Negative experience: Sport Ortho is COMPLETELY incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. They refused to send over my xrays, waited an entire month to get my referral appointment. Then, when I show up for my referral appointment, they don’t even work on my issue and cannot help me. Why would you refer me to a doctor that does NOT specialize in this and cannot help me? Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to Sport Ortho.

Fantastic experience: I feel genuinely cared for by all the staff that has assisted me. I hurt my rotator cuff back in January and it’s progressively gotten worse over the months. I have been avoiding seeing any specialist due to bad experiences with other establishments. A special thanks to Melissa and Ashley for making me feel important and cared for. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: I just completed physical therapy with Lonnell and Jada. They have been the best to work with. They made every session so fun even on the days it was hard to push through the pain. I am so grateful for the both of them and all they did to help me get better.

Fantastic experience: Jereesa is the best in the world ❤️ I always leave with a smile, even though it hurts I still smile because she IS the environment Lonel (?) Is amazing and works so hard to make sure you are happy and doing the exercises correctly. He always goes out of his way to make sure that you are recovering appropriately. The whole team makes the hour go by so fast, and treats everyone like a friend not a patient. :) Thanks guys :)

Fantastic experience: Ashley Pierre is the best at Sport Ortho Urgent Care! I had a billing problem, and she worked with tenacity to find what I needed. Sometimes people will say, "I can't find it." Not her! She stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved. She is someone who cares! Places need more people like her!

Fantastic experience: Love Love LOVE Melissa and her beautiful assistant! I went in for a lower back issue and she looked at the whole picture! Saw my psoriasis and how bad it was and got me help for that, and NEVER rushed me out to get on to other patients. This place, especially Melissa and her assistant is just the BEST!! You will not be disappointed. If you have a problem they will help you and you won't be rushed or treated like they don't care, because they SURE do!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PT here for weeks now and all I have to say is they are amazing. I have been seeing Jada and she is FANTASTIC. She’s patient, kind, knowledgeable and very great at her job. I have shown so much improvement in my mobility. The whole environment is so great. They have relaxing music and great vibes every day. Nicole is so positive and cares deeply about the patients and their experience (she’s even learning Spanish so she could can give her all her patients the best personal experience she can). Lannel has the most contagious smile. I 10000% recommend Sport Ortho to anyone in middle Tennessee

Fantastic experience: I would be lost without this group! From top to bottom they are the absolute best! My daughter was recently diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Sport Ortho are the ones who helped guide us to her diagnosis. They are my first call always if she is hurt. They care about her on a holistic level. They take all her symptoms into consideration and strive to help her meet her goals! I cannot say enough good things! They are my heroes!

Fantastic experience: Sport Ortho UC North a simply the Best! I’ve seen different therapist over the years, but no one has helped me like Nicole has. I’ve been a patient here for two different injuries. The first was for post-op PT for a right knee Meniscus Tear repair . At that time, she understood what My recovery required and Designed specific exercises and approaches that help me healed. Nicole Listened patiently at the Beginning of each session and came up with what we would do that day based on where my body was at. This is the same approach She now has with me For my neck and upper extremities, which is resolving as well. The orthopedic/therapeutic massages has greatly helped, she is the Master of Manipulation And movement of soft tissue and muscles to help me resolve the nerve damage discomfort. The entire Physical Therapy team And administrative staff Are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable yet enjoyable. Their Personalities makes going there a pleasure because of the welcoming environment they provide to their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone and also the painful process of returning to good health can be assured by Nicole ‘s program and care. I also want to give a big shout out to Melissa Mulley,NP. who diagnosed my upper extremity issues & didn’t waste anytime referring me to the proper spine specialist before anymore damage would’ve occurred. Fantastic experience: Melissa and the staff there are so warm and friendly. They make every procedure, test, ect the best experience they can for you. Customer care is definitely their number one. I've been several times myself not only to the medical side but the physical therapy side as well. The exact same can be said about them. They are tough for sure but have your best interest in mind and they never push you harder than they are aware of what you can handle. The entire staff at the Memorial Blvd location is simply amazing, myself and my family love them all for sure especially my daughter. Much thanks and love to them for everything.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. Melissa offered more options than any other Doctor. She takes time to answer all your questions and is very thorough. Ashley and the entire staff are wonderful. I ended up having surgery and opted for Physical Therapy here and hands down, beat decision. Nicole and Lonnell are phenomenal. Fantastic experience: Forget TOA chop shop !! inexperienced first time ever seeing a knee specialist years back. I took my teenager to get his ankle checked and asked questions and realized they dealt with knee issues. This company let me know other options for a time . Gell injection on the knee. Been since 2016. It's been wonderful and I've been doing a lot better plus I do my work exercise and lose weight. ..Also if your insurance gets approved you get a custom knee braise. They have a physical therapy for you. The have wonderful nurses and excellent staff here.. I met both of them.. love them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: This experience has been horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Treatment was fine (nothing standout but not bad) however the billing process and department has been a nightmare! The gentlemen I speak with in billing has very poor customer service skills. He has lied to me several times when I call to get clarity on my bill or try to get it billed correctly. He will talk over you and try to make you feel stupid even though the paperwork I am getting the information from is the statement sent from them! We have 2 insurances and he bills them both primary. He refuses to bill correctly as primary/secondary. Will definitely never use again!

Negative experience: This was the most dreadful experience imaginable! I'm longing for a rating lower than zero! Dr.Bob Kaelin is by far the most terrible doctor I've ever encountered! Despite going in with a finger injury, he callously claimed there was nothing more he could do for me. He didn't even bother to listen to my concerns, and his disgusted looks, perhaps due to my hijab, were utterly disrespectful. To add insult to injury, he even questioned who referred me and why I sought medical attention!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. I was seen for a disc injury in my back. I ended up doing Phyiscal Therapy here and hands down...one of the best experiences I have had medically. Nicole and Lonnell are absolute miracle workers and they actually make it fun. I'm a bit sad I am released from Therapy as I had so much fun with them. If you need Physical therapy this is the place to go. And for orthopedic issues I highly recommend coming here.

Positive experience: Good- short wait times, friendly staff, complimentary candy and coffee. Bad- I saw the same doctor for two injuries at the same time, they occurred weeks within each other. The second actually ended up being the result of the first!! I’m not sure the provider I saw was an actual doctor. After being referred by Gateway Urgent Care, I came in with a problem and he NEVER assessed the injury. Just kept telling me to buy this or that. After hundreds of dollars and a couple of months of pain, I went to TOA. Turns out the pain I was having was a severe TEAR in my plantar fascia. How I had been walking due to the pain caused tarsal tunnel syndrome. Now I am going to have surgery which comes with so many setbacks! This could have been prevented. The doctor I transferred to ordered tests and physically assessed me, whereas the one here just asked me what was going on. I basically told him what I had (which was true) and he ran with it. Because if this experience, I don’t think I would recommend anyone to go here for anything other than physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: After seeing a neurosurgeon that day with absolutely no empathy or compassion to the excruciating, bedridden pain I had been in since July 30. I left there and went here, at my sister’s suggestion. It was a whole New World!! I felt like I was being taken care of by family, that I was the most important person in that building and Michelle was going to do whatever she had to do, to get me out of pain. I seriously cannot thank them enough for the extraordinary level of care, from the moment I walked in, from the receptionist to the radiologist! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Based on a year and half’s worth of assistance from Melissa and the North team, I’m a healthier person with more ability to oversee my activities regarding arthritis and other age-related considerations. Fantastic experience: So, for anyone looking to get into the UFC for concrete walls, Sport Ortho on is the go-to. My son (14) recently found a hatred for baseball dugouts and broke his hand, but this clinic was able to fix him up fast and virtually pain free! I want to thank Melissa, Ashley, Gabby, Erin, and the rest of her team at Sport Ortho on Memorial Dr. for helping my son with his broken hand. We were seen very quickly, and Melissa was so professional with my son, which made him feel welcome and taken care of. He said that this was the best cast he has ever had put on him, and he should know because he is accident prone. I highly recommend this office for professionalism, family atmosphere, short wait times, and a visit you’ll want to break your bones to go back and visit them. Also, Dr. Martin and his team were so great with my son that his surgery and follow up was not stressful at all. In return I felt that they needed some cookies to show how sweet they all were. It goes to show that broken bones should be a relaxing experience and a non-stressful event. Thank you so much Sport Ortho you guys are the best!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I crippled through the door, to the days after, I am STILL being treated with the utmost compassion. I've been to 2 other places with my new injury. Not a single one could even compare to the compassion, care, and genuine Healthcare professionals at Sport Ortho. Melissa was the provider I seen my first visit, and she is the just so incredible I wish she could be my PCP. She spent time listening to everything I had to say all while asking the right questions. She contracted a thorough care plan and executed quite quickly. I didn't get her nurse's name, but she was just as incredible. She was so patient, kind, and personable. I received not just a single follow up call, but multiple. This place truly cares and I'd highly recommend Melissa and her team to EVERYONE! If you're unable to see the same provider, they communicate with another so you're being treated effectively. Upon a follow up call, I had worsening symptoms and was seen immediately. The promptness was spectacular especially compared to previous experiences. They have a wide variety of treatment/care just at this one facility. It's by far the most clean and fully equipped orthopedic clinic. They have imaging, very spacious exam rooms, and even snacks in the waiting room. I thankfully didn't have to wait long at all, but did indulge in a treat on the way out. I'm for once eager for my doctor's appointment (follow up) knowing that I'm in the best care. Sport Ortho North is THE place to go for phenomenal orthopedic care.

Fantastic experience: I’m here often due to my job and each and every time they are quick, nice, and accommodating to my clients needs. Waiting room is stocked with snacks, HGTV, and comfort. Wait time is minimal and the visit is always way less than an hour. Don’t love that I have to come but I like coming here.

I was in a lot of pain for almost 2 years and this was the only place where they could actually diagnose me and give me the treatment I need it. Doctor Melissa is an angel sent from heaven and the PTs Nicole, Sara and Leonel are amazing. Let’s no forget the supporting and friendly staff member like Jerressa, Ashly and both of the front desk girls. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this location and I was very impressed by the staff. They're very professional and friendly. From the time I arrived it showed how kind they were.

Fantastic experience: My low back pain came on suddenly to where I could barely walk out the door from work. The ortho specialist was able to see me that morning, I was given a very thorough exam. The inflammation in my spine responded well to the steroid pack and I returned to work 2 days later. I have been twice and am very impressed with the providers there. They listen and they care.

Fantastic experience: Excellence is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the PT staff that work here. They really love what they do, and it shows. Not only are they knowledgeable about what they're doing, they are friendly and welcoming. They take the time to not only get know your injuries but you as a person as well. I loved my experience here. I have to shout out to the orthopedic side as well. When I busted my knee recently, they saw me promptly even though I didn't have an appointment. I have a follow appointment soon and of course I'm scheduled for PT with them again. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I have been seen twice for Siatica. I was prescribed steroids, an NSAID pain reliever, and a muscle relaxer. On the 2nd visit, the Dr offered to call in another prescription for the muscle relaxer, but at that time I still had 10+ pills, so I told him that I didnt need any at that time. He told me just to call in if I needed more. I have called 3 times in the last 2 days and no prescription was called in and no one followed up with me to explain why, even though the staff requested my number each time and said that someone would call. It is now the weekend, and I am left with horrible muscle spasms and cramps with no help. I will either have to visit an urgent care or just suffer. I do not feel that the Dr cares about me, and I will be canceling my next appointment and finding another provider that cares for his/her patients.

Fantastic experience: I don't understand the bad reviews on this place. I came here summer 2022 to recover from a fractured ankle, and the physical therapy program delivered! Nichole and her staff was so nice and eager to get me back on my feet. They always kept me laughing and helped me enjoy my recovery process EVERY day. 5 out of 5 ⭐️'s for me. Thanks to them, I'm back to football and better than ever.

Negative experience: They do not respond to messages or emails that you leave even after 4 days but doesnt take them long to charge your debit card. I know everyone is short staffed and so is my employer but we return calls and they are open 7-7. I really think if a pt has a billing question or needs to change the due date they should get some kind of communication before you charge their card. Awful customer service and I will never use them again

Fantastic experience: I went here with shoulder issues and not able to lift my arm over my head etc. Not only did they get me darn close to 100% but they were so nice and caring the entire time. Always listened to my concerns and very eager to help. I'd definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: This site has a new MRI unit. It is suppose to be an open unit but I have never seen one designed as this one is designed. I was scheduled to start 2 MRI scans at 1:30 and be completed by 3pm. I finally got on the table at 2:15 and this unit is very slow and 45 minutes later only 1 of the 2 body parts had been completed. Now at 3pm when I was suppose to be finished they are just starting my second scan. After 45-50 minutes the 2nd exam was finished. I laid on that hard table just a few minutes short of 2 hours for a knee and foot scan. My back due to hip and back injury was in extreme pain. As I got off the table, I could barely walk and as I went to the restroom all I could say was that was a torture chamber. I will not have another MRI at this facility. I was told to pick up my discharge and written report in 1 week. I hope I don't have any broken bones!

Negative experience: Read fine print and don't sign anything with them. They expect you to sit for 2 hours and read acknowledgement while you're in pain....

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will keep sending you a new bills even after you pay everything odd during the visit. Person at the front desk will lie to just to get rid of you... Interestingly, when I called the number on my bill, my phone showed that number as SUSPECTED SCAM. I belive they're scammers...

Fantastic experience: 7 Springs Orthopedics was WONDERFUL! I took my daughter for a fractured growth plate. We were in and out within an hour and 15 minutes with crutches and a boot after and x-ray and diagnosis. They were friendly, caring and efficient. I felt like they were very honest and didn't require us to take any unnecessary steps for my daughter to be healed. I highly recommend them!
