Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for almost 8 years. There has been an issue or two, years ago. They were resolved. Doctor Le really cares about his patients. He took the time with me, I'm terrified of needles, to earn my trust and ease my nerves so that I was able to allow myself to have very helpful treatments. I had had a horrible experience immediately before coming here. That's why it will be terrifying to go elsewhere. Unfortunately I can't afford self pay anymore and the only insurance that I can afford is not accepted. I will truly miss this place and pray I can find another doctor that I feel I can trust.

Negative experience: Nasty restrooms and incompetent staff. They insist on filling prescriptions and mailing them and then they never do.

Positive experience: The staff is amazing it's just hard to get the practitioner to work on all the areas that need attention at once. They prefer to concentrate on 1 area at 1 appointment and then a different area the next time, making it difficult to get any areas healed.

Fantastic experience: I had an epidural steroid injection today and it was phenomenal. I felt nothing and the staff were all very friendly and very nice. I highlg recommend anyone to go to them.

Negative experience: I came here and was provided good care with the doctors but the lady in the counter had a rude attitude and I was told I was going to get a call but it’s been 2 weeks and still havnt received one. I wouldn’t refer this business to anyone after my experience.

Negative experience: Too expensive, and pain actually got worse after a week. Waste of money.

Positive experience: The CSJNR office that I visit, in the Murfreesboro area, has been very good for me. They are working with me to try to control my pain, in order to improve my quality of life. As my pain is in multiple areas of my spine, we have tried several procedures, to see what works best for me. As everyone is different, I feel this is very important. As I continue to look for what works for me I also find out what does not. This will continue to be mine and their goal. Staff there is very understanding and kind. It is a place where people suffering from chronic pain can get the attention and treatment they deserve.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this office for appx 9 years. I have an illness which has required multiple types of treatment, including medicinal, physical therapy, in office procedures, & a yearly behavioral therapy check up. Before settling on Dr. Le's office for permanent care of my illness, I had tried 2 other offices. I chose this office for my permanent care, because #1, it is truly a full care facility. Any treatment I need specific to my illness can be done within this office. This includes doctor visits, small procedures, physical therapy, behavior therapy, and multiple testing procedures. There is also a pharmacy across the hall if you should need it. I feel this is very vital to the high level and continuity of my care, having all treatments through this one office means, to me, that the doctors and practioners have full access and knowledge to every part of my illness and it's treatment. They are aware if something does or doesn't work for me, and I never have to repeat a treatment that isn't beneficial to my care, which I appreciate. The second reason I chose this office is due to the wonderful people who work there. In 9 years, I have never had any negative experiences with anyone. Everyone from reception, to nurses, to doctors and to check out, is very kind, pleasant, and accommodating to any special needs you might have. Dr. Le is spectacular at his profession, he has performed back procedures on me that truly improved my quality of life, which involved almost no additional pain and very little recovery. He is amazing. Dr. Bryant is my primary care physician within this office, and she is also amazing at her job. She has patiently answered every question I've ever had, and taken into consideration my own feelings towards aspects of my treatment. She has performed treatments that were extremely beneficial to helping me increase activity levels, while also helping decrease my pain in those areas. I have really appreciated being under Dr. Bryant's care. I have referred this office to other people who needed this type of care, and they too, have had really successful experiences. I would definitely refer Dr. Le's practice to anyone in need of his services. I go to the office in Summit Medical Center, but there are other offices that might be better located to your home. I feel this practice is very focused on good patient care and is fully equipped to give every patient as comprehensive care as possible.

Fantastic experience: MY experience has been excellent! Asha, is so kind and considerate. The nurses couldn't be sweeter. The receptionists are all very sweet and patient. Everyone that I have had contact with have just been great. The office is clean and spacious for walkers or wheel chairs. There is a water machine. There is also a large screen TV.

Negative experience: They don't care about anything but pushing pills. They will come in screaming and hollering at you and then discharge you when you are hysterical from how they treated you.
