Negative experience: I just had total hip replacement with DR Casey, he is a great doctor but the office sucks they have the worst service they literally let me go from river surgical behind the office. I did not get no instructions on how and what I was supposed to do with my hip replacement,getting out of bed, can I sit, how to move around nothing! I guess I was supposed to get a call from DR Casey’s nurse but it’s been 8 days and haven’t heard from him! I actually had to call myself since Tuesday and barely yesterday I got to talk to someone because I was bugging basically! Man I feel bad calling so much but this office is far from professional for real! Until now I have not received a call from my doctors nurse kind of sad!

Negative experience: Dr. Treziak couldn’t be nicer….but the office is HORRIBLE! No one ever calls you back…..you wait months for an appt. Their website which is suppose to be quicker doesn’t work…If it wasn’t that hand orthos are rare I would definitely look elsewhere for care. I would leave a zero review if possuble

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a bad experience in this office. The doctors are awesome and the staff is great. Yes, you may have to wait a bit but I can’t think of a Dr I see right now that that’s not the case. Please, be nice to the front desk staff because it’s not their fault and being rude isn’t going to help anyone.

Negative experience: I've been trying to get my pain meds for more than 24 hrs and still haven't gotten any answers. This is unexpectable. It's been nothing short of negative responses

Negative experience: This place is not professional. You'll send the lobby for an hour before you see the doctor. Then when they finally get you in the back. You'll sit for another half an hour. You'll get about 5 minutes of time with the doctor. If you're coming here for workman's comp to see the podiatrist, I would go to a different place.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know, what all the negativities reviews are about. Office and staff are very nice doctor not only did my full hip replacement that went perfect. But when I fell a year later and had a horrible fall causing the hip to dislocate, he fixed it even though he didn’t take my insurance anymore. When it dislocated again, he did another hip replacement and I still didn’t have insurance that covered it, but he had no problems helping me, have quality of life and be able to walk again. I I have had to wait longer than 25 minutes for my set appointments

Negative experience: Mi nombre es Aníbal yo llegué con dolo en la rodilla me dijo en 3 meses ya no tendrás dolor hablo del doctor Joshua Law me operó el 9/19/22 en enero del 23 tuve cita me dejó media pulgada más largo y dolor que no puedo dormir bien y me dijo están igualitas el dolor dentro de año ya no te va a doler te miro dentro de 6 meses no hizo nada

Fantastic experience: He is a wonderful orthopaedic.he saved my husband's foot from a infection that another orthopaedic did not cure or even care to listen to what my husband's concerns were .if I could I would give 10 stars Dr.Casey really is The BEST .

Negative experience: I spent 2 days sending & obtaining all the information they required of me to see the hand specialist, Dr. Trzeciak, at Valley Orthopics, then for no reason given the doctor declined to meet with me. Dr. Trzeciak should not be allowed by Medicare to treat any of their members!

Negative experience: Dr. Casey worst doctor ever!!! Went to get checked out for a knee problem workers comp send me to it saying it was the best doctor there is. Walked in was in the waiting room for an hour and 10 min inside a room just for him to say im fine. This dr. Casey doesn’t know how much of pain I’m in just for him to say I’m fine. Not even asked for more studies or anything just your fine. Don’t waste your time here. Peor doctor que eh ido dure una hora en la sala de espera y diez minutos en un cuarto con el doctor para que me diga que todo está bien. Compensación del trabajo me dijo q era uno de los mejores doctores que había en esta región pero por lo visto vale pura v***a. El doctor Casey no sabe el dolor qué pasó con mi rodilla para que nada mas la toque y diga todo esta bien con ella. Ni unos estudios más como los de más doctores que eh visitado.

Negative experience: Let’s start off with what happened first. I had a hand injury to all my fingers. The doctor was not very friendly but straight to business which is fine. He did a surgery on a neuroma. The outcome of the surgery is still unclear 5 months later but that ok I know it takes time. I had a follow up appointment with the doctor but he passed away. I was told with great urgency that if I missed or delayed the follow up I would be dropped as a patient. This raises some serious red flags for me. I met the doctor for a follow up appointment and told him my concerns. The whole situation was weird he had video cameras I playing and various documents to sign. I think he was trying to protect himself from a lawsuit. I said I wasn’t better and wanted at least more physical therapy. He denied and just wanted to cut me as a patient because I think he is terrified to have a patient with continues care that isn’t better. The OT was nice but I went to PT elsewhere. The lesson to this business is always listen to your patient and offering more PT for someone in pain isn’t going to hurt you. I am assuming the business is thinking we did we protected ourselves from what I don’t know but ultimately loss the respect as a customer for the facility and future business from future customers will in turn create business loss. I hope more people read the reviews and deters business from a business that I believe has poor customer service from the doctors end. The guy repeated outside I told him he eis fine in so many ways. If that was the case why do I have lingering pains and nothing is really resolved. Once again I know it can take take. Lesson here stay away from this place and the doctors.

Negative experience: Dr Casey performed a surgery on my knee that was the wrong surgery for what I supposed to have, I have a torn meniscus for which I still have, so the surgery he performed was a knee clean out as he put it, I have the visit recorded I complained to the medical board, they said he did everything right, well for the type surgery he did however it wasn't the surgery I was there for,, he told me after complaining to him that if it was only surgery for a torn meniscus I wanted he would never have performed a surgery, I do not recommend Casey

Fantastic experience: My experience was with Dr. Pettegrew and Laura. I was in shoulder pain for over 10 years and had three general practitioners tell me there was nothing to be done for my shoulder. One told me to quit my job and another gave me injection after injection, which gave me relief, but it was a bandaid for a bigger problem. I also came to find out I had received too many injections in a span of a year. Dr. Pettegrew gave me a permanent fix with a surgery. All of my appointments started right on time and Laura always called me back or emailed me in a timely fashion. I am very grateful for a positive experience and to finally feel like I wasn’t just being dismissed and my pain was REAL. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went there about a year ago after having a previous knee surgery that didn't didn't go I saw dr. Law and he did a total knee and a year later it feels really awesome recommend him to anyone

Negative experience: Been battling extreme pain in hands and wrist with alot of swelling for 3 years now. Waited 3 months for an appointment only to wait a hr and half to be seen for only 5min. Referall was for both hands and wrists when going inside the room dr comes in telling me pick a hand I can't and won't see you for both. Looks at it for 2min asks if I feel pain I say yes. He looks at 1 report out of the 3 reports and says you don't need surgery I don't know what to tell you go see your primary and figure it out then walks out. I didn't go to this appointment for a surgery I went to this appointment to see what's going on or if it's autoimmune related and how to treat whatever is going on with me since primary and rheumatology both told me to follow up with a HAND SPECIALIST to be sure.I was treated like I didn't matter and when I called back 5min after I left the receptionist told me unfortunately this is the only hand dr we have other 2 is no longer with us and their is no way to follow up because the dr that you just saw no longer accepts your insurance. Complete waste of time. I don't understand why they even had me come in or how a drs office can be this heartless.. If you read this do not waste your time you'll find better care somewhere else. Horrible experience....

Negative experience: This is my second time here and there was a long line and i totally get it when they’re short staffed but what upset me is a new patient who clearly didn’t speak English was getting helped by a receptionist and she was talking to her in English, telling her she had to fill out 8-9 pages of paperwork. The new patient then asked if anybody spoke Spanish & a nice Mexican lady said yeah & started to help her with the paperwork because it was in English. I told the lady to ask if they had any in Spanish, she went to ask the same receptionist who was speaking to her in English if they had any in Spanish and what do you know, the receptionist spoke SPANISH!! That there really upset me! Unfortunately they didn’t have any packets in Spanish. The nice Mexican lady helped her fill out the packet but she got called back and the lady came & asked me for help & I was happy to help her finish filling out the rest of the packet. I just want to say DO BETTER!! Make sure you have the paperwork in SPANISH!

Negative experience: Rude staff. Rude Dr's. They don't care. They don't have compassion. They wanna the check that's all they really want. They don't wanna see you happy or smile

Negative experience: They don't answer, hold 15 min at least for them to pick up and hang up. Call back again and hold again

Fantastic experience: My anime waifu came in here with a broken leg. We waited in the waiting room for so long that her leg fully healed before the doctor even called us back. This place is amazing the 5 day wait in the waiting room is amazing and let's you heal any injuries you have before you even SEE the doctor it's amazing and i fully recommend it. You won't regret the 5 day wait just remember to bring food and drinks

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here today and couldn't have been happier. The front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was brought into a room. The doctor came in 5 minutes later. Got an xray right in the office. I haven't experienced such an easy doctor appointment in years. The office is beautiful, the doctor explained things perfectly. The girls at the front desk were so friendly. I can't say enough about this office. Very happy patient.

Positive experience: This was my first time here as a patient. My doctor was on second floor. Dr office have 3 more dr in the same office. They was so many people waiting. I had to wait outside. They wasn't any sit and lots of people waiting outside. The doctor assistant seen me, did not assessment me correctly. They is not much parking here because lots of other building shares parking lot.

Fantastic experience: I give velly orthopedic a five star stuff are very polite very gentle as well as very helpful Dr. pistol was my surgeon and let me tell you he done a wonderful job on my leg and very little scarring so I recommend Valley orthopedic two any of those that need bone and joint repair.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Tabaraee and he is amazing! He has answered all my questions, before and after surgery, and had me try many different things before doing surgery. He and his staff are just amazing!!
