Negative experience: I came here to do my sons medical exam for immigration very bad service they call me to reschedule then they told me my appointment was at 11am when I got here they couldn't find my appointment , then they said it was somewhere else and I said no I've never been to any other clinic ! Supposedly my appointment was at 12:40 and it's almost 3pm and I haven't been helping !!!! Worst service ever

I heard about this clinic while I was waiting in line at the market these older ladies were talking about how nice the staff was . So I went to see for myself. I wish I could give them 10 stars they were helpful and quick and super friendly, it had “family vibes” in there , the doctor was great ,the two front staff are the stars of the show getting me in and out with ease , the lady named Lupe was very welcoming when i got in the lobby. I wanna thank young women I believe her name was Donna , very helpful and sweet with kind smile with professionalism helping answering all my questions.I will be returning and bringing my family here from now on .

Negative experience: Not too happy with this place. They never seem to have what's needed in stock. Like the flu shot, they never seem to have any. Wait time takes forever. You get checked in but u wait a long time to see the Dr. They make appointments without consulting you. And even the phone appt.s took forever. Didn't call when they said they would. I can list more but what's the point. Honestly...I'm in the office now and I can probably write a book. ...

The doctor is amazing! Overall, the clinic is super neat and clean. It provided me with excellent customer service and I highly recommend it to anyone. Dona is an asset to the company.
