Fantastic experience: my 1st time at a chiro. as a current ER RN I was pretty nervous getting adjusted from all the myth horror stories. Dr Lajom was always so professional personable and positive even on many many days where it was clear I would rather have been anywhere else. his staff were kind, and noticeably efficient/streamlined while working together as a team. clean office, clean therapy chairs and timely care. I’ve also had been adjusted once by Dr O who is more than respectful and educational throughout the process. overall, as someone who has personally worked with many healthcare providers, I would highly recommend both Dr Lajom and Dr O for future care.

Fantastic experience: To this day, I consider Dr Lajom a chiropractor who thoroughly listens to his patients, focuses on treating problem areas, takes pride in his work and his wonderful team, approaches his patients with care and compassion, and most importantly earns my trust. An updated review is long overdue but definitely not far from the stellar 5-star rating I originally left on Yelp more than 13 years ago. Like my original review, Mendyk Chiropractic still has a clean facility. The moment you step foot into the office, it smells clean and looks well-maintained from the lobby, exam rooms, and treatment areas. The techs are constantly wiping down surfaces between each patient. And upon entry, Jackie immediately greets each patient by name. It’s a rarity to come across genuinely friendly service in a medical office and, generally speaking, even in most businesses. Being recognized and acknowledged by a simple “hello” or a smile from the staff would brighten anyone’s mood. The check-in process is swift and there are plenty of seats in the lobby while waiting to be called into the next room. They have orchestrated the movement of patients from one room to the next to a “T”. And they stay very close to scheduled appointment times. I’ve also seen Dr O while Dr Lajom was out on vacation and he, too, was able to align me and I left the office feeling better. Both doctors make you feel welcomed and they are easy to talk to - straight to the point, which I sincerely respect. By the way, they have a white board with positive affirmations and quotes that they change daily. And endless pages of testimonials from patients who also agree with what I’ve mentioned on this review. Everyone needing chiropractic care should give Mendyk Chiropractic in Moreno Valley a try. When I find myself needing realignment, I call for an appointment and Jackie schedules me within the week - and, in some instances, the following day. Overall, I have great confidence that you’ll find the care that you need with a hardworking group of people who only want you to leave their office feeling better than you came in. Dr Lajom and his staff have my utmost admiration for their quality care and sense of urgency to get treated promptly and effectively. I always leave the office feeling great! Fantastic experience: The receptionist (Jacky) knows everyone by their 1st name... its amazing how she remembers everyone as you walk in... Dr. Lajom walks you through every step and explains you in detail about your injury and personally oversees your daily therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable and holds the upmost professional attitude when dealing with your doubts and concerns... Fantastic experience: My review is long overdue but I’m here to show my appreciation and support. Years agoI injured myself badly while performing a heavily deadlift. I felt numbness and tingling down my leg for several weeks and finally gained some mobility and range of motion. I was still on constant pain. I was careless and just kept taking ibuprofen every day for the next few years until I finally decided to see Dr. Mendyk. During the consultation, he pointed out in my X-ray that my hip was compressed and wasn’t sitting right, showing it was uneven in a neutral position. After my first session, my full range of motion was back, the tingling and numbness was gone, and I didn’t need ibuprofen for that injury again. After completing all of my sessions I was finally able to train without being in pain anymore. Thank you again Dr. Mendyk!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express completely how well the Mendyk Chiropractic is organized and the level of pain reducing chiropractic care they give - but I will try. Let me start with the way that the office is run. After getting processed into their system, you will see that Derek Lajom has a well oiled and organize machine. You never sit unattended for long periods because they have the customer service process streamlined to ensure that you get in and out as quickly as possible while receiving the high level of care possible. What I mean by this is that your wait periods from entering to being sent to a private room for DR review of your healing process and new manipulation adjustments be made to continue your healing to chiropractic massage is at minimum. They don't waste your time! This is important especially when you need to get in 1-3 visits a week. Let's talk about the care. The intake process is very detailed so that they can full attend to all of your healing requires. They do a full written interview followed up by verbal interview by the Dr Lajom. Afterwards, the chiropractic manipulation is started. Every visit that you have with the Dr Lajom, he discusses with you your healing progress. He continually adjusts his treatment to help further your healing process. He definite cares about the quality of care that you receive. He listens! He "probes" you verbally to get information from you. Sometime you have patients that aren't very commutative which could cause them not to get the care that they need. That's not going to happen here. He makes sure that gets the information that he needs to help you. After you receive your chiropractic manipulation (adjustments) you are immediately taken to the massage and electric stimulation room. You never have to wait in this area! As soon as you walk into the room the CNAs place you on a table or in a chair so that you get the muscle stimulation that will help provide pain relief and increase blood flow to increase healing. After. you are done this you simple walk to entrance exit to leave. While leaving it literately take 30 secs or less to get your next appointment schedule and you are on your way home. I do want to close with a comment about his staff and staffing. This is fully staffed all of the time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They know they jobs very well. The office managed very efficiently all reports and documents that you may need for work or EED are filled out delivered on time. They know what they are there unlike some other medical offices that have had to endure. If you are going to need chiropractic service, this is the place to go. I give 5 stars. I loved the care and service that I received.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a rear end collision recently and was assigned to therapy. The therapy session helped my body/back/neck aches tremendously and I am well on my way to a full recovery. In addition, all the staff was kind and caring and understanding if you have a busy schedule. I would definitely recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: Came to the Moreno Valley location with my daughter due to a car accident. The staff is very polite, they work hard, great customer service. The girls are so friendly along with the Dr. my daughter and I felt very comfortable from beginning to end. They did so good at following Covid regulations. They take every step possible with sanitizing everything as soon as you get there and leave, the smallest things I noticed. Wiping the pens down, every bed/chair you sit on. You constantly see the girls cleaning. Such a great office. Loved everything about it. 100% recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I came here for 10 weeks of Chiropractic CARE. I emphasize on the word care because that is exactly what they do here. Right from the first time I walked in there the staff is welcoming and friendly. The doctor is very professional while still be personable. Easy to talk to and willing to answer every question you have as well as knowledgeable to answer questions before you ask them like a doctor should. He is very good at chiropractor and the staff is great with the physical therapy. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. No matter how I felt before coming in I always left feeling good because of the doctor and his staff. Not once did I ever have a bad experience nor did I ever see another patient there having a bad experience. I definitely recommend this office to anyone for premium quality care.

I finished through the paper work fairly quickly and once my treatment began the staff and the doctor were all supportive and friendly.
