Fantastic experience: Seen by physician on time with very good explanation.

Negative experience: I was sent here by Sedgwick for chiropractic care after an injury. I was asked to visit suite 102 which is not labeled after walking around the building I went into healthpointe and was sent down the hall. Upon going through the door I hit a man with the door who was there for physical therapy. I took time to speak with the office manager who walked me to the back before listening to my concern, she told me there is a sign that says to knock, however she would take care of it. One week later I come back for my rescheduled appointment I was sure to capture a photo, there is no sign that says knock.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Morales is great! Sadly, I’ve had a few too many injuries so I know first hand the medical attention Dr. Morales provides. He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for one’s well-being.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Healthpointe for the last five months and I can tell you when it comes to Dr. Morales, the nurses or the front office staff, everyone is amazing! For a doctor, Dr. Morales is one of the most compassionate and great communicators I have had the pleasure to deal with. If you have to deal with a workers comp situation, you want these people by your side to support you!

Negative experience: Today I had acupuncture by Dr. Kyung Lee. I’ve never had acupuncture before and I was nervous. Dr. Lee asked me a lot of questions. As I left his office, I scheduled more appointments in the future. I had 2 more appointments after the initial appointment. Dr. Kyung Lee would not answer my questions like he did early on. I asked if I’m having hip pain that I never had before, could it be caused by the shoulder acupuncture that is new to me. Maybe I asked him a dumb question……but since he lost being hospitable, my questions didn’t concern him, I cancelled all my future appointments with him. It costs me time & money to go see an acupuncturist that won’t answer my questions, so I’ll look elsewhere for treatment. Do I recommend Dr. Kyung Lee? No, I do not recommend him. Dr. Nick Saeed is a great pain management doctor. He too listens to you about your pain. He is very polite and handsome. Dr. Nick remembers what he mentioned in the last appointment and he’ll make changes if needed. Dr. Leslie Kim Is an awesome Doctor and Surgeon. He listens to you and he also gives painless Cortisone shots, and those usually hurt.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first. But honestly the doctor that I got was amazing. He was kind, caring, and overall very informative about my injuries. The front desk ladies were professional and nice.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Anto Fritz. He is very thorough and compassionate. I am so grateful that I found him. Dr. Fritz is very knowledgeable. He did not waste any time and ordered the necessary tests that he felt I needed. To me, he cares about the best outcome. Also, I see Dr. Nick who helps me with pain management. Dr. Nick takes great care of me. Also, so pleasant and caring. Dr. Nick goes out of his way to help me deal with Workers Compensation. I know that I am in great hands with Dr. Nick. Thank Dr. Nick for all you do for the patients. God bless both doctors.

Fantastic experience: They were professional and friendly. The staff was nice, they apologized for the wait time. Araceli was friendly and explained everything so I would know what to expect when the doctor came in. The experience overall was good with both the staff and the doctor.

Fantastic experience: Natalie the receptionist is remarkable going out of her way to be helpful and kind. She calls all the clients by their name, coming here has been a pleasant experience. Also Mark the PT is friendly, and takes time to answer questions. There was a few times I came in there not feeling so great, and they both had me smiling.

I had an encounter with the assistant manger, Evelyn. She was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, I loved their customer service. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: HealthPoint help me tremendously Dr Morales from Temecula HealthPoint very professional very informative and the staff they were amazing as well I also really highly recommend Dr Neil T Katz from healthpoint in Paris an orthopedic specialist that was referred by Dr Morales Dr Neil T Katz will go up to bat for you he will tell you the truth he will try to help you in every way possible for you to get better and if he can't he will put together the means to work with workman's comp through your employer to have them help you find accommodations to a job that you can be productive in with your restrictions Dr Neil Katz is an amazing doctor highly highly highly recommend you see Dr Katz if you need an orthopedic specialist I can't thank the staff of healthpoint in Paris enough for all their help and support through my injury and the Temecula office as well thank you all would highly recommend health point to every and anyone sincerely Holguin

Fantastic experience: The staff at HealthPoint was extremely helpful and competent, they provided me with updated forms and documents and allowed me extra time to complete them additionally they reviewed the documents before I left. My consultation with Dr Nick was one of the most interactive and knowledgeable visits I've had since my treatment began. I definitely look forward to dealing with the folks from HealthPointe in Perris for my future treatment and evaluations.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr appointment at Perris CA and the staff was really nice. I was seen right away. Dr Del Campo is a very good at diagnosing your illness. I've been here now on several occasions, for flu, migraines, and stress. Very satisfied with all my visits.

Fantastic experience: They are always courteous and on time with me but I happen to arrive 15 to 30 mins before my appointment always. When Dr. Nick says me he is very kind and listens intently to what I have to say. The nurses who show you to an examination room are always so friendly and they also listen intently to how you are feeling that day and relay that information to Dr. Nick. Over all I have been extremely pleased with my treatment at said facility.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Katz is very personable and informative. He always asks if you have any questions and seems to care about his patients. The staff at Healtpointe are always polite and friendly and seem to work very well together, as a team. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Leung is a wonderful Dr. who listens when you explain your issue and cares about his patients and is not some who don't listen and just pushes pills. The staff that work with him are very caring as well. They are all extremely wonderful people. I can not give them a higher place in my estimation they don't just show up for a job but really do care about they people in their charge.

I've been all over town looking for a provider and I think I've found a new home at Healthpointe. Clean facility, runs like a well oiled machine I really appreciate that organization. Fantastic experience: My fiance is being seen and he says the physical therapy department is very caring. When we have to reschedule for any reason or just schedule a normal appointment, we are sent to suite 104. Miriam and the girl that sits next to her are very nice and helpful.
