Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the building, the team made me feel welcomed. Each member I worked with was very engaging and friendly. Conner and Grace were phenomenal with the therapy and very considerate of my circumstances and tolerance. Hopefully I won’t need any more physical therapy but if I ever do I would go out of my way to work with this facility again, mainly to see how they decorate the owl for each holiday.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad to my health care provider who was able to find me a good therapist ( Grace Family Health Care) to get properly treated my chronic pain from headaches, neck, shoulder and upper and lower back pain caused of the car accident. I thought, I would be suffering for enormous pain and stress for a long period of time. It was very stressful during the time, I got injured. I have no clues to find a professional therapist. Now since my sessions began, my hopes are high. The Pacific pro therapy and team members are very professional, kind and helpful. They go extra miles to help me, like when my car got totaled, I had no way of going around. The Pacific Pro therapy team specifically the front desk clerk had help me to work on my schedule. If I’m late to my appointment because of transportation issues, she will accommodates ! That’s one of the best reasons shows they care! I highly recommend this place to my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of seeing Heather for about three months now. She has been assisting me greatly in bringing much relief to my neck and jaw. I have struggled with a tight TMJ and she happens to specialize in this area. I am greatful for her knowledge, as it isn't common to find someone who has TMJ techniques. Her caring and gentle touch has been incredibly healing. I was in a car accident in April that caused a chain reaction of pain in my neck and jaw. Heather has been able to show me ways to self-massage this delicate area, so I can bring relief to these tight muscles at home. Together we have been able to bring about big improvements in my mobility and overall relief of pain. Each week we see improvements in pain level and range of motion within my joints and muscles. I am blessed to have had the opportunity of working with Heather in healing my body. I know her talents and skills will bring many souls relief in the future.

Fantastic experience: Heather, Connor, and Grace and the rest of the staff are Amazing. Some PT I’ve done in the past was nothing more than go and stretch, do this exercise, then do that exercise. I get it - the stretching and exercise are important, but I needed hands on help. On day 1 during my intake, I let Heather know that I was there so that they could work on physical treatment - not things I could do at home. They spend time actually working on my injury with massage, cupping and muscle scraping. Then they gave me some exercises and stretches that I couldn’t do at home and after 10 years of pain, I’m starting to see a sunrise on the horizon. I highly recommend this team - they are smart, caring, and downright amazing.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a workman's comp claim. Went to 2 physical therapist and dealt with doctors for about 2 months. None of the were able to fix my arm and were just about to close the case till I requested this place. After 2 weeks they had my arm 90% fixed. Staff is very friendly, professional, and determined to get you back to your original self. Doesnt matter who you work with theyll get you back together. Will definitely be going back there for any future issues.

Fantastic experience: From the minute we called to schedule a consult Breanna was excellent explaining insurance coverage and scheduling. We met Heather the therapist and knew this was the place for my daughter to rehab after ACL surgery. My daughter had excellent care from Heather, Mikael, Willow, Tyler and Noah. There was never a time we didn’t feel completely informed and if I did have questions Heather was more than willing to respond to my emails after hours. I would highly recommend PacificPro.

Fantastic experience: Almost 20 years ago I had a heavy hip injury due to a car accident. Over the years I’ve developed arthritis and pain which limited a lot of activities for me. A couple of months ago I decided to go to PT to see if there was anything I could do to reduce the pain, build strength in my leg and increase range of motion. I have to say Heather and her crew helped me way beyond what I thought was possible. Through basic stretching and targeted to exercises, I have been able to build back a ton of strength, nearly eliminating the pain I was experiencing and have been able to gain range of motion. I am extremely grateful to Pac Pro! I have a full box of tools and have been able to build some habits to continue progressing. GO HERE! I fully recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Pacific Pro offers excellent PT with outstanding therapists. The whole experience is positive from every individual in there. I recently had a surgery and was seen by Heather for my rehab. The knowledge and care was stellar. I also recommended Pacific Pro to my husband John. He was being seen for a problem with his shoulder. My surgeon was very happy with my progress at Pacific Pro. I will continue to use Pacific Pro in the future should I need any additional PT. Fantastic experience: I’ve started PT with Heather and Cade at Pacific Pro in Murrieta about a month ago, starting off after 2 reconstructive knee surgeries and a foot drop, I was walking in on crutches the first day with a huge knee brace and gnarly boot. Within a few days I was off the braces, off the crutches and my confidence and daily life resumed back to normal I feel like my life is back. I’m so grateful for how much they are pushing me here I can’t thank them enough for helping me achieve my life and goals back.

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement in March, and chose to have therapy here. So glad l did, they are all so nice to you every time you go in. My therapist is Michael and he is great. After l do my exercises he works on my knee. He takes his time working hard to break up the scar tissue and getting my knee to bend properly. I highly recommend PacificPro if you need a good physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! All of the people are amazing there! They are always trying to make sure you are progressing and the thing I really love is they actually show you how to do the exercises properly and if you are in any pain they find different exercises that don’t hurt. I have been to multiple physical therapy places and this one is by far the best. And during covid it is the only place I have gone where I feel completely safe and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had a hip pain for 5 years and I tried all the routes for treatment. I went to a physical therapist, went to a chiropractor, and even considered surgery. None worked for me till I found pacific pro. I have made large improvements and I don’t have hip pain anymore. Heather is an excellent physical and got me to be able to start running and walking without hip pain!

If you forget how to do an exercise or have any questions he doesn't make you feel silly for forgetting, even if you do the exercises 3 days a week. ^_^ Heather is magical! She figured out what was wrong with my body instantly!! I've been going to PT with her for just over a month now (3 days/week), and I've noticed major improvements. She knows when I'm out of alignment and just how to fix me. With her expertise, I have been staying in alignment more and more. She is a great listener, and truly cares about people. This amazing woman balances an active family life and active work life beautifully. She is admirable under stress; sometimes there is a surge of patients and she stays calm and navigates through it gracefully, all while maintaining a positive attitude. The Murrieta PacificPro team is supportive, and they work well together to create a effective healing environment for their patients. I don't have an ounce of criticism for this team. I felt a huge relief of pain from just one session and during my exam the doctor explained everything so that I feel comfortable and in the loop! Fantastic experience: PacificPro Physical Therapy on Murrieta Hot Springs Road absolutely deserves 5 stars! Before I started my sessions there, I could barely put my socks on without extreme pain from my hip. Visited them 2 times per week from April to May then 1 time per week from May to the first week of August. Not only did they greatly reduced the pain I was experiencing, they increased my quality of life where I have strength and range in my hip motion with everyday activities and adventures. They are very attentive and adjust the session stretches and movements based on your current condition or progress. Never did I feel overwhelmed or under challenged. Always great progress. Yes, there will be pain, like with any other PT, but I feel it is just the right amount that's temporary and necessary so that you don't feel pain everyday for the rest of your life. And the staff always check in with you throughout the sessions. Big, big, big shout out to the staff there! Alyssa, Bree, Eddie and Mason all helped me tremendously with my road to recovery. Google should be able to give you 10 stars based on your knowledge and care of each of your patients. The facility is well kept, therapy tables are clean and comfortable, equipment is maintained, hot and cold drinking water dispenser is a nice bonus, and the place smells clean as well. Can't thank you all enough for running such a great business!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to any type of physical therapy before. So I really cannot make an honest comparison of PacificPro physical therapy. All I know is that I am receiving outstanding quality service. Mason was the first therapist that welcomed me to your facility. His disposition was and still is, 100% professional and displays a dedicated commitment in the administration of my doctor’s protocols. His attention to detail in explaining the purpose of the therapy exercises has elevated my personal commitment of recovery. His motivated command presence energizes me in each and every therapy session. I also appreciate the way he takes the time to explain the the entire physical therapy process and goals to me and my family. His camaraderie and chemistry with his coworkers is fluid and synchronized perfectly to achieve the maximum use of all protocol exercises. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how great PacificPro has been to me! I am a collegiate volleyball player and had a meniscus tear repair surgery at the end of April 2020. I came into the office for the first time 6 days post-op and since day 1 I have had the best support and service from everyone at the Murrieta location. The Murrieta office specifically is so caring and welcoming and it is clear they all love what they do, which as a patient here is very comforting. Mason and Alyssa have been my primary physical therapists and designed a specialized week by week recovery plan for me to return to my sport which consisted of ROM and mobility, volleyball agility, and weight training. Not only are they working on fixing the problem at hand, but they have also worked with me on preventative measures to ensure an injury like this doesn't happen again. As an athlete, getting back to my sport means everything to me and it was clear that they prioritized my goal of getting back on the court just as much as I did so they challenged me everyday to get better and stronger than ever before. They also get bonus points in my mind for all of their safety and sanitary protocols during this COVID19 period. I would refer anyone here, but if you are especially an athlete looking to return to your sport from an injury, definitely pick PacificPro PT! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend PacificPro PT! I have been to about 4 diff places over the years for my back and hip pain. I have never made so much progress so quickly AND felt like my therapist actually cares. Mason is amazing and I am so impressed with my improvements, I am trying to get my husband in here too. One thing I really love is that you can tell they care. Mason remembers things you tell him about your personal life even if mentioned only once! You can tell he loves his job and helping people feel better. On top of having an exceptional staff, the facility is very clean and welcoming. It never smells bad or is overly crowded. I love that they don’t overlap multiple clients like most facilities do! They have TVs to watch while you do your exercises and are welcoming for those who need to bring their children in.
