Fantastic experience: I originally came to Modesto Physical Medicine when they were in Escalon at the time the mobility in my knee was about 30% functionable with soreness an pain. Went through their procedure an went from 30% to a good 80% for a few yrs. An like before..4 yrs later I'm back to use their services so that I can again feel much better not only in 1 knee but in both. I will say it's very worth it to go through their procedure if you like to feel somewhat normal.

Fantastic experience: After reading the results of my MRI I thought surgery was the only solution. After 10 trips to Modesto Physical Medicine my pain was virtually gone. I had been to 3 other chiropractors in Modesto with little improvement. I'm 68 years old and still very active, with the pain gone I can now do the things I want to., thanks Dr John. I

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to heal your body. All of the staff are top notch, and I never wait at all to be seen. I like that they offer different types of treatment to improve the healing process that adjustments can't do alone. My neck and back feel way better. The traction machine is great. The office is beautiful, festive, and welcoming. Wonderful service!

Fantastic experience: I had debilitating low back pain to the point where I couldn’t walk properly and had to stop working (had a physically demanding job). The team here was so compassionate, efficient and caring. They went out of their way to make sure I felt valued and my injury was taken seriously. They worked with my insurance (VA health insurance) and made sure that I got coverage and the care I needed. I am now walking better and living a higher quality of life thanks to them. I honestly don’t know where I would be without their care. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t say enough about this office. The whole team is amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone in my life and anyone reading this review.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding 5-star experience with Modesto Physical Medicine. Spinal decomp, chiro, and PT package got my lower disc pain from 6 to a 0. It was the last stop for me before surgery and turned out to be the best medical decision I've made in a decade. And bonus is the staff is excellent from the front desk to the medical team. I had 20 visits and it was a consistently pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I came in a couple weeks ago for lower back pain from the gym and after 3 visits, my pain is practically gone. I workout often so it was important for me to take necessary precautions. The treatments have been amazing! I really like the decompression DRX table. The service teams there are also wonderful! Everyone is kind and friendly! I can tell that they enjoy their careers and helping others! I have a few more treatments to go, but will probably continue with periodic visits just to get on that decompression DRX table. Fantastic experience: For the last year and a half I suffered from migraines and muscle spasms in my neck/shoulders. I was contemplating surgery to fix the bulged discs causing these issues, and was already committed to an epidural injection in my neck. Luckily before any procedure took place I came across Modesto Physical Medicine and their spinal decompression therapy. Within a week I had my first pain free day in over a year and felt confident enough to cancel my epidural injection. I would highly recommend them for anyone with pain that is searching for an answer that does not involve surgery.

Fantastic experience: Modesto Physical Medicine really is the BEST!! I was T-boned by a semi truck in 2018. Thankfully survived, though suffered extreme whiplash and intense migraines! Saw a physical therapist and traditional chiropractor three days a week which helped temporarily. In June of 2023 I was hit on the same exact spot the semi hit me!! So I looked for advanced medicine and found Dr. Mike & Dr. John Bystom! They and their amazingly friendly staff have worked wonders! The Spinal Decompression Machine is a Godsend!! I've tried all kinds of medications, botox, etc for migraines. This treatment has worked like nothing else!! Plus I feel like it's making me a bit tiny bit taller! Jk! Thanks Modesto Physical Medicine!!

Fantastic experience: My husband was told in his 20s that he had a back of a 50 year old man. He has been struggling with his back now for almost 20 years. My husband has been going to Modesto Physical Medicine since the beginning of the year, and it has been life changing for him. His treatment includes non surgical spinal decompression therapy and chiropractic adjustments. He is using his back brace that he received here along with ice and his TENs unit to recover at home after his therapy sessions. He has more movement now than he has had in a long time. His pain is tolerable now. His moods are better. I work in healthcare. Burnout in healthcare is a real phenomenon post Covid. The staff here are amazing! The doctors are invested in helping their patients feel better. You can tell they believe in what they do. The ancillary staff including the front desk, billing and the techs who assist the doctors are professional and upbeat! Please look into this before considering surgery! This may change your life.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant at first but I can’t tell you enough what this place has done for me. I think this has been the best investment I have ever made in myself. It is nice to be listened to and have someone try everything they can to help you. I have gotten a piece of my life back after going from not being able to hold my baby with great pain to being able to run with him in my arms and so much more. All with no medication as well. And I can’t begin to tell you about how awesome the staff is there. They are genuinely great people always ready to help me no matter what it is. 6 stars out of 5

Fantastic experience: I have been going for treatments for over two years to Modesto Physical medicine. The entire staff are friendly and personable. The initial diagnostic session showed that I had scoliosis. Although I had a total knee replacement and had gone for multiple sessions with different physical therapist I was never told about the scoliosis. At present I go twice a month For adjustments with Dr. Clark determined not to get any worse. Being retired and on a fixed income the center has adjusted my fee so I am able to continue treatments.
