Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Star Physical Therapy. My therapist, Linda, walked me through everything she was going to do and everything she expected me to do; answering all my questions along the way. I am very thankful to have had Linda as my therapist.

Negative experience: Was referred by a specialist at TOA, I called and made an appointment for the RIGHT side of my neck (possible slipped disc). Went in for my appointment and they tried to treat for lower back pain, until I told them their files were wrong. When I told Amy what the issue was, she started laughing hysterically, and said no educated doctor would say I had a slipped disc. I went home with no relief, and couldn’t do several of the exercises she had given me. Went back a second time, just to have her start bashing Bunny Donnelly for issues in their computer systems, and saying she was glad Bunny wouldn’t be there any longer. Her “treatment plan” consisted of pressing on points of my scalp to release muscles in my neck, and when I told her something hurt, she started googling things, and turned me into a guinea pig because she had no clue what she was doing. She created searing pain in the LEFT side of my neck, and I haven’t been able to move my head ever since… it’s been 2 weeks. Unprofessional and unhelpful all the way around, do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind people!! My mom has been seeing Dr. Don to help reduce her extreme leg swelling caused by Lymphedema. He has been performing consistent and strategic wrapping on her legs and the difference in her swelling is incredible. Dr. Don CARES about his patients and their wellbeing, and really goes out of his way to ensure they’re receiving proper care. This place and Dr. Don have been the answer to a lot of our prayers!

For anyone who desires quality care and therapists who take time to listen and help you understand the process, for anyone who wants me than an inattentive tech with a clipboard at the bigger places, go here, improve your health, and support a local business. Negative experience: Didn't have real knowledge of what my condition needed for therapy. Some things that were ordered by my doctor wasn't performed because of lack of understanding. Nice people but the facility doesn't have the latest technology for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience at physical therapy and my expectations were blown out of the water. Bunny is one of the most incredible health care professionals I’ve ever had to pleasure to see. She worked wonders and miracles for my pelvic floor pain. She was so quick and thorough with problem solving and bent over backwards to make sure I was being listened to and cared for properly. Incredible experience!

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of Lymphedema treatment, you will not find a better place than this facility. Don always started on time, was considerate and professional. He valued my feelings and input. He and his wife possess a great deal of compassion in battling this Lymphatic anomaly called Lymphedema. The treatments were carefully explained. He spent time teaching me and my husband proper care and follow-up. Post treatment education was valuable and explained thoroughly in order to help me avoid flareups. An easy 5+ stars here! Fantastic experience: Bunny is in a league of her own! I had pelvic floor issues after my first child so I knew after my second I was going straight to PT! Bunny made me feel so comfortable, targeted the exact issues I was having, gave me the best at home exercises, and helped me get pain free and stronger! I honestly miss going in to see her because she makes the whole process so enjoyable! If you need a pelvic floor specialist, she is the PT to see!

Fantastic experience: I go for lymphadema treatments with Don and Linda here. I can't say enough about the care I receive from Don. He has educated me about my condition and has offered some valuable tips and lifestyle changes. He is very gentle and has the biggest caring heart of anyone in his specialty. The PT's here also very nice. And don't be surprised if Bunny takes you aside to tell you that you are not using an assistive device properly. She is very good PT and has a demeanor that lights up a room. Great place to go for help.

Fantastic experience: Donnelly is the best place to go for PT hands down! I have been a patient for two different injuries and have also brought both my children to see them for recent sports injuries as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff is wonderful and they really take great care of you on every visit.

Fantastic experience: Bunny is an amazing, caring person. I needed PT for some issues related to my recent pregnancy. After several weeks, I leveled with her that I wasnt able to do my exercises because I was overwhelmed and horribly stressed out. I expected to be chastised, but instead she talked to me about what my goals were and how I could seek help for my issues and work on getting to a better place before returning to PT. She cared about ME, not just my physical therapy. She went above and beyond to help me, even if it wasnt her job. She has made a loyal customer of me. Excellent at her job, and such a lovely person.

Fantastic experience: Donnelly Physical Therapy is Excellent! Bunny really knows her craft. When I am being sent to PT by my physicians, I tell them I go to Bunny. They know her by name and say "Bunny is good". She has an excellent reputation with the medical community at Vanderbilt as well as local. You won't find a better PT.

Fantastic experience: My Orthopedic Surgeon recommended Donnelly Physical Therapy for treatment of a severe Bursa attack I had in my shoulder. He recommended 6-weeks of physical therapy to stretch and strengthen my shoulder and back. My first appointment I was introduced to Molly Carver who would be my primary therapist during my treatment program. She designed a solid program that did not cause me additional pain. I slowly progressed from no weights to five pounds today…may not sound like much but when you could barely do an exercise with no weights, a big step forward. Fast forward 7-weeks later…I am 95% better than when I first started therapy. I went from aspirin 4-6x per day + Meloxicam to ZERO pain meds after week two of therapy. I can’t say enough about the care and support from my PT Molly Carver along with Whitney and Lori who helped with my treatments and exercise. Molly listened, asked detailed questions, showed great concern for my progress, and in the end I feel so much better. Many thanks to Molly for her expertise and care…and if I ever need any physical therapy in the future…she will be the first I call!
