Negative experience: Horrible experience. Shady staff. Was admitted for Depression. Treatment by non Nurse staff is against the law. Should be removed from anyone’s radar. I was physically abused, mentally abused. I left there worse than when I arrived on 9/24/2024. Someone tell me should If I consider taking legal action? I will say anytime the staff was asked for anything they would never follow through. I let a nurse know I was scared for my safety, it was not addressed. . I think the nurses are afraid of some of the staff. I would be after what I observed. Everyone lies and protects the bad staff, this includes the patient advocate as well as case Manager. I told them what happened to me in great detail. I was lied to, they said they would file a complaint with the state. The lied they Did Not. I called the day after I left and they refused to talk to me. I was told to never call back. I have major PTSD over this. Not sure the best was to proceed??

Negative experience: In a time of personal crisis, overwhelmed by the pressures of post-graduation life and uncertainty, I sought help at TrustPoint Hospital. I was admitted to the Affective Disorders Unit, a decision made in a haze of adrenaline and vulnerability. The three-day policy was explained, but I misunderstood it. I believed leaving early would simply mean forfeiting my opportunity for immediate care, much like stepping out of line in an emergency room. Instead, I learned that leaving was not an option once admitted, which left me feeling trapped. The staff were kind and empathetic, consistently doing their best to support me within the limits of the system. They showed genuine care, even when the structure they worked within seemed to prioritize bureaucracy over individual needs. Promises of “release in the morning” were well-intentioned but often unfulfilled, creating cycles of false hope that only heightened my sense of uncertainty. Despite the challenges, I found moments of connection and humanity. I met extraordinary people—both among the staff and fellow patients—whose resilience and kindness brought light to an otherwise difficult experience. These relationships were a reminder of the strength that exists even in the darkest of times. While I appreciate the help I received, much of the experience felt stagnant and unclear. The system’s rigidity turned what could have been a refuge into something that felt more like limbo. I hope for future changes that bring more clarity, flexibility, and compassion to mental health care, better aligning the system with the kindness of the people within it.

Negative experience: I should share my entire story bc why not. Voluntary admission (Biggest regret of my life) Was sent into the gym and then led into a bathroom and was STRIP SEARCHED. There was like 2-3 people in there I don't remember much bc I blocked it out of my memory. Yeah, they strip search minors. After that, we returned to the "day room" which was like a prison with no windows and all we could do was color or play uno. They put me in these bad quality paper scrubs and I was SO COLD. Then I was led to my room and set up my bed. The night wasn't so bad until the morning. I wanted to leave. By the way, I was told I could leave. The nurses and staff declined my request, and I broke down. They put me in "seclusion" which is just a room with a table with straps to strap people down, thank god they didn't do that to me, and a security camera. The assistant, Chloe, was a jerk. They got this big syringe and I had no clue what was inside the nurse that gave it to me I was like "you look like ariana grande" and she just ignored me? The medicine was supposed to calm me down but I was so distraught that kt didn't work a bit. They made me leave the door open to use the restroom. Then I returned to the "day room" and slept in a chair. I woke up and got lunch which was a mid burger. At some point, they used sandwich bread for the burger, no joke. Then we would, of course, color and play uno in the prison room I mean "day room". The "therapy" was just MORE COLORING. The night of the second day, my face was IN PAIN from crying. I begged my parents to pick me up. Literally just coloring. There were just mundane days of doing the same thing over and over again. We had something called "quiet time" or whatever it was like 2 hours of being in your room. Honestly I liked this more because I could be away from the horrible staff!! They didn't treat us like teenagers they treated us like prisoners. I would see Chloe multiple times bringing in Donut Country donuts for the staff and making it obvious. And of course, they separated me and my friends. Near the end of my stay, they forced me to shower. The water pressure was terrible and it was like a faucet. I sat on the floor of the shower vulnerable and scared. Finally, on the last day I got to leave, and since then I've gotten PTSD episodes and frequent nightmares to this day. Do not send a loved one here, ever, under any means.

Negative experience: This place was horrible! My sister was calling and crying because of how the nurses and other patients would treat her! The NURSE had to be removed off the floor of covering her eyes!!! She is legally blind and very small. We were not given a heads up when she would be discharged and she is NO WHERE near ready to be discharged, we are fearing what will happen when she gets home

Negative experience: My son was taken to Trustpoint on 10/18/24 and is still currently being held there, against his will, using TN code 6404/Certificate of Need and not only will no one at the facility give him or us any real, significant, answers on anything, but now we're hearing they've lost his belongings so he doesn't even have any clothes to change into. His nutritional needs aren't being met, and he feels unsafe there. Some staff have told him how horrible it is there and that they plan to quit asap due to the awful conditions. Trustpoint is a bad joke. Never go there or allow a family member to be placed there. I only gave a one star rating because it's not possible to give less. May ever person we've talked to there one day be treated the way they've treated us and have the lives they so richly deserve.

Negative experience: Update #1–10/09/2024 I emailed the email address provided below and have yet to receive a call, text, email, smoke signals; nothing. Original Post: 10/07/2024 I wish I had known where I was placing my son before allowing him to go to that facility. My child was admitted for the same reason he was discharged. Like what type of mental health facility can’t handle a child with anger issues. My child was discharged and we were given very little notice or time to pick him up. I was told that someone had to be there by 10:30 PM or he was going out to CPS. It was 7:18 PM. The first time they called, they said to pick him up in the morning, okay that’s fine. About 30 minutes later, they call back and say that we have to come get him before 10 when I explained that I lived almost two hours away, they said 10:30 them called a few times to make sure we were still on our way. During the entire experience, my ex husband and I were greeted with hatefulness and looks of disgust. Then, while he was “too much” for them to handle, a supposed mental health facility that treats children, *I* was expected to remain safe on the drive home. The head supervisor wouldn’t even look at me without scowling. It was very much a negative experience in which I have never experienced before. And myself having been in mental health facilities and placing my hope in the mental health system and world got incredibly bleaker. While my child was having what sounded like his angry outbursts, they gave him two shots of Benadryl (instead of his emergency meds given to them by EMTs). I picked him up and he was calm. He was calm on the way home and guess what?!! He even went that night to be re-evaluated so he could be admitted to another acute hospital for actual help that this hospital did not provide. Also, they had his name WRONG on the bag. And, they had conveniently forgotten some of his items, including a half months of medication. I do not and will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Negative experience: My little sister is currently here and she isn’t even in highschool yet. They’re over here trying to put her on hard drugs that messed my own mother up when she was an adult. Shameful and disgusting. She doesn’t need those she needs actual therapy. This place needs to be shut down I’ve heard too many horror stories.

Negative experience: People seeking help at this facility, especially those without insurance, may be sent to Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital for medical clearance. This practice appears to be more about avoiding responsibility rather than providing necessary care, as communication with the hospital is often poor, leaving patients in limbo. The goal is to get you off TrustPoint Hospital property if you do not have insurance. There are several concerning issues at the facility: 1. Lack of Specialized Care: The staff do not appear to be trained or specialized in handling psychiatric or clinical patients effectively, with a focus seeming to be more on financials than on patient care. 2. Nursing Staff Competency: The majority of nurses employed have less than a year of experience, and many are sourced through the Shiftkey app, resulting in temporary staff with little loyalty or compassion for patients. 3. Unit Mismanagement: Patients with depression are frequently placed on units with individuals experiencing psychosis or engaging in violent behavior, creating an unsafe and inappropriate environment for care. 4. Limited Food Services: Patients arriving after 5 PM may not receive a proper meal, as the kitchen is closed. Only snacks are provided, which is insufficient for new admissions. 5. Poor Aftercare: The outpatient program is severely lacking, with three different directors leaving within a single year, contributing to inconsistent and ineffective care after discharge. 6. High Staff Turnover: The high turnover rate among staff raises further questions about the work environment and patient care quality. I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere if possible, due to the facility’s current shortcomings in both inpatient and outpatient services.

Negative experience: This will be a long review, but I want to be thorough because I wish I would have been warned before sending my loved one here. My father (age 63) had a stroke in July and was in West, Tn. He went to an inpatient rehab for nearly 7 weeks and was discharged to come live with my husband and I in middle Tennessee. We were going to help with his caregiving and getting him to/from outpatient therapy. At this point, we were hopeful that he would get back to a state of independent living and be able to return to his home. After living with us for four days, he unfortunately had another stroke. Thankfully it didn’t affect him in any different areas. The hospital suggested he go to inpatient rehab for a couple of days just to practice with walking/transferring since he spent so much time in bed while hospitalized. I chose Trustpoint because it was the only local facility that offered the therapy we needed- we anticipated this being a short visit. It had questionable reviews for the mental health side, but the rehabilitation wing seemed reasonable from reviews. On my dad’s first day there, he said he had a great therapy experience. He was walking with assistance, showering, and exactly where we expected him to be physically. However, the remainder of his time at Trustpoint turned into a nightmare. I would visit everyday, and on the second day I noticed my dad to be very lethargic. I mentioned to the staff that he seemed off. They ensured me he was dealing with pain and fatigue, and he just needed to rest. On day three, I visit and my dad is hardly speaking and unable to stay awake for a conversation. They had put a catheter in him, and he was unable to turn over in the bed. I expressed my concern in his rapid decline, and they ensured me that they were running labs to figure out what was going on. The following day, I visit again. At this point my dad is covered in sweat, his speech is unclear, his urine is dark brown, and he was refusing to eat/move which is very unlike him. He was always eager for therapy and his recovery. At this point, I’m hounding the facility, speaking to every nurse, doctor and case manager. Again, I am ensured that they’re doing everything they can. After this persisted for four days, I became enraged. I was told labs were lost. They told me they could give fluids but were struggling with getting a PICC line in his arm. They allowed him to lay there like this for four days. When I visited they swore they were doing everything they could, but nurses hardly tell me anything pertaining to his care. I insisted that he be transferred to the hospital for medical evaluation. After 15 minutes in the ER, we were told my dad was severely dehydrated, and that his sodium levels were dangerously low. He also had pneumonia, and a UTI. We found out not only did he have a UTI, but he had MRSA in his urine. If you’re not familiar with this (we weren’t) it is a dangerous bacteria that is often from unsanitary conditions in a healthcare setting, and can be deadly if left untreated. The hospital doctor said it was likely from a dirty catheter being inserted. I’m heartbroken that we trusted this place. My dad went from being in a condition to live at home with his grandchildren and walking, to lying in a hospital bed unable to stay awake, and hallucinating. We are still unsure of how long he will be this medically ill. Once (and if) he is well, he will have to start his entire therapy journey over because he has been bedridden for more than two weeks at the hands of their negligence. As my father was being rolled out of the facility on a stretcher, his nurse commented and said “well I will just say our therapy is alright, but I would never trust our medical care.” Obviously, therapy is useless if you allow your patients to become this unwell. I tried to call the quality director and voice my concerns, but there has been no response. Please, choose anywhere else.

Negative experience: My mother was admitted to TrustPoint Hospital as a geriatric patient in need of close med monitoring and adjustments. I selected TrustPoint and entrusted the medical team to care for her needs. The experience of the stay was devastating. My mother left in worse shape than when she arrived. She is now battling a serious UTI and pneumonia that all began under the care of the medical team. I specifically asked for a dementia diagnosis and was told verbally that she has Alzheimers in the Moderate to Severe stage. This was not placed in her medical records; therefore, the medicines that were prescribed by your medical team are not covered by Medicare. When I attempted to have the diagnosis added to her records, I was told no. Dr. Singh who made the diagnosis is out of the country and Dr. Putatanda who did see her for several days refuses to add it. I have a litany of stories and issues that should be addressed. The toxic climate, inept communication, and lack of professionalism by the staff became this daughter's nightmare.

Negative experience: Let me start off with how disgusting this place is they are riddled with bed bugs that were left on the units for a week before infection control was called. Second, the blatant neglect of patients and staff and your value over money rather than safety is outrageous. Your constant siding with the patients after they have physical assaulted staff is insane. You constantly let liability’s come in and get surprised when you have to let someone go because of your negligence. Plus the things that shouldn’t be let on the unit ex: hoodies, shoe strings, hats, etc. because the CNO allowed it. These are some of the worst people I have worked with the constant need for drama and attention is crazy. If you are thinking of letting your loved one stay here or they are planning to send them here don’t. Look up Acadia health care scandals you will be shocked and scared. I am so sorry for anyone that has put someone in this hospital or has been sent her unjustifiably because I know the type of care they received was bare minimum. We as staff were left with uncertainty because of higher management.

Negative experience: My son was taken there and dropped off by House staff back in June for no apparent reason. We his parents were told that we couldn’t see or talk with him for 1 week. His IQ is 54. He doesn’t remember everything that happened but does remember getting shots in his stomach. He was functioning fine went he went in but came out unable to walk. We’ll never know what happened to him while he was there, even after repeated requests. He is currently working with therapy to get him back to walking and finally has his medication adjusted back to what it was when he went in. He has also been diagnosed with PTSD just recently and the thoughts by his medical team now is that something happened to him while there. Folks, they have a 2.9 staff rating. Slightly above average.

Negative experience: Admitted September 1st 2024. Voluntary Admission. My ring which I paid 550.00 Dollars Stolen !! Tuesday September 3rd was placed in solitude and given a laxative. I remember being left in my own feces. No one would let me go to restroom. I was not so confused that I don't remember this. Some good staff and some that have no business working in this field. They did not give me six doses of my Biktarvy. They did not send it with me upon discharge. My partner had to ask where it is as. No communication with my partner from nursing staff period. Seems to me discrimination ! Definitely negligence and a place of Hell not help . Still no contact from management regarding MADE TO LAY IN MY OWN FECES !! EVIL PLACE. I HAVE A DISABILITY.If you ask question from some of the staff, you're told to shut up or you will get another shot and back to solitude .

Negative experience: Patient was admitted September 1st. Watch and necklace were placed in a clear bag. 550.00 dollar ring was missing. Supposedly placed in bag with other belongings. No where to be found. No communication from any staff until I sent an email September 3rd. Patient was placed in seclusion September 3rd. Patient states he had to lay in feces because no one would take him to restroom. Given some towels to wipe off until he could take a shower. He remembers this clearly. Traumatized from this incident. No one ever answered phone at nursing station after multiple calls from myself daily. Missed 6 doses of biktarvy according to what I sent and counted . Update Email Composed And Sent To Joint Commission. If Anyone Needs To Be Contacted, Facility Should Contact Us. Complaint Sent To BBB Regarding missing ring. STOLEN !! Also upon discharge Biktarvy was not sent with patient. I had to ask for medication. I don't know what all your facility did to him but your facility should be shut down. No one has reached out regarding anything that has been reported after leaving messages. I'm by no means done with this incident. Facility steals from patients and management is a JOKE ! With held life saving medication. I heard some of your staff in the background while speaking with patient on the phone. I will find out what you gave him while being treated. Pictures of swollen feet which he has never had. Pathetic treatment !! Still no return calls regarding thief of ring 10-5-24. Trazadone was not supposed to be given to patient with the meds he was already taking. Researched side effects. Patient bhad serious reaction. You do not mix celixa and amttriptyline with trazadone PERIOD. Non caring physician and incompetent . Spoke with Attorney and was referred to another Attorney. I'm not done with this incident at all. You all are not disturbed by this incident PERIOD ! No one ever reached out at all from management regarding thief and medication error. A class action lawsuit should be filled by all hurt by your facility.

Positive experience: My daughter was admitted over the weekend and despite having the access code, I have been placed on hold multiple times, only speaking to non clinical personnel and then being transferred for the call to be ignored. Information is key in the recovery process and this isn't it. Shortly after the hospital's response, I was contacted by a nurse with an update on my daughter's condition.

Negative experience: My experience with the doctors at “Trust”Point can be summed up in 2 words: Medicare Fraud. RN Susan Underwood put in her records she was seeing me daily, when in reality I’d only see her once or twice a week for med management during my stay. I do not know why she ignored me like this, but I’m working with Medicare and Accentra Healthcare Advocate to get it sorted out. UPDATE: I just received my insurance statement showing they were billed for daily visits with Susan Underwood

Negative experience: The easiest way to describe this hospital is that it is the worst hospital I have ever seen. If you don’t care about people’s mental health, shut it down, I swear to God himself there is something evil about the people who own this place because it’s almost as if they only care about the money in the human lives.

Negative experience: Do not come here. I came voluntarily and once I got taken to the floor I would be staying at I immediately seen i had mistaken it for a completely different environment and facility I need help from. I expressed this to the nurses and I then asked to leave and was held against my will. They said I had to get a Drs approval and after talking to the Dr expressing how this was not the facility I was looking to get help from, he took it upon himself to switch me to involuntary. I have never been so terrified in my 28 years of life. My voice was taken along with my freedom, thank God it was only three days they held me there against my will but had they “thought necessary” they could have kept me against my will for as long as they felt. I got nothing good from this place, it was a waste of time. I left mentally fragile and traumatized, way worse off then when I went in there.

Negative experience: Completely misdiagnosed me with MDD and put me on medications that caused serotonin syndrome. I told the doctor and psychiatrist I was still hallucinating on my medication and they sent me home anyways. I had to go to another mental hospital five months later because I was, of course, still hallucinating and I was suffering from major delusions. The nurses were very pleasant, and the therapists that came in for group were also very nice. But, ultimately, this place neglected what I was sent there for in the first place.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing! My teenager is autistic and was struggling with rage anger problems, and self harm. We struggle for months, started more therapies, more doctors appointments, changed medication, increased medication, we tried everything and a last resort we got moble crisis involved and asked for him. Trust Point reached out. They work with children/teens with autism. And if you’re an autism parent, you know, it’s hard to find places that work with autistic children. It’s was hard bc he didn’t fully understand why he was there. The staff there did an amazing job working with him and adjusting things to his needs. I think it was his second day there one nurse called me and said that they normally don’t do that but she just thought he needed to talk to his mama. She said she was a mom too, and she understands how hard this was on him and myself and she just wanted to ease my mind and ease his mind and let him talk to me. (They have certain times they are can to call) He had never been away from me and it was so hard and for her to do that, meant so much! The whole nursing staff, doctors, therapists, the NP and Connor (social worker) was wonderful and courteous. They kept me updated on everything. They treated my child like their own and I can’t thank them enough. They were able to adjust his medication, help with finding out triggers, and he is doing wonderful!

Negative experience: If you are ever forced to send someone you care for here, be prepared to be their advocate. If at all possible avoid. Should you find yourself trapped here know that the systemic lack of compassion and borderline inhumane treatment are the standard here -- at least from my experience. Aside from placing me on heavy medication that was not correct for me, they did nothing. It only took a month to wean off that stuff once under the care of a compitenient practitioner. I consider my time at this place to be far more traumatic than any psychiatric event before or since. I have struggled with metal health issues my whole life, I've never felt more alone or hopeless than when being warehoused at this nightmare.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, I was misdiagnosed as psychotic and was court ordered on Invega Sustenna. Susan my nurse practitioner never properly assessed me. This injection has brought my quality of life down to 0, I cannot distract myself or feel anything. All because I was mislabeled. This hospital has too many patients and not enough doctors, massive insurance scam in my opinion. ECT had helped me but because of my misdiagnosis I am back at square one. I was labeled as non compliant because i did not want to take my risperdal, not once was I asked why i did not want the risperdal, I was never hostile nor agitated. This hospital abused their judgement to court order me on medication that I did not need. After my injection I was never asked how it made me feel nor was I visited by my NP. I feel that I was unfairly treated at this hospital because I was so quickly labeled. This hospital does not care about its patients wellbeing, I am astonished at the level of malpractice I have experienced. This experience and injection has ruined my life. I don't know how they can get away with this. Trust point will be hearing from my attorney.

Negative experience: Horrible place, if I could give 0 stars I would! Staff are very rude and unprofessional. I came in for a visit and it was so nasty and dirty. They treat their patients any kind of way, talk bad about patients and other staff. I've even heard of patients saying staff use excessive force in unnecessary situations. Everything is a joke around this place, -10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I suffered from a TBI from a car accident and the trustpoint staff really helped me improve enough to be able to go home and made sure that it was a nice setup for me to continue with my progression once I left!!! I'm so thankful for the team of therapists that helped me grow and helped with my recovery! I would recommend it to anyone who would like to progress to a better state and be able to do things more independently one day!!

Negative experience: Fugitives are illegal close down they illegally attacked, mistreated me, lied about me, wasted my time, were incompetent, didn't listen to me or respect me. Unsanitary conditions, I suffered physical attack on the shoulder by illegal "staff" not to touch me. Abusive conditions, overpopulated. Incompetent "help desk". Denied food first night & couldn't sleep because of the abuse I was enduring of them. I need my compensation from their Illegal activity.

Negative experience: Worst hospital ever they have the patients in there touching each other and letting certain patients do what they want. Worst experience of my life. The court appointed public defender didn't try to defend me. I'll figure out a way to get my rights back I'm not mentally incompetent. The judge is prejudice.

Negative experience: I'm not even sure how this is considered a mental hospital. We were locked out of rooms for 9 hours a day, made to sit in the "day room." No groups or individual therapy was provided. I was there 5 days and NEVER received my clothes that my family brought. The staff is absolutely horrendous. One nurse came in and told us he was going to "shake down the pod". It's supposed to be a place where people can get help, not a county jail. I've never heard of a mental facility strip searching you upon arrival except for this one. You're made to wear paper scrubs the first 24 hours and aren't allowed outside rec time for the first 24 hours. The temperature in there is the coldest I've ever experienced in my life. I would NEVER recommend this place. The only good to it was Lindsey(nursing manager), nurses Jennifer and Michelle and tech Dot.

Negative experience: Went to visit a patient and the place was disgusting!! It was so dirty and looked and felt like I was walking through a prison. The staff was nasty to patients by yelling at them and talking badly about them. All they try to do is sedate them. I had to walk through psych ward to go to the other side of hospital because of its after hours. I wasn’t even visiting anyone in that ward and to see everything I saw was horrible. It’s worse thing I have ever seen. Never send a loved one here

Negative experience: This is the worst place I've ever been in ,in my life ,I was very sick when I went in and at my worst after i'd lost my children and my mother and also my husband I've never harmed myself or anyone else ,going in I was strip searched and this was really degrading on top of how I already feel ,I be never been in trouble in my life and I can't get this out of my head. ,I was also mistreated by one of the techs twice which caused me to break down and we were informed by the techs the reason why we couldn't do certain things is because trust point is like a prison .I went to this place because I was desperate for help not because I was a convict who had broken the law .

Positive experience: omg!! it’s so crazy to see all these negative reviews i’m so sorry to everyone who had these negative experiences. i came here onto the adolescent unit back in january and it was my best psychiatric hospital experience! the staff were kind and patient, there were a couple moments when a certain tech would say or do some questionable things but she had reiterated that it was due to being tired and overworked and dealing with a lot which is understandable (although it’s a mental hospital and u truly have to be able to respect troubled teens and what they’re going through, protect yourself but also be aware of the demographic you’re dealing with and the vulnerability). the food was great and we got to pick what we ate the day before! it can get very boring but we would have some fun activities and games we’d play. only thing is that i absolutely lovedddd writing and we could only write with crayons which was somewhat frustrating but that’s literally the only thing i disliked, the rest was okay !!! if i ever have to go to a mental hospital again, i’d hope it’s this place or a place like this!

Negative experience: DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. I am a former patient who was admitted to the children/teen facility at this place. I was sent here by the hospital under the promise that I would be interviewed and thoroughly examined by psychiatrists so I could be discharged asap, as the doctors at the hospital, my parents, and I all judged I was mentally stable and healthy enough to discharge immediately. However, it was protocol that I be discharged by actual psychological doctors, thus I was sent here. However, not only was I not able to get out in the 1-2 days I was told by the hospital, I had to stay for 7 days, as a sane and healthy student who was missing an important period of high school. This would have been at least somewhat bearable if this hospital was actually a decent place where the workers cared for their patients, but was is NOT the case: -We were basically treated like prisoners. There was ONE singular psychiatrist who came in the morning sometimes to "discuss" your mental health and plans for discharge, but other than the first day of meeting him in which we barely even had 5 minutes together before he moved on to a different patient, the rest of the days, the doctor didn't even come in, and when he did, we barely had a minute to talk about discharge plans. - The teen facility's daily routine undergoes something like this: wake up early in the morning at a set time, eat breakfast, sit around and do nothing, go to the gym for like 10 minutes (the gym is empty save for one hoop and deflated basketballs), lunch, sit around and do nothing, have a group session with someone who was NOT a psychological doctor (the group sessions did not help anyone), dinner, sit around and do nothing, sleep. If this isn't a prison, then what is it? I was flabbergasted at the treatment the children and I were getting when we were supposed to be improving our mental health. - the workers: they do NOT care for the teenagers. Save for two nurses I met who were kind, the rest of the workers were there for the job, not for helping the kids. I interacted with every single teenager/child in my facility, and they all were in great need of a therapist or a psychologist, or even just someone to talk to, and the facility provided NONE of that. You cannot call yourself a mental hospital with goals of bettering the kids' mentalities when you have NO plan whatsoever to achieve such goals. The workers here are just random people who oversee the kids to make sure they don't cause trouble, nothing else. - As a high school student who needed to be focusing on academics, it was crucial for me to be studying for upcoming finals. I brought textbooks, my school laptop, calculator, and some books to work on for the week after finding out that they would not let anyone out until they stayed for more than 5 days. I was never given my school stuff. They just never gave it to me even though I asked the workers multiple times. Not only that, my Bible and Bible study were not given to me. Only 1/3 of the clothes that I had brought were not given to me, as they were not in "dress code" (I brought jeans, long enough tops, sweaters, etc. And they were not given to me). No hygiene products were allowed either. We had to make do with the terrible quality shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes they had. -the mean days teenagers stay here is 7-10 days, even more if they decide that you are misbehaving. I believe the workers there had NO right to say that misbehavior was a sign of mental instability, and thus more days in the prison until they decided to behave. Like I said, the kids there need THERAPY. And to be taken care of. The kids are just teens and tweens and they would act just how they do in school. However, their nature behavior is scolded by biased adults who just find their actions annoying. -Also, to get discharged, you need your social worker's permission to leave, however I never met my social worker until the day I was supposed to leave. I believe this was due to NEGLECT and INCOMPETENCE. I have a lot more to say but I am out of space.

Negative experience: My wife is currently there and I think they fail to understand the "trust" in Trustpoint. She was transferred there from an ER where I knew she went there for an evaluation, but as a spouse, they would not tell me if she is a patient. And on the other end, they told my wife they called me several times and left voicemails. I had no missed calls or voicemails.

Negative experience: This is genuinely the worst mental health facility I've ever been to. Staff truly do not care about your well being. I would have PTSD episodes due to other patients throwing chairs and whatnot, so I asked to move units. Nurses openly lied to my family, claiming I had been moved when in reality, they never moved me. I was eventually sent home as the Dr said the place was doing me "more harm than good" which shows how awful their care is. Kids would have breakdowns, which would be met with sedation. Please do not send your child here, I've been twice and things were only made worse during my stay.

Negative experience: have never been in the position to deal with having a loved one in one of these type facilities, but should it ever occur again, it will absolutely NOT be at TrustPoint. I was told by an EMPLOYEE that the limited call hours are 7-10am (which actually are 7-9am), and 8-10pm, HOWEVER the chances of 1. Getting someone to answer the phone during those times, 2. Getting ahold of your loved one AND/OR 3. If you CAN'T get ahold of them good luck getting your message to them to call you back. I've called no less than 30 times during the 4 days my spouse has been here, and I've talked to her for ONE MINUTE AND 15 SECONDS before they made her get off the phone. The visitation hours are probably worse than prison (3-3:30pm Tuesdays ONLY), which it being during most work hours is done by design because this facility has shown they do NOT prefer the patients talk to their loved ones. My social worker (Paige) seems to care, though I've not gotten ANY update on how my spouse has doing in FOUR FULL DAYS since she arrived, and I am "supposed" to get a call from my social worker Monday (not holding my breath). To say I'm frustrated that they refuse to even allow her to communicate with the outside world and even update me WHEN I AM PAYING THEM TO HELP HER is a MASSIVE problem. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated their guts unless things take a 180 in the VERY near future. I see now why there are TONS of 1 star reviews. There's a reason they aren't allowing patients to talk to people... I’m extremely concerned for my wife’s well-being and hope there’s nothing going on that shouldn’t be. I'm so sorry that I chose this place for my wife to get help. I have regretted it every day but I'm stuck and so is she, and I don't have hope it's going to get any better in any facet. I really hope it does get better and the communication improves (Literally cannot go anywhere but up) because I’m beyond disappointed with how poorly everything has gone since I dropped her off.

Fantastic experience: The best place for physical rehabilitation in middle TN!!! The negative reviews are mainly from other rehab side of the hospital. I spent 5 weeks at TrustPoint Hospital for rehabilitation after a car accident left me with 2 broken legs, fractured back vertebrae, and ribs. My family and I chose TrustPoint upon the recommendation of two different Physical Therapists in our city which is about 30 miles from Murfreesboro. Both of them said when they had outpatients who had been inpatients at TrustPoint the patients had been taught well, developed strong abilities, and were well on their way to healing. I can now personally testify to those statements. From the first nurse I encountered upon arriving late on a Friday evening, after leaving the Nashville Vanderbilt Trauma Unit. To the group who wished me farewell on a Thursday afternoon 5 weeks later; everyone treated me with dignity and respect. My two main therapists, Abby for occupational and Amanda for physical therapy will always have a special place in my heart. I received great care from the nurses. patients care techs, doctors, and other therapists while there. They were professional, encouraging, and uplifting. They listened to my concerns and questions thoughtfully and worked with me to get the care and help I needed to be able to come home; although it will be a few more months before I am physically healed enough to put weight on my legs and walk again. If I or anyone I love or care about ever needs inpatient therapy I would not hesitate to utilize TrustPoint Hospital’s services again.

Fantastic experience: Spent 2 weeks here for inpatient rehab from a spinal injury. There was not a single person I encountered that wasn't friendly. The nurses, techs, therapy staff, housekeeping, and case managers are all rock stars and attentive to your needs and care. I would highly recommend Truspoint Hospital for your medical rehab needs.

Negative experience: If you care about the well being of your loved ones, do not send them to this facility. My friend was a part of the IOP program and he did not get better, but worse. Seven times worse. The social worker Vielka Olgivie brainwashed him into leaving his job, by telling him that she could help him. Vielka is a LMSW not a psychiatrist or psychologist. She should not be working in anyone's hospital. She also violated her duty of trust by revealing to the individual information shared with her by a third party. When I brought this to the attention of Carrie the HR Director a week ago, to this day there has been no response from either party. All this place has done was profit off of my friend's insurance and misdiagnose him. They do not care about their patients. They only care about a check. If they cared about their patients they would not have a food stamp writer misdiagnosing patience and giving them false hope! I will be filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and the Board of Trustees for the hospital.

Negative experience: As a mental Health patient myself. That was admitted to Trust Point. This place need so much work it’s unreal and you’ll wouldn’t believe the things most people went through as a patient. I myself was admitted to this awful place it was only supposed to be a 72 hour hold that turned into 120 hours. 120 hours five days five days I was away from my son five days I was away from my family. I had family members calling left and right and nothing was told to them. They even left a message so I would receive it and I was never received any message from my loved ones while I was in there. Trust Point has so Much patience it’s full. There was even a point where there was a patient in there that was off of their medication and terrify everybody even to the point where I felt so unsafe for a facility that is supposed to help people and not make them feel unsafe didn’t do their job right and I told them multiple times that I felt unsafe. And the only thing I was told was they couldn’t do anything about that. Not only that they kept our bedroom door locked the hole day and they kept all of us in one room Packed in like sardine. And for all Who is Admitted in trust point the best thing for you in there is to make friends it make the time go by and you’ll have friends for life cause your all in there for help and the only help you’ll get is from the friends you make that and the medication they give you to feel numb. I’m not going to lie even though that place is like a hell hole there are some wonderful staff/ employees/ and some nurses. If your in there involuntarily before you are released there are people that come by they are call the courts you have to sign this thing to where if you don’t sign it you would have to stay in Trust Point for another two weeks and go to court afterwards. If you do sign it you’re saying that you are voluntarily in there me and myself I didn’t completely understand that whole situation but of course I wanted to get out to get home to my family so I signed it that and I didn’t wanna have to wait two more weeks and go to court which I wouldn’t understand why I would have to go to court in first place. But I am now back at home safe and free living and loving life with my son & my angel whom saved me. My best friend, my rock, my sister Latina W you are my hero my angel I love you and I’m so blessed god put you and my son in my life…

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! I left worse off than when I went in. Cold, emotionless staff. Needed my hearing aid batteries that were in the lobby for 3 days. I asked several times a day. I was threatened that if I didn’t participate I’d be there longer. Of course I couldn’t participate if I couldn’t hear. My gold earrings and paper clip necklace stolen. I could not understand the shrink whose broken English and mtg for 3 minutes only to find out a my meds were changed. THEY DO NOT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THE MENTALLY ILL. REMEMBER ITS THE BOTTOM LINE! I did not get any help here. 6 weeks post op for back- no going in your room. And don’t even try to bring a special pillow or your BIBLE.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and don’t expect any good treatment at this facility! They are so unorganized from the care to the exiting to the billing they cannot even get straight! It seems that they need more training for better care and help for patients with disorders. Think twice before you use this place-there are more reputable ones out there!!! Don’t put any of your family or friends here! Food is horrible!!! Facility is dirty, filthy and extremely unsanitary!!! There is not enough help to attend to the patients, they leave u sit there and push drugs on u so they more or less don’t have to deal with more than they have to. It’s a shame a place like this is in business, but obvious that they just want to collect peoples money and put their time in-there is no sincere care and no set schedule or preparation for programs at all!!! This is one of the worst facilities I have experienced and did not get any help here at all!!!

Negative experience: Do NOT trust your loved ones to these people. These have NOT been compassionate people. They HAVE been awful. There are two very narrow windows of time to talk on the phone, one narrow window for visiting on one day at a terribly awkward time of day. When I do call during the times specified I am NOT EVER able to get through to my loved one. My loved tells how the staff are dehumanizing in their treatment of inpatients. I have yet to find anyone in employment there who cares. At no other facility I have seen such terrible policies, or unconcerned staff.

Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH. This is the 2nd time my daughter has been here. Lack of options… 4 days and still not been seen by an actual doctor. They have also not given her some of her medications. They told me 3 separate times about visitation and when I showed up I was told it was the wrong time. They do not care about the mental wellbeing of your children. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Whatever communication you get is mostly fabricated.

Negative experience: The staff are incompetent. They advertise that they specialize specifically in PTSD Trauma. The brochure list the behaviour that manifest. If your child is in peril ...Look the other way. Incompetent Docs who are deciding your child's acuity...Not too mention the treatment that they provide is like herpes...It never truly disapates...Choose wisely

Negative experience: Horrible establishment for mental health. My daughter was transported to this facility for inpatient mental health care. A nurse called me the morning she was admitted; she assured me the doctors and nurses would reach out to me later that day. I finally called late afternoon because I hadn't heard from anyone. My daughter is 3 hours from me and I had no idea what was going on. I finally got to speak to my daughter that night and she informed me the doctor had already prescribed her medication. Since my daughter is 17, she is able to consent to medication. I do not agree with this and think the doctors/nurses should still communicate this with the parents. There are "rules" to follow in order to visit with the patient. I witnessed parents keeping their phones in their pockets when we were not permitted to even bring them into the building - this place is very loose on their "rules". I spoke with the social worker 3 times in 10 days. I am less than satisfied with this experience. My daughter did not receive any therapy or mental health services - she was only medicated and observed for 10 days. The system for mental health is beyond broken and I am very regretful I agreed to her going here. This truly is a sorry excuse for a mental health institution. Seriously reconsider sending a loved one here - in no way will it ever be beneficial. TrustPoint - DO BETTER!

Negative experience: This place is horrible. The groups are irrelevant, and you are treated like you are in prison, except there are windows even in prison. The best part? I had to get put on antibiotics while in there, and a week after I left that place, I had a C. diff infection. Clearly they can’t clean their facility. But Centennial Hospital gets 5 stars for treating my C. diff that this ratchet place caused.

Negative experience: I received no therapy, only mental health coaching in groups. They walk around putting their iPads in peoples faces almost constantly. Some of the staff had extremely hostile demeanors towards me, one lady even talked bad about me thinking I couldn’t hear it when I was sitting feet away. One of the most ingenuine, phony experiences I’ve ever had. Please don’t send your loved ones here. There are too many options that are way better and healthier.

Negative experience: I cannot even fully fathom what I have been through this past week as a "patient" in your mental heath facility. I averaged over 2 lbs. of lost weight per each day I was a "patient." 7 days I endured humiliation and dehumanizing "treatment " at great detriment to the many years in the mental health system. I'm a combat vet whose long put in place by once the VA and currently my private doctor I've been seeing for 5 years now. tbc

Fantastic experience: The staff including the therapists, nurses, technicians, and housekeeping were very kind and caring. They were excellent. All the therapists including Olivia, Josh, Hanna, Amy, Kim, Christy and Zack opened their hearts to me for my well being and I truly thank each one of them. The nurses, technicians, doctors and housekeeping including Beth, Beth, Beth, Amanda, Jamekia, Courtney, Ashelynn, Carley, Tiera, Vivi, Chastity, Tiffany, Tori, Amaya, Kim, Joy, Christina, Mary Joe, Regina, Issac and Dr. Molette were so very kind and giving to me. Please forgive me for any misspellings and for not getting all of your names. I love all of you guys. Thanks for everything. My wife and family also thank you.

Negative experience: My husband has been in your facility since Sept. 28th. I have left numerous messages and not 1 person has called me back. I have concerns about things I'm hearing. I have not heard how he is his diagnosis or treatment plan. Sometimes no one even answers your phones I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication on your part. My husband I told me so disturbing things and I would like to get them cleared. I have left my name and number numerous times and would like a return call.

Positive experience: Trustpoint’s Php program is amazing! The therapists are incredibly supportive and available to help. I will say, my experience inpatient did set me back. When I came to Php, I was very hesitant to trust the therapists because of how horrible my experience inpatient was. Fortunately the therapists for Php have been extremely patient as I’ve been working hard to differentiate TrustPoint inpatient from Php. While inpatient, we had maybe 3 groups the entire 5 days I was there. The staff locked us out of our rooms from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. We were left with the options of walking back and forth through the hallway or sitting in the group room in front of a tv under bright lights. We were only allowed to write with crayons—not even pencils. All 30 something of us had to use the same one bathroom—men and women. When the bathroom was out of order or occupied for an extensive time, we were out of luck. You just have to hold it. I felt I had to lie to get out of there. I started out telling the truth but soon learned that inpatient wouldn’t help me. My fellow patients told me on my second day, “This place won’t really do much to help. You’re better off if you can just get out asap.” The units are extremely dirty. I’m not a clean freak but there was grime in every crevice of the unit I was on. Some of the staff were so mean I still have nightmares about them. Many of the staff were nice, but it was nearly impossible to get any hospital employees to take my reports of abusive staff members seriously. I would not recommend anyone go inpatient at TrustPoint. I would not go inpatient here even if I needed it. I would find another hospital.

Fantastic experience: The PHP at Trustpoint hospital is a blessing. The therapist Ms. Geneva is awesome and very easy to talk to. The director Shelley is also awesome. Met great people and learned some positive coping skills and feel much better than when I first came. Would definitely recommend this program to anyone serious about getting better

Negative experience: My disabled daughter was here for five days, I could not get her out fast enough. Horrible care, no communication. Accommodations were not made based on her disability, thus not allowing her to utilize her ADA rights. I have been an RN for 23 years and this is the worst healthcare facility I have ever encountered. As a patient advocate I strongly advise you to do your research. I strongly encourage you DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FACILITY.

Negative experience: I was kept here for physical therapy. Most of the staff were actually nice, excluding doctors. i had severe neuropathic pain that was left completely untreated. they cut me back on pain meds immediately. they were told that i was only getting a couple hours of sleep a night every night due to the extreme pain, the nurses advocated for me, but the doctors seemed not to care at all about pain. nothing they did worked. i cried and writhed in my bed while nurses stood by with Tylenol and other impotent medications. do not recommend this place. from the look of the other reviews, they have no intention of improving.

Positive experience: I’ve been here 5 times all the staff every time were so amazing there is a ward for adolescents and adults and a rehab it includes a gym, pool, and cafeteria in the adolescent ward there is a playground outside everyone is very welcoming (also only 4 stars because it’s a psych ward and psych wards are never fun a lot of fun)

Fantastic experience: I’m currently in PM IOP with Shannon and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is!! I’m on the home stretch of my time in IOP and I can genuinely say that without Shannon, I don’t know how I would have gotten into such a great head space! She gives all of us a safe place to talk about any and everything! Her advice and knowledge of mental health has helped me learn more about what I’m going through and in turn, has helped me get into a good place mentally! If you’re looking to do IOP somewhere, I can’t recommend PM IOP with Shannon enough!!

Negative experience: This was the worst inpatient stay I have ever had. The facility was disgusting, the staff were woefully ill-prepared to actually deal with psych patients, and my severe food allergies were completely ignored. I actually heard the phrase "just try to eat it." The nurses, techs, and doctors were cruel and uncaring and very clearly did not actually have any formal training on how to properly treat and handle inpatient psychiatric residents. Not one staff member was wearing a mask. Several left sick and I came down with a virus right after I was discharged. I made it clear as an involuntary admission that I could not afford this and I was not granted a meeting with a financial counselor once. Do not send your loved ones here.

Negative experience: This place was awful as far as communication goes with family members. In a week we only talked to the doctor once, we talked to the social worker three times. We were never discussed with about payment/cost. No one ever returned our calls. Several times when we tried to check in on our loved one, no one answered the phone. We were sent home with prescriptions that had nothing to do with my loved ones care or treatment.

Negative experience: I called about getting a visit and they told me no visitors allowed which their website clearly says they do visits. My 3 year old wants to see his dad and yet these people have made it impossible. Negative experience: This place is awful. I wish to give it no stars at all! I was lied too and thought I was going to get therapy, instead I received a psych ward experience from hell (ADU is what I think it was called). I now have MORE trauma from the my experience being there. They lied about having a vegetarian option for food, and the food was AWFUL and EXTREMELY COLD. The "doctors" were indian, and the old indian woman one was AWFUL, i believed her name was Ursula. She GRABBED Me by the arm and THREATEN to sedate me while i was in a deep meditation of catholic prayer. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT KIND OF TREATMENT. They never explain what medication they are SHOVING down your throat. I got HORRIBLY SICK from the meds and from being there---messed up my sensitivity to my hands, and i'm a artist and need to work with me hands. There was urine and feces on the WALLS and FLOOR. There were very few nurses that cared about doing their job. Urine all over the public restroom toilet seats. This place was my worst nightmare and made things horribly worse in my life. When I got out, I seeked out REAL therapy, and it helped to an extent. Going to trustpoint just made everything WAY WORSE. I 'm divorcing my husband for this because a my sister's husband who is a dective/PI told her and my husband to put me in that place after renouncing false gods/worship of false gods; turning to Jesus Christ my savior. I PRAY TO GOD AND JESUS that this place get seriously investigated or even better, SHUT DOWN. I found out that I had a few connections that went to the same place, and they had a HORRIBLE experience as well. ALL I EVER WANTED was therapy and was put in a psych ward instead, which further messed up, ruined my marriage/relationships with friends and family and made my mental health worse to the point I cannot seek work in a 'normal' workplace. NO MEDICATION CAN FIX THAT. Vindicate me O Lord, for I have walked out of that wretched place. I have trusted in the Lord without wavering ever since my stay there in March 2023. Prove me, O Lord, and try me; test my convictions, my heart and mind. I stand on hollow ground victorious in your steadfast love for you sent me an angel from above to get me out of that Hell hole. A woman, the same day I arrived, was there to receive treatment for seizures---she was emitted into the same unit (ADU/PYSCH WARD) and she knew I didn't belong there either. There was another young woman barely 18 who was getting 'watched' and touched by an older man who was acting like a real creep; this creepy man walked in and out of that young ladies room and i was worried something could happen so I stood in---as a soldier of God and protected her and another young woman who had special needs. They took her clothes and I gave her what I had extra. I got my sweater stolen and the seizure lady gave me her cardigan because she knew someone stole my sweater. One lady didn't receive her close for a couple of days. They took blood work and never told me the results (highly suspicious of that---especially with what the medication they forced me to take.)

Fantastic experience: I personally don't think I could find a better place for physical rehabilitation. Every therapist was well versed in there field and give great advice on how to get yourself better. The nurses and tech's were very nice and made me feel welcome to be there.Thank you very much Josh and every single physical therapist that helped me after my hip replacement each and everyone of you have a place in my heart ! Also Mrs Ashton was the best nurse I've ever had, it was so very easy to see she cared and tried in every way to make my stay comfortable. Thank you for being just who you are.

Negative experience: You had some good staff and some staff that was there for just the money. You had to pick your battles there. You had students that helped more then than the nurses. I was put in bhu 5 then moved to adu. This hospital is worst than some hospitals. The kitchen staff doesn’t look at your food allergy’s. My caseworker Paige waited a whole day to come see me but she was nice. They changed me from voluntary to involuntary with no explanation. They also tried to give me everything I was allergic to. I’m only giving it two stars because of some staff that helped me through out my stay. You will meet a lot of patients who are like you and they will help you more than anyone else in there. Dr putndua kept moving my date out and there is no communication between anyone at all!

Fantastic experience: So glad that our care team consisted of Tara (intake), and Mrs. Dancy (social worker). They listened to our concerns for my loved one and got them the appropriate care in an appropriate time. They addressed our immediate concerns and arranged for continued care after stabilization. Thank you ladies for all that you do. Secondly, I know that nutrition is a key factor in mental health, it’s probably not a good idea to push around a cart full of candy for the staff in front of the residents . Perhaps they can cover it with a sheet, you know just in establishing and reinforcing healthier habits for the residents.

Positive experience: I would give this place a 5 if it weren't for the food ... But it was all together agood experience there were lots of groups and activities that made the days go by relatively quickly and at the same time seemed productive. I left with some coping skills I am going to try very hard to implement and notes for my loved ones on how to help me ... Overall a lovely experience

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience of my entire life. They say they are there to help and support, but myself and the people in there with me got none of that. A few people would have to repeatedly ask for their medications at the time they were supposed to get them, but they would just ignore them and not say a single word. I went in with an infection and was put on antibiotics, they refused to give them to me and made it worse. The Doctor that was supposed to be caring for us was also not pleasant at all, people would ask to speak with him and he would throw his hand up and not even look at them saying “i will be back tomorrow” and never showed. I was told i would see him the first day i was there and didn’t see him until i checked out and that was because he had to clear me to leave. The night shift staff was horrendous and this facility did nothing but make me worse.

Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough good things about Trustpoint Hospital and its caring staff. Dr. Pierce and Sara were instrumental in helping my 73 year old husband recover from severe OCD and depression with tremors. Negative experience: I had a teen referred to this treatment place, and it was an awful experience. Once the mobile crisis referral went out… someone from this company called after midnight to inform me of the referral and that my child could be placed there for treatment. This faculty sent the ambulance to pick up my child, but no one knew the ambulance was coming. I was not called, and the stay a Vanderbilt did not allow my child to be discharged. Once l did discharge my child, l fought bad sending her. I had no list of what to bring, or what l did not need to bring. I arrived, and l was not discuss anything from social worker on Friday. She took photo of my teen, and explained that it was time for my child to leave. Again, back out near front desk receptionist; l thought someone come tell me her treatment plan. I was not notified that how many days she would stay, and l was never told by staff that on Friday my child was found with a vape and cdc oil during the overnight stay. This place has lack of communication, and not safe if staff does not inform others (parents). I still do not know what happened to my minor child during one over. The parent should be notified if abnormal incidents happen. This was not a professional treatment place.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE NON EXISTANT COMMUNICATION!!! Have been trying for over several months to get necessary follow-up information for social security for a loved one who was hospitalized there, but to no avail. Due to a poorly run hospital admin, you have cost us time, money and multiple delays not being able to get simple information. This is a piss-poor run hospital when you can't even obtain follow-up info from medical records or the treating physician. When I call, I have spoke with some of the rudest people ever who care nothing about getting you to the correct person or department. They just transfer you into oblivion just to get you off the phone. As many messages as I have left, to date, I have never received a return call. Please don't respond with your automatic message saying "we appreciate your feedback and we are concerned yada yada yda", when you don't mean a word of it. Researching where to put a complaint into. For a hospital, you should be ashamed. Makes no damned sense! Yes, that's right, NO DAMNED SENSE!

Positive experience: Over all your facility was mostly helpful. One really bad incident was when a night nurses tech . At first I thought she dropped a chair against the wall in front of the nurses station.then when she slammed a chair into the wall very aprubtly the second time in group room even Samantha seen it along with a couple others. Samanatha asked her (mariah) if she was ok. She was clearly distraught. To top it off mariah and mesh’s set on each side of my door and woke my roommate James up and myself. That was the first night I fell asleep. Have a little respect or find a new job. A mental ward isn’t a good fit to either of these ladies. Their behavior triggered me into a very bad place. Then when I asked politely to come out of the room Mariah said in a very nasty voice loudly NO… I found your facility extremely unorganized and not very private when passing out meds. Sorry to babble on. Thank you Jerry Fann

Negative experience: DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE AT ALL!!!!! Absolutely worse facility I have ever had to deal with. Suppose to have sent my dads meds into pharmacy and never did. Kept promising daily updates, never received one call. Any time id call, since family lives out of town, id be on hold for 30+ minutes. Staff/receptionist are very rude and u professional and if you had to choose between losing a loved one and taking them here, I’d recommend just letting the loved one be left at home and surrounded by other loved ones instead of taking them to this POS.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! My mom, 82 years old was admitted for medication management. She has dementia and she is very active as she always has been. It was my understanding Dr Singh would be able to help with her anger issues. He spoke with my sister ONCE, he promised a daily update. We never got an update and we still have not. We still do not know prognosis, he just released her because of insurance! He slapped a band aid on it (XANAX) 3 time a day… she was so high, assisted living found her unresponsive under her bed, rushed to hospital …. I put a call into SINGN and Sherry both and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Assisted living put a call into them and they did not call them back either . They wanted to take her off the Xanax and wanted to speak with them first SHAMEFUL you people do not communicate with families. We were not allowed to visit due to COVID, so we were in the dark Nurses and receptionist were awesome! They know what’s going on way better that those 2 so called doctors DONT GO THERE PEOPLE
