Negative experience: This. Place is horrible, the physical therapist.Are so rude and impolite.This is the worst place in the world to go to get your physical therapy. .. By the way the physical therapist name is kyle He is. Very disrespectful Oh yeah.And my name is LASHUNDA

Fantastic experience: One word Great .

Negative experience: The therapist was inexperienced and lacked rudimentary knowledge of transferring methodology OR he was inept and indolent. Aspects of treatment might well have begun in the absence of a transfer to a mat. Further, the client’s motorized chair could assume all aspects of positioning necessary for a safe transfer. The therapist was unable to give directions to the therapy aide, such that a safe transfer of the client could be made. A traditional draw sheet transfer maneuver comes quickly to mind; requires limited exertion and could have been performed with safety for both client and clinician.' Therapeutic treatment is both a science and an art. In the 15 minutes of client contact, the immediate therapist demonstrated possession of neither science nor art. The immediate therapist exercised “professional prerogatives and discretion” to the extent that the client received no treatment or counsel.

Fantastic experience: I came in feeling like my body was being torn in half but at this point in time I'm feeling much better the workers are very good and experiencing what they do the first one I work with was very professional and the next one I work with was very professional I've had nothing but good things to say about this facility thank you and all their workers

Fantastic experience: I am new with prohealth but the experience has really been educational. I have learned so much in such a short length of time. I choose to exercise different parts of my body opposed to taking pills. Talk to your doctor about fixing the problem and not just masking it. Choose physical therapy and work hard at it.

Positive experience: The water is not warm enough .... It be 2 early in da morning for a person 2 have to be wet by the Shower first then enter a Cool pool. My body needs the water 2 be warmer.

Fantastic experience: I felt like they knew what my problem was and showed me the exercises I needed to do to help me with the pain I was experiencing. The exercises are helping. The staff is very experienced and friendly.
