Fantastic experience: Dr . George James is wonderful!!! I was injured at work back in April. I’ve been going back-and-forth looking for answers between Kaiser getting MRIs and x-rays for almost 3 months before I was referred to physical therapy with Dr. George. I was limping aggressively the first visit. I just walked out from my fourth visit and I honestly feel Way better Dr. George gave me answers I needed and is helping me recover than Kaiser was I highly recommend Dr. George he is very honest. He knows what he’s doing and is very easy to work with and send you home with homework on exercises to make you better. I have more appointments to go with Dr. George James.

Fantastic experience: Meeting Dr. James George has transformed my life in many ways. I came in with a broken heal and was told I’d me running in 6 weeks and have exceeded expectations! He worked on my knee, which I’ve had ACL surgery on, which was hindering the way I was walking. We tackled my diet and overall health and I’ve dropped weight. Everything from back issues to allergies, he has helped my friends with their healing process. Knock on wood, I haven't needed his services but it is a great comfort to know that he is there should the need arise. He treated my mom when she was presenting stroke like symptoms and the doctors could not diagnose her condition. And Dr George was truly a blessing to us in how he gave her a holistic treatment and that helped her a great deal.

Fantastic experience: A week ago I had trouble taking deep breaths. I would inhale normally for a few breaths and then feel the need to take a deep breath. It would take me several more breaths to get a satisfying deep breath and the whole process would begin again. On the third day of doing this, I went to the ER. Several tests were run including Covid, blood tests, chest x-ray and EKG. All tests were normal. I made an appointment with Dr. James on the 5th day of this distressing problem and by the end of the appt. I could take a deep breath without struggling. He also gave me exercises to do to improve my posture and help me breathe easier. I have had anxiety and panic attacks since I was a teenager but this was a whole different situation. I think the ER doctor was going to diagnose it as anxiety since all tests were normal. I am extremely glad I continued to search for help and found Dr. James.

Fantastic experience: Dr. George is awesome physical therapist. He deserves nothing less than a 5 star. I can’t thank him enough for getting me back to my normal life. I went to him earlier this earlier with terrible pain in my lower back and hips. It was so bad that I wasn’t able to sit in my chair for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. It was getting impossible for me to do my job - having a desk job. I had already seen Chiropractor for this, which would give me some temporary relief but will get back the same pain. In my first meeting with Dr. George, he said he’ll work towards his first goal - I’ll be able to sit continuously for an hour after 6 weeks. Although I was amazed at his confidence, wasn’t too sure if I should believe him! He was right. He identified the root cause and suggested the exercise regime, which I followed. He also did few manipulations and suggested posture correction to get the back in order. I experienced significant improvement in couple of months.

His diagnosis was on point and confirmed by subsequent x-rays ordered by my primary doctor. Dr. George employed certain manipulations and progressed me through a series of exercises which I continue to do. Fantastic experience: I can only give 5 stars however I would give Dr. James 10 stars if I could. Dr James is an amazing physical therapist who is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of his patients. I have been meeting with Dr. James now for about 2 months because I have a sciatica issue going for 15 years. I have been to multiple chiropractors throughout the years and they could only temporary fix my issue. With Dr. James, he was able to pin point the issue and develop a strategy to permanently correct my sciatica. I feel better and stronger due to Dr. James's therapy in the last 2 months compared to at least 10 years in seeing chiropractors. Fantastic experience: When I went to see the team at Excel physical therapy I was experiencing near constant neck and back pain. I had tried numerous things and my situation was only getting worse. During the course of my physical therapy I noted a significant improvement after only a couple of weeks. After completing my office visits I was experiencing nearly NO PAIN and even better I had the tools to continue my recovery on my own. It is now a year later and I feel great. I am back to my normal activities and can do things I doubted I would be able to do before working with Excel physical therapy. Fantastic experience: I was in pain for over 3 years and now I have no pain. I had such bad hip pain that I wouldn’t be able to walk the mall, amusement parks or just down the street. After 10 sessions I have been pain free and can run, skip, walk miles and miles with my kids. I am so thankful for what they have been able to do for me. Fantastic experience: I have sciatica and stenosis. Before my therapy sessions I could hardly walk more than eight hundred feet. Dr. James is realistic, informative, and personal. He started by guiding me to set an attainable goal. Then he showed all the stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles and reduce the pain. After twenty four sessions, I attained the goal. Not only I don’t need to rely on pain killers, I can walk more than one mile now. My posture is also a lot better. Highly recommended.

He has been able to get the range of motion and strength up using his expertise with stretching and targeted exercises. His receptionist Noble is very polite and helpful. Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with chronic knee and shoulder injuries. I recently had a flare-up but my usual go- to PT did not have available openings. I saw Dr. George's ad at my workplace, and decided to give him a chance. I walked in with very little expectations. He got me back to running and swimming within no time at all. Dr. Goerge helped me fiigure out the root cause of my injury, and used a hands on approach to help aliviate my pain. He built a personal set of stretches and strengthening excercises for me. He kept working with me one on one to make sure that I do all my stretches and exercises correctly, while making adjustments where needed. Always with a pleasant, calm and attentive attitude. I really like his holistic approach to problem solving. Combining hands-on and personal attention, and following up with stretches and exercises. More than anything the results speak for themselves.
