Pro Impact Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pro Impact to anyone who feels that physical therapy is something they my be interested in trying. I personally cannot thank Julie at Pro Impact enough for all of the knowledge she has provided when it comes to physical therapy. Not only was she "Absolutely Amazing", but she is so kind and makes all of the sessions/exercises fun and informative for you to continue as your physical abilities improve. Honestly, she created an energetic environment to work on my physical impairment which provided the motivation I needed. Thank you so much Pro Impact! & I personally Thank you so much Julie! You're Amazing!

Fantastic experience: Good people, great PT

Fantastic experience: I had an ongoing issue with a injured back muscle, the owner saw that I didn't need to get the full treatment. He advised me what I needed to do to get better then had the staff walk me the through some exercises I can do at home. These folks are legit.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Pro Impact PT care about you making a speedy recovery. They work with you every step of the way to make sure that everything is done properly. I contribute my speedy recovery to their physical therapist working with me with every appointment.

Fantastic experience: Am going to PT here now. Therapists know their jobs well. I have been 3 times and have started already using the cane/stick. No pain since I began therapy.

Fantastic experience: Mike and the staff are very helpful, friendly, understanding and awesome! They go out of their way to help! I had issues with hip and he listened to me. He guided me down the right path and I was able to get help, now I am pain free! I highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a physical therapy clinic that will let you pretend you are performing your rehab exercises just to say you are doing as your surgeon or doctor has prescribed, Pro Impact is not for you. But if you want to recover well and are willing to follow Mike's and his staff's lead and regimen, Pro Impact is the place for great results. They are sympathetic towards your injury and pain but expect you to work, because it is all about you and your recovery. The staff is very efficient and professional, and I will definitely be returning when another joint craps out and I have it replaced.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this Montgomery Physical Therapist. I went for my first visit and decided to find another establishment. On the positive side, the building is nice and the front desk staff was friendly and fast. On the negative side the were two red flags. First, no staff used masks or any COVID protection measures. I am vaccinated but still wear a mask to protect others. This is the first medical location I have found that did not use simple protocols. Secondly, the doctor failed to demonstrate active listening and relied too much on his own overconfidence. His goal appeared to be finish with his assessment as fast as he could - which is never a good metric for someone you are trusting to heal you. After 30 years of playing a "contact sport" in the Army, I have seen dozens of sports doctors and know when to walk away. In the end it seemed I was processed more for a insurance check then cared for. Maybe this clinic had an off day - but as the saying goes "you get one chance to make a first impression."

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff

Fantastic experience: Friendly, supportive, knowledgeable staff helped get me on the right track for recovery from spinal fusion surgery. After they made sure I knew how to do the recommended exercises, they released me to do the exercises on my own at home.

Fantastic experience: Mike and his staff are great. The really took the time to listen and hear what we needed. This is not an assembly line place. They care about you and your recovery. Really can't say enough good things about these folks.

Fantastic experience: Mike Ellis, the owner, corrected my joint pain very quickly. My prior therapist could not fix my SI joint pain, even though I visited his office for months. If you want a therapist who is knowledgable, will teach you prevention, and really cares about your progress (and not money), please call Mike!

Fantastic experience: Great PT Support! Friendly, knowledgeable personnel with a strong program! Saw my Dr. today and he was amazed at my range of motion and progress. He said to the Interns with him, "she is well advanced for just over 5 weeks. It is a testament to the Physical Therapist..."

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT experience! I had amazing results with nearly full range of motion and minimal pain just two weeks after my shoulder surgery. Mike, the owner, and the entire staff at Pro Impact are knowledgeable, friendly and committed to motivating and encouraging progress. They have two convenient locations, one near Huntingdon College and a brand new beautiful building near Eastchase. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kept PT interesting with fast results. Great atmosphere and friendly therapist's that know what they are doing. Mike is also there to check on your progress and to change program if needed. Not like other places I've been to. Amazing results from knee replacement. Parking in front of building. Wish I knew about Pro Impact with the first knee replacement and my other rehabilitations. I will use Pro Impact in the future. You should too.
