Fantastic experience: I would like to share my thoughts with every one about the help I receive from TOA Physical Therapy in Murfreesboro, Tn. .I had my right hip joint replaced on November 4th of 2024 .Today I had my last session with therapy . As usual I went in and was greeted by Kenneth Melrose, the Therapists as he was getting another person to go back for therapy . Kenneth has worked with me since the beginning helped me many times with exercises to help my hip get back to some kind of normal for me . He is truly an expert when it comes to what he does . You can't short change the routine he has for you .. He watches that very closely ! You do what he ask of you and you get better quicker ..It's just that simple ! I also had a few other times had another therapist Named Charley was a great help as well .. I would like to Thank both you guys for all your help and all that you do .. I also want to wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year !

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Staff and Dr Greenberg very professional and empathetic to my needs. I had seen Dr Greenberg years ago for a different injury. Back then he was great and thorough with the healing process and I know I will be in good hands for this new injury.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan Snowden is a skilled and proficient surgeon. He is understanding and listens. After all the tests results, He explained every step of the surgery needed and recovery time. I decided on the surgery. It has been a great decision! After extensive “big” back surgery May 1, 2024, Dr. Snowden had me back on my feet with minimal pain in just a few months. I had been in excruciating pain for several years due to degenerative disc disease. I had scoliosis, discs problems which all affected the nerves in my back and legs Sciatica was a serious problem as well. Thank you, Dr. Snowden, I am now able to have an active pain free life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown is probably my favorite doctor that I’ve ever gone to. She’s pleasant, gives thorough explanations, is professional but personable. She has treated my issues with care.

Fantastic experience: Went in for arthritis in my thumbs. Dr Brown was amazing, gave me my options, I took her recommendations and got shots in my thumbs. Feeling some better already, it's only been 24 hrs. Looking forward to results over a few more days.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have always had excellent care at TOA. Matthew Barrett performed 3 joint replacements for my husband. His PA Richard has been very good to me as I try to figure out what is causing my pain. Lydia White fixed my elbow when I crushed I in a fall, and I have full use of my arm.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Urgent Care was pretty smooth once we got started. Delay in waiting room. X-ray technician was very personable and efficient. Miranda took the time to listen to my complaints and explore treatment options.

Fantastic experience: TOA and their staff has been amazing. They all work together to help figure out what needs done. I am thankful to have found a team that look for answers instead of dismissing you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown is the best. She always explains everything in detail and spends as much time as you need with her.

Positive experience: I have always had a positive experience but this last appointment was frustrating….my appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm and at 3:00pm they called my name. I would have expected a courtesy text to let me know there would be a delay…..

Fantastic experience: Dr Greenberg was excellent! He explained things in detail I could understand. The meeting was quick and fast. All of his staff were excellent as well. Dr Greenberg is very educated and knows what is going on with his patients, and got things approved to find out my ailments on my foot. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help.

Fantastic experience: So many specialist at TOA. Also the ability to walk in with urgent care. Dr. Steinagle has been so helpful with my urgent and long time aches and pains.

Fantastic experience: Had my second carpal tunnel surgery here. Everything was so much better and simpler. So far the testing from Robert E. Clendenin lll, MD, the visit to James L. Rungee, MD was all in the same building. Even the surgery Dr. Rungee done was in the same building. Im very grateful for these people. The Doctors and staff was very polite and made everything as simple as possible. The surgery went much better than my last one. I'm so happy I came here. They really helped ease my nervousness and made everything as comfortable as possible. Hopefully I don't have any more issues but I would definitely come here if I did. Thank you to everyone that was apart of my visits and procedure.

Fantastic experience: 2nd visit To TOA for hand problems. 1st visit they scheduled me with a Dr that didn’t specialize in hands after telling them specifically it was my hand so I was a bit disappointed wasting my time and theirs. Loved Dr Brown. Very thorough and very kind. No charge for 2nd visit and she apologized on behalf of TOA. Very professional and I trusted her and would recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Fine first visit to TOA. Friendly staff. Communication with office was very good. The appointment time was very well calculated - I mean that I did not have one of those hideous long waits at over scheduled specialist office that is so common. The nurse and doctor were professional and caring of the great pain I was in.

Fantastic experience: I was called to the back for x-ray within minutes of checking in. Just as I was walking out of x-ray my name was called to see the doctor. Very fast, very professional, very good explanations. 5 star all the way!

Fantastic experience: When you injure yourself especially a fracture(s), you want the best care possible! TOA takes Walk ins for severe pain from injuries including Sprains and Fractures. They are quick about getting you seen as well. They are able to take x-rays and follow up with the equipment needed such as a boot, wrap, cast, etc. to get you mobile. MRI’s are also done downstairs so the doctor can get your results fast. This is one of their two therapy locations at this location. Their Physical Therapists are top notch with their vast knowledge, experience and expertise! I am so thankful for them! Once the doctor prescribes PT it’s so convenient to get set up and started. Stephanie Morgan, PT does an excellent job assisting more than one patient at a time. She is professional, thoughtful, and is highly skilled. She is a great asset! I hope you never need them but life happens and when it does, don’t hesitate on going! Their Team will take excellent care of you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Greenberg was highly referred by a family member. He is very professional, excellent communication skills, asked several questions regarding my injury and fully explained the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Greenberg to needing orthopedic care. Also, the entire staff at TOA was excellent!

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with Dr. Greenburg. He gets things done. Been needing my shoulder done for 2 years and he kept after them and finally got it approved. I'm glad I'll finally get some relief from all this pain and discomfort. It'll be a journey from having surgery until the final result. But I'll get there.Thank you Dr. Greenburg.

Fantastic experience: Very good at what they do, from staff to nurse and of coarse Dr Greenburg. He helped me more than anyone could. I didn’t know anyone and prayed about it, and I believe God sent the right man, and his nurse is top notch. I feel really blessed, and thankful.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE it here! Everybody’s so nice and caring. I love the ladies at the front desk they are amazing, Ally did my physical therapy and all I can say is THANK YOU SOOO MUCH her patience with me was amazing because I cried ALOT lol but she continued to push and motivate me through it all she sent me home with everything I needed so that I could do the exercises at home. Last but certainly not least Dr Douglas thank you for successfully completing my surgery and taking great care of me through out this whole process.Thank you for the tough luv You and your team are so patient, kind and caring thank you all for everything that you’ve done for me.

Fantastic experience: I love this Doctor she’s the best. My experience was good. She’s very polite. We discussed the details about my finger she let me know what was wrong and what my options are to correct the issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown is really amazing. She performed my wrist surgery in 2020 and I am pleased to say it was a success. This new issue with my elbow I could think of her when needing some advice. She was extremely helpful listening to my symptoms and concerns. Upon the diagnosis of tennis elbow the plan of action was all based on how aggressive I wanted to go with it. She laid out all my options and gave me a timeline of recovery. I’m so happy I have her as a medical professional in my corner, I know she is patient and makes sure I am fully informed before I proceed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown is a dedicated Ortho physician. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and makes sure your appointment goes well. I go for cortisone injections for my shoulder. Fantastic experience: OH MY GOSH, I cant express into words how AMAZING DR Brown is. She totally knows her stuff. She is very very thorough and knowledgeable. She makes sure you understand everything she has done or recommends. She goes over your MRI/ X-Rays in great detail to make absolutely sure you understand all of it. She is very kind and not demeaning when you have a question. She takes time and never rushes you into any quick decisions. She is very informative. I wish she was my doctor for everything!! Fantastic experience: The online check in is very much appreciated! Dr Brown is the hand specialist recommended to me by my primary care physician. Dr Brown was thorough in her explanation of my condition. She also patiently listened to my concerns and addressed every question in a way that I could understand. Her knowledge in her field is greatly enhanced by her compassionate care.

She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me information not only verbally but also print outs to take home and also her card with her personal office number so that I could call her directly if my injection doesn’t work and I decided on surgery or even if I have further questions? It’s hard to find a doctor that you feel you can trust unconditionally but I felt very comfortable with her and would highly recommend her services.
