't really sure if I was going to do it, she Assured me that if I would just come one time, that I would absolutely Love them, so I went and I did fall in love with Renew PT and the Awesome staff there! They really work up a plan designed just for you by Dr Cary Helton and you have someone working with you the whole time and they never rush you! They all show you that you are important to them and they also make Physical Therapy Fun!! I have now graduated and my doctor was so thrilled to see my improvement and strength in a short period of time, now, I am looking forward to moving over to the wellness side to continue working on my well being!! Fantastic experience: Renew Physiotherapy, LLC is AWESOME with a capital A. Although I haven’t personally been a patient at this facility my Father has and from what I have seen this practice is one of the best. I would highly recommend anyone to receive services here. Dr. Helton and his staff are some of the most compassionate and attentive people, they really care about the patient’s and their wellbeing and often go beyond the scopes of therapy to make sure that each patient is receiving quality care. They are extremely thorough in their treatment methods and they have made sure that my father experienced the utmost level of care, during his time undergoing Physical Therapy related to his Total knee replacement . I will never forget the warm smiles and conversation that I was often greeted with while attending sessions with my father.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot explain how much Cary Helton helped me throughout my racing career. He was successfully able to get my knee back to 100% after I had full ACL reconstruction as well as meniscus repair. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cary is awesome! He helped my 89 year old mother in law with a shoulder injury that had deminished her quality of life. Her orthopedic physician said she needed a shoulder replacement but could not do the surgery because of her age. Dr Cary got the pain under control and got her moving again! She tells everyone to go see Dr. Cary that he is the best!

Fantastic experience: My 88 year old grandfather was experiencing numerous health issues, including muscle weakness and issues with balance which were limiting his mobility. He attended physical therapy sessions in the past, but did not see significant improvement. The lack of improvement was attributed to several reasons, one of which was his lack of commitment and consistency to the program. The first day he walked into Renew, not only was the staff extremely knowledgeable... but they were engaging! They were friendly and fun and interacted with my grandfather in such a manner that he actually enjoyed going to his visits. In the past, it had been a chore getting him to attend on a regular basis... but after participating in a few sessions with Cary at Renew, he actually looked forward to his visits and wanted to attend. My grandfather had an excellent outcome because of his excellent experience. Cary is a great therapist and not only provides top notch treatment to his patients, but does so in a fun, interactive and engaging manner. My grandfather felt like he was a celebrity each time he walked in to an appointment because Cary and Tara were so engaging! I would highly recommend Renew Therapy. It is a top notch, where patients are treated in a one on one manner and the entire staff is truly invested in the care and treatment plan of the patient and the person as a whole.
