Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best place to do therapy. This whole staff is literally one big happy family. Tyler makes sure every time I come in that I know what he’s doing and why. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. 100% recommend if your dealing with an accident or pain that this is who you choose to help heal you! I always leave feeling better and a smile on my face which isn’t always the case when you’re dealing with pain. You get a little bit of everything with occupational therapy but 10/10 recommend the KT tape lol

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. Mrs. Sally, Mr. Terry, Tyler, and Kate have such a welcoming manner that makes you feel right at home. Over the span of a couple months, I went from doubting my ability to recover to absolutely amazed at the function I regained in my wrist. I encourage anyone in need of PT/OT to put their trust into this family/company. I could not ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Great staff from the receptionist to the therapists, exceptional service and patient care. Tyler is the MVP, also if you haven’t already, get the pillowwise pillow they offer, it is a real game changer for sleep and pain.

The make you feel like family and take the time to make sure you understand every step of you care. Mrs. Sally is the sweetest person ever. From the first time I walked through the door I felt welcomed and knew I would be cared for. Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and suffered severe injuries to my neck. After several epidurals, I still had residual issues including pain, numbness and overall weakness. So, I was referred to physical therapy by my orthopedic. I started a few months ago, and I cannot believe the progress I have made in such a short time. This is all due to the excellent care and treatment of Azalea City! When you walk in the door, you are greeted by name and a smile. It's like walking into a family home (in all the best ways). You never have to wait and the concern for your wellbeing is overwhelming. They take the time to listen to you and educate you, which is rare. I highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering from pain/injury. Not only do they heal your body, they heal your soul as well. :)

Fantastic experience: I was recently diagnosed with a herniated disc and my Doctor order PT at Azalea City. The results have been fantastic. The staff is very nice and they have a great facility. The therapist Terry Breitung is nothing short of a miracle worker. My once constant pain and numbness has improved 90% since my first visit. I highly recommend Azalea City Hand & Rehab.

Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn’t enjoy physical therapy… I actually looked forward to the time I got to spend here. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They are some of the few that are genuine in the way they care for you and they don’t miss a beat when it comes to making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend spending your time with them especially in the morning to get your day started right.

Fantastic experience: I came to Azalea city for nerve damage and pain in my shoulder,due to a injury.I thought it wasn’t any help for me. After my first two weeks I noticed a great difference in my mobility and pain level.. Azalea city go above and beyond to get you back to feeling better.I’m so thankful that I chose this center to help me along my journey to recovery. I hurt my wrist at amazon and me asking for them every time I need it help with physical therapy. My wrist so much better then when I started. I loved it so much I decided to stick around after graduation. Fantastic experience: I injured my left shoulder, after one of my dogs accidentally knocked me down. It ended up being a dislocated shoulder and torn ligaments, with the potential for not regaining full use of my arm after surgery. As an RN, I’ve heard horror stories regarding shoulder surgery and the rehab period following. Terry and his clinic was highly recommended to me by a friend and I’m so grateful that is where I went for my rehab. The clinic and staff are absolutely the very best! Everyone was top notch and cared about my progress following my surgery. It was not easy and the patient has to work, too, but Terry is your therapist for regaining usage of your injured limb and getting back to life. I cannot thank them enough, as yes, I have 100% use of my shoulder. Being left handed this was essential! I love you all, as they are family to me now!

Fantastic experience: I’m a musician and got into a wreck a year ago, there were tendon lacerations in my fretting hand and I had less than 3 months to get it rehabilitated before leaving on tour.. Terry and his staff were very knowledgeable and efficient, they treated me like family and also instructed me in travel and home exercise programs to keep my dexterity sharp. Wonderful place! I looked forward to my visits there, I highly recommend them for hand injuries and any other injuries you might have.

Fantastic experience: Terry is without doubt the best therapist I have ever been to. Being athletic, I've had several procedures, with several therapist. As far as therapist go, Terry is in a class of his own. Azalea City staff is very kind and understanding.

Fantastic experience: My surgeon recommended Azalea City for rehab after I had to have rotator cuff surgery. I was not looking forward to rehab because several friends and lots of strangers who recognized the special sling you have to wear for a few weeks after surgery warned me how painful it is. I am glad to say Terry and his team make the visits enjoyable. There is some pain involved of course, that arm hasn't moved in quite a while. Terry takes time to explain what he is doing and why, and progress has been good. I can truthfully say that I look forward to my visits there.

Fantastic experience: I have had rotator cuff surgery and been going to Terry for rehab. He genuinely cares about his patients and their care. Fantastic experience: I had tension in head, neck and shoulder for 4 years and nobody could ever had change it before Terry. This man and staff are the best team i can advice for any of this top of the body issue. Ok the treatment can be feel a bit strong, but like written on the room, 'no pain, no gain'. Don't hesitate! Good see them!

Fantastic experience: I cracked a bone in my hand and had to wear a splint(cast) for about six weeks. After it was removed, I had extreme stiffness in two of my fingers and my wrist. Thanks to Terry and staff, my hand is now back to normal. Terry is a great guy - very personable, funny, and just fun to be around. Extremely helpful and friendly staff as well. I'd definitely recommend Azalea City Hand & Rehab to anyone needing hand, wrist, or shoulder rehab.

Fantastic experience: Until I found Terry and the staff at Azalea City Hand & Rehab, I had given up hope of ever feeling well again. Terry has a wealth of knowledge that only someone with years of experience can obtain. Doctors are quick to do hand/arm surgery, but slow to react to complications that follow. After surgery, demand PT from your surgeon. You will not regret it. Be proactive, go see Terry and the staff and they will make your life better!
