Fantastic experience: I don’t customarily write reviews but I feel Rehab Associates merits one. Rehab Associates- East Montgomery location did a great job with my therapy. The staff from the front reception area to the therapist helped give the facility a very professional and pleasant atmosphere which could be observed through staff and clients. All of the staff deserve a thumbs up.

Fantastic experience: Love my therapist,Madison at Rehab Associates on St. Luke's Dr. In Montgomery.She not only has a beautiful smile everyday but,she is very conscientious in my overall rehab plan and well being. She knows her stuff and does it flawlessly.Ive made a lot of progress thanks to Madison. Also, Lindsey who keeps everything going from the phones, scheduling, etc always has a smile and very helpful .She is also a true asset to Rehab Associates.

Fantastic experience: Both my wife and I have used Rehab Associates for about ten years for back, shoulder, and knee. Every Rehab Tech that have worked with us have been outstanding. The results have worked well for both of us. However, the secret is to continue using the exercises for at least three times a week.

Fantastic experience: I love how flexible of a schedule they have and the great communication! Kaci is definitely giving good vibes and great energy every time I come in for an appointment. Madison and Evelyn are also very sweet! Ok period❤️

Fantastic experience: Madison is so nice and attentive! She really cares about her patients and I feel so confident and comfortable in her care. Casey always has such a positive energy that encourages me throughout my session and is always available to help. Evelyn is so efficient and I never have a problem scheduling PT with her! All in all, these three really make coming to PT a great and fun experience until I’m able to get back to sport!

Fantastic experience: I’m a student athlete at Alabama State University and I have been injured for about a year and a half. I’ve been going to see Madison, Casey, and Evelyn here on campus and they are amazing! Always a fun time, they listen intently, and make sure I am receiving the proper care I need! They are focused on getting me back stronger through injury prevention and controlled game-like movements. Really appreciate everything they have done and continue to do for me. Highly recommend seeing Casey, Madison, and Evelyn!

Negative experience: I visited rehab associates on October 5th, 2023 if I remember the date correctly. Due to copay, I needed to cancel my future appointments. However, they sent a bill to make sure they get money for the future visits too. Will not recommend anyone to visit them. Please do your due diligence and find a local physical therapist. Just because your doctor may have recommended them, you do not need to go and see them. You can cancel appointments and visit your preferred physical therapist. Specially since these are not coverable until you complete the deductable portion.

Fantastic experience: Rehab has been successful due to the concerned effort of my therapist Louie Bell. Louie’s knowledge, patience, and compassion have gotten me through my recoveries after three shoulder surgeries.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend going to rehab associate on Saint Luke drive. The staff Rebecca, Lindsey and Tyler is friendly and professional. My personal therapist that has been with me since my knee replacement surgery is Louie Bell. He has not only been an effective therapist but has been a great encourager when i felt down and depressed with pain. He has healing hands and I recommend anyone who is looking for a rehab facility to choose this one.

Fantastic experience: I have lower back pain due mostly from pulling and tugging on my disabled grandson when he needs help. Rehab Associates has been so helpful and diagnosed my problem quickly; developed a plan of action and it's working. After three sessions I'm so much better and so appreciative of their expertise and professional manner.

Negative experience: I went to Rehab and Associates on October 5, 2023. The lady that did my evaluation was incompetent, unprofessional, not courteous, she rushed through the evaluation and didn't want to look at xray. I am giving a 0 star because she did absolutely nothing. Refused to give me therapy. I waisted my copayment and my insurance lost their portion. I called Louey the Manager on October n26,2023 and he told me that he would called me bacon Friday. He did not call me back and I won't be going back. Additionally, I saw her give another patient therapy, I guess she has picks and choose.

The best In the business. I had 2 knee replacements therapy here and now receiving therapy for my right shoulder..wouldn't want anyone else to treat me period!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Rehab Associates on two different occasions over the past five years for extensive physical therapy. I have never met or been treated by more professional, genuine and dedicated employees. Lyndsey Sanderson is a very efficient and competent receptionist/all around schedule organizer and is always cheerful . Louie Bell has been my Physical Therapist on both occasions and he has been absolutely wonderful. Not only is he very competent, but he genuinely cares and is always in the best of moods and tends to lift the spirits of everyone who enters the door. I sincerely believe Louie deserves the utmost attention for a job so well done .

Fantastic experience: Other therapists had said I needed to put a lift on my right shoe. Some time later I stopped by Rehab associates where I had recieved shoulder and knee therapy several years ago. Louie took a look and said, "It's not your leg, it's in your pelvis and lower back." Now after therapy sessions with either Louie or Joy for the past several weeks, I have discarded my shoes with the lifts. Wow! What a difference. I've faithfully done my stetching every day as they told me to do. And when the therapy ends, I will continue on whatever routine they prescribe. Lyndsey who manages patient services is also first-class. Thank you Rehab Associates.

Fantastic experience: No one hopes they need physical therapy, but if you find you're in need of this type of care you won't find nicer people than those at Rehab Associates. The team is skilled, compassionate and understand you are on a sometimes scary journey. You can trust that they have trained long and hard to be your best educated guide back to good health. Fantastic experience: I've been through three series of physical therapy sessions with HealthSouth, HealthStar, and Rehap Associates. All of the 8 therapists that worked with me seemed knowledgeable and competent, but there were two who seemed noticeably more knowledgeable and competent to me. One was Bo Richardson of Rehab Assoc.
