Negative experience: I have a very mixed outlook on this place, because there are certain people that are extremely empathetic and clearly have the qualities of a healer. There are certain people here that will go to Great lengths to help you if you need it. I remember my very first day coming to this facility, I left my phone accidentally in the Uber that I used to get up there... that meant I needed to use the facilities phone or else I would have not been able to leave. There was even a wonderful nurse or health care associate that was willing to let me use her cell phone; because the way the facilities phones answer- the same person might not pick up a incoming call. However there are also other people in this facility that display microaggressive racial biases. I remember the last time I went to the facility two things happened that stick out to me. I have pretty bad vision, so I had to read the numbers next to the rooms to understand exactly where my room was. As soon as I understood where my room was, there was a nurse standing directly in my way. She asked me if I was okay ,but it was more of an extroverted gesture than intimately asking me to help me. It came off along the lines of me being suspicious like I'm wandering around or misplaced.also, another one of the nurses or medical assistance that work there was walking in front of me; and I was in close enough proximity for her to hold the door , but she acted like no one was behind her. She made sure it closed in my face. I also have felt a certain coldness during interactions, as well as almost A vibe of opposition. When I made an appointment over the phone I was told that I could get a pap smear and a general wellness assessment on the same day. The woman who called my name when she walked out into the waiting area, once I made sure she knew that I was who she was looking for I got the coldest nonverbal communication and responses from her. She also told me that I would not be able to do both the pap smear and wellness check, and I would have to choose one. I also have a sinus infection that I have not been able to get the medicine for yet, but that's a whole other situation. I'm just stating these things as reference as to why doing one thing at a time and never being able to get in for appointments in a timely manner is detrimental . This is very important to me because I have a back injury from amazon, and I have a head and neck injury. My cervical spine is misaligned and it causes me great pain but I have not been able to truly get help. These are only a few of the injuries I deal with on the daily basis.I made an appointment like a month in advance, so far in advance it gives me anxiety because I don't remember if I scheduled the ride through my insurance as well. The appointments are so few and far in between that it was so inefficient for me to have to do the wellness check on a different day just because I got a pap smear. And it's not easy to have a head injury and try to make appointments. It already gives me a great deal of stress that I tried so hard to make sure that this facility had my medical records, but there's something stopping me getting physical therapy And I also think that it's mandatory I bring these things to awareness, because it's almost as if I'm being dealt with as if people feel the need to paint me into a certain character trait, or stereotypical nature instead of seeing me as a patient that came in because they have an ailment. Also, one thing that I forgot about was when I got a pap smear-which hurt me and made me woozy; I begin to losing blood also... This woman rushed me out the room . I told her very nicely very non confrontational that I needed time before I got up and left and she emphasize that she was going to walk me out almost as if me doing something and her time was more important than my safety. There are more important things than passive aggressive prejudiced. I'm not someone who needs the door to close in my face . I don't need to be aware of someone's personal outlook on me by their lack of customer service
Negative experience: En urgencias muy mal servicio la resepcionista con un genio Qe ni ella selo. Aguanta. Y la doctora una morena. Muy mala atención Envés de aser ella su trabajo te manda a emergencias. Nono muy mal servicio
Positive experience: So sad that healthcare has become an industry. Simply shocking that per Transparent California, Riverside County has 35+ Level 4 psychiatrists on its payroll at $400k + a year, each! Lol! The US President and senators make less than that a year! So when you come in desperately needing an MRI for your back pain but instead being handed "mental health assessment" (which you can totally opt-out of, but of course they don't tell you that) now you know why. That's 35+ individuals in the same field at a half a million each a year in a county with $35k median income Truly, the love of money is the root of all evil.
Fantastic experience: Always friendly, professional, on time and the facilities are neat and clean. When I need to cancel last minute or reschedule they always accommodate. From the security personnel and front desk receptionists all the way to the nursing staff and doctors, 5 stars.
Negative experience: Horrible servicio especialmente los especialistas como el oculista le dan citas y nunca las respetan una y otra vez. Solo dicen que el doctor Llama que no viene y ya sin ninguna escusa ni disculpa y las re epcionistas tambien tienen muchisimos herrores no recomiendo por nada Esa clinica
Negative experience: At first I liked this clinic. But now as I have been coming more often due to my daughters condition I am realizing more stuff. One of my main complaint is that the staff that checks you in are very unprofessional. They seem to take their breaks in their check in area seats and talk very private and unprofessional conversations. It also makes people that walk in think they are on the clock. Or they are on the clock and are having a chit chatting meeting and make you wait to check you in until they feel like stopping their non work related and inappropriate conversations to actually do their job. Seems like there is no structure or managers to keep them on check. Other than that the inside staff, RN's, Dr's and MA's are great and listen to your concerns and do a well job checking my kids.
Fantastic experience: La verdad, valió la pena la espera para una cita, me atendieron muy bien, clínica limpia, personal amable y no me bengo a casa con dudas son muy pacientes los Doctores y enfermeras. Merecen más de 5 estrellas
Negative experience: Es lo peor en aser citas por teléfono porque pase casi una hora en línea y para que en lo ultimo me cortaran la llamada

Negative experience: They never answer the phone. EVER. Such bad healthcare. I literally had been bleeding for 13 days and couldn’t get a hold of them even messaging through the app. This place is a joke.
Negative experience: Can't make my first appointment. Ever-present answers the phone then transfers to another department about 3 times then transfered to a voicemail.
Negative experience: I did have an apointment for my high blood pressure on the 28th but I want to change clinics. One of the employees there was extremely rude and falsely acusing me of something Im not doing and talking to me very rude and talking down to me for no reason. She was talking to my mom but she didnt realize that she was on speaker. Judging me. I did nothing wrong I was just sitting on the couch listening to her acusing me and judging me on the loud speaker phone. Anyone would be mad if your being acused for something false. She was instigating an arguement right away. And we were only trying to make an appointment for my allergies but she was too disrectful and she hung up. My doctor told me I should of got her name so I could complain but I was unable to. I'll just find another clinic because I have no choice. Im not going to get treated like dirt for no reason. It was just a simple apointment for my allergies. She was judging me already. We didn't get a chance to make a simple appointment for my allergies. I'm a nice person but that lady was extremely rude to me for no reason.

Negative experience: I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a while now and they keep saying there are no appointments or walk ins. I need to take my daughter to the doctor and cant because of this issue. I have called multiple times just for them to have me on hold for an hour and tell me there is nothing available.
Negative experience: This place is a joke. They don't even know how to take your blood pressure. Since when do you put the cuff on your elbow. To take your blood pressure? And the scale is off by at least 7 pounds. Raising your body weight.. And then they try suggesting tests and procedures. You don't need. And they know its not the truth.. This Business is toxic to your wellbeing
Negative experience: Nothing Express about this place at all. Had a 5 hr experience here at this fancy establishment. They let people who come in well after you be seen first. There's no system. Don't go here if you need "Urgent" care or anything Expressed. They're trash
Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with this establishment. From the moment you walk in the receptionist and security greet with kindness and respect. Every department that I have come in contact with is amazing, polite, respectful, and efficient. Medical, Labs, nurse and especially Dr. Erskine she is astonishing. I trust mine and my families care here.
Fantastic experience: I am so happy I switched my primary to this place! Wow! Everyone in the building from the friendly front desk people, to the cheerful Security guy, to the lab desk... They were ALL so friendly and helpful! Dr. Derrick Nguyen was so kind and caring! His nurse was a doll! And the lady in the lab was fast, yet painless! Great place! Great people! SO nice to find people that care! I am truly here to stay! Thank you!
