Fantastic experience: Before coming to this facility, I researched and took note of the reviews that have been previously left on here. I must say that I am very glad that I decided to go there with an open mind, despite some of the less flattering reviews.The facility is very well kept, organized and sanitized quite frequently. The staff is absolutely courteous, professional and patient. My PT session was thorough and very well detailed. The equipment that was used was modern and felt therapeutic to my injuries (foot and back). I left feeling great and I am looking forward to continuing my pain management plan. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: My son had a stroke on his left side they only concentrated on his right side they are there for money only they didn't help my child at all they are a joke

Fantastic experience: When I made my first appointment with Elite Rehab, I was met with a very personable receptionist, Kendra. She was very cordial and worked with me to my convenience. Then in the back where the therapy takes place, I met some very wonderful, professional, friendly and competent people. Jared, Takia, Tye and Dakota are not only great at what they do, they make Elite Rehab fill more like home. And even though they work you to your fullest potential, you are certainly aware that they have your best interest at heart. I am only in my second week of therapy, and I can notice a significant difference. This is not the first therapy program that I have been in Montgomery, Alabama, but I can truly say that so far they are the best. Thanks so much Elite Rehab!!!

Fantastic experience: First I would like to say due to reviews we almost did not come to elite. HOWEVER....this has been one of the best rehab experiences we have ever encountered! I have had family members at different rehab in montgomery and this by far has been the most pleasant and professional experience ever! My husband has had great progress and they compliment his Dr in Opelika over and over again My husband had a total knee. Thanks everyone!

Negative experience: This place is very unprofessional and racist! I when there 5 times and gotta treated bad because I was young black male! They did nothing to treat me and was only interested in the money they would make from treating me! I got threatened today at my appointment! One of them told me they had gun and kept asking me to come outside! When the head person trying to calm issue down but once someone make you feel like they wanted do something to you and refuse you the right to your paperwork for treatment. If you black or young do not go to this place! It’s nightmare
