Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, friendly and kind staff. They work very hard to create an excellent rehab process for you. They make it enjoyable even though they make sure you work hard because their goal is to get you back to where you should be. They care about their patients and treat you with kindness and respect. Christine is a joy to work with and works hard to make sure you get the right therapy. I recommend you go there for your PT, you will be happy with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I am currently seeing Dr. Christine Taylor since June and want relate my story about her. I had previous physical therapy, Chiropractic, massage therapies and injections for my back pain over the last couple of years. My primary referred me to Results Physiotherapy on S Church in Murfreesboro, he asked me to commit to hard and consistent therapy before the end of the year. I was committed, now I just needed a committed therapist. I worked with another therapist in this office and then I saw Christine working with her patients that I saw were benefiting from her dedication so I decided to speak with her regarding changing to her for treatment. She is truly amazing. She is resolving my issues and I am walking much better now. When I come in for my biweekly appointments Christine asks what is painful today and works along side me, works with me and wants me to feel better. This is the best therapy I have ever had at 65 years old and I look forward to my appointments and my future wellness. Nancy Scullion

Christine and Stephen are wonderful and got me back to where I needed to be after 6 weeks of therapy from knee replacement. I would highly recommend Christine and Stephen. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: I rang the bell 2 days ago at this location. I got my right knee replaced October 31 and my left knee replaced December 29. Results handled all of my rehabilitation with excellence and compassion. Several staff members worked with me over 25 (or so) sessions, and they made a scary and painful process manageable and enjoyable. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: The therapists here are all top notch in care and personality. I had a long stint here after a disc problem and throughout my 3+ months of care here, I always felt welcome! I always looked forward to daily conversation with my therapist(s) on how to improve and general conversation. Christine and Stephen were more than helpful in my pain management. They really do work with you to find a routine to get your body working better than before. Highly recommend this location for the staff alone. By the time you're done with treatment you'll be friends with everyone there! I hope I never have to come back for pain, but if I am ever unfortunate enough to need their services again, I'd happily choose this group of therapists again!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this Results location due to chronic intractable migraine. I was blown away by the care I received from my therapist, Andy. I’ve also seen Steven for a few sessions and I can say my quality of life has greatly improved. Everyone at this location is friendly, helpful, and nice to be around. I highly recommend working with them and I look forward to every session I have.

Fantastic experience: Christine is my wife's Physical Therapist, she has been the best person and has exceeded our expectations. My wife was diagnosed with ALS and has been losing function of her limbs, this is a life altering disease. Christine has been there from the start and has given us the attention and assistance that she has needed to help us navigate this horrendous disease. She has looked after my wife as if she were family. I highly recommend Christine and this facility for your needs.

Fantastic experience: The team here is fantastic! Bonus points: they’re funny too! They work hard to make sure you’re hitting your goals and making progress but also listen to concerns. Very bittersweet “graduating”. I’ve definitely made friends.

Fantastic experience: The customer service here is Top notch. The minute I walked in I felt welcome and not awkward. At the front desk Amanda was kind and welcoming and She answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything. The therapists Christine and Andy who took care of me were able to pinpoint exactly what I needed to work on. They have prevented surgery for me and I thank them all with all my heart.

The therapist push you to work hard, and the more you work hard, the quicker you will get better. Great "bedside" manner as well from the therapists. Seriously: if you need rehab, go here.

Fantastic experience: Lauren was an excellent therapist, really understood what I needed and provided just the right amount of carrot and stick to get me there. I regained greater flexibility and range of motion under her care and received valuable after tx guidance to continue my PT self-directed.

Fantastic experience: I participated in the "Mommy Bounce Back" program to regain pelvic floor strength after giving birth to my son in July. I encourage all mothers in the postpartum period to do this therapy for yourself - commit to it, and you will be glad you did! I felt like I did my future self a favor by addressing my issues early in the postpartum period. I am very satisfied with how I was able to regain control and strength in my pelvic floor area, and the pelvic pain I was having is gone. It's more than just kegels - Laura Ross is an *awesome* therapist - she is smart and warm, and good at what she does. I learned so much about the importance of hip and core and glute strength; the diaphragmatic breathing I learned also really helped me access the muscles I needed to relax. The staff here is friendly and funny - check them out!

Fantastic experience: Gentlemen, pelvic strengthening is for us, too, and Dr. Laura Ross is the best there is. In my first consultation to have my prostate removed, I was encourage to practice Kegels. I asked--only half-joking--"Can men to that?" Not only can we, but we must in order to speed recovery and regain bladder control. I've come a long way in a short time thanks to Results Physiotherapy. Best of luck in your journey.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing pain for nearly 4 years with no relief, I did not have high expectations when I started Pelvic PT. However, I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience in so many ways! Laura was an incredible motivator and teacher, and she helped me to truly learn how to heal more than just repeating exercises. Not only did I have exponential growth while in the program, I was given the tools to continue making advancements on my own. Everyone at the office was so kind and supportive, and always made me feel welcome! Additionally, it's important to note how safe I felt despite having treatments in the heart of COVID-19. The staff took every precaution necessary to keep patients safe every single visit. I couldn't say thank you enough for the way this team has transformed my life! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I asked my friends where to go for physical therapy after breaking my fibula, and I am so happy I followed those to Results Physiotherapy South! At my first meeting, Laura asked me about my goals for PT. We worked out an aggressive plan with a goal of being able to walk unassisted and without a limp. I'm about 6 sessions in, and they have lived up to their name! Laura has helped me get Results! I also appreciate their front desk staff who are always pleasant when I arrive as well as depart. Finally, I will say that their team dies a good job of maintaining a clean environment. From the waiting area to the PT area to the bathroom, this facility is clean and doesn't smell bad either. I give them my full recommendation.

Negative experience: Was not a good experience. Receptionists were super nice, but the therapists, not so much. Felt that I was not listened to when trying to explain my condition. One therapist actually hurt me real bad. Her negligence actually set me back about 2 weeks. After returning to therapy after that incident, the other female therapist had the nerve to say to me, " well, no pain no gain. " This was by far not my first injury or experience with physical therapy. I know that the process is painful, but not like the kind of pain and injury the one therapist caused. The other one was just plain rude.

Negative experience: I was actually stunned by the lack of professionalism. A receptionist--NOT the therapist---was instructed to show me the exercises. He was nice. I needed knowledge which he didn't, nor was he supposed to, have.
