The staff is very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and accepting of all types of PT needs. They work amazingly well with all ages! Scheduling is very flexible. The best part is that they work closely with our local High School - Chaparral Sports Medicine Staff. It’s great to know that my Son was in good hands! He benefited from his time here. The experience and environment here was very positive. The vibe is nothing but FUN! I loved how well that they communicated appointment reminders. Fantastic experience: Recovery from a physical injury can be challenging. Stressful. Mentally, emotionally and physically draining. The staff at Pacific Pro - the Hunter Rd. location; are phenomenally talented and very skillful in developing a successful rehabilitation plan of action and providing rehabilitation tools to get you back to a mental, emotional and physical place before the injury or VERY close to it. The staff are always kind, gentle and very professional. Watching how the staff interacts with one another is a demonstration of their passion for their job, healing and people getting better. They celebrated one another. They laughed with one another and gave me the impression they enjoyed being at work. This energy creates an atmosphere that promotes fun, encouragement and an over all sense of well being. An attitude of hopefullness, is what it is. Laughing with the staff became an integral part of my healing journey. The playlist is on point, too. If you're looking for a physical therapy spot, look no further. This - by far, is TRULY, the BEST rehab center!

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy at Pacific Pro French Valley has been very challenging but the staff is working diligently towards rehabilitation. My rehabilitation efforts have been both pre and post op at Pacific Pro for over one year. I can’t thank Pacific Pro Therapy staff enough for the great atmosphere, patience , and attentive care I received so far. From the time I enter the facility reception then physical therapy aides welcomes you. The aides then escort you to the physical therapy area. You are again welcomed by the physical therapist and aides on duty in the physical therapy area. Great welcoming atmosphere . My Physical Therapist Jennifer initially evaluated me and explained my rehabilitation journey. She has decades of experience in the rehabilitation field. Jen is compassionate, kind, patient , attentive and very knowledgeable in physical therapy. I also work directly with Ray who is kind and he is also knowledgeable in therapeutic interventions. The physical therapy aides are the highlight of my physical therapy (exercises) and always pay specific attention to me and keep me motivated. My physical therapy aides include Ari, Aaron, Cassie and Eric. I wanted to also recognize staff I do not work directly with but always welcome me and and ensure my rehabilitation is continuing to progress . Thank you to Physical Therapist Michelle, Steven and Erika. I wanted to give a special thank you to Office Manger Amy who assisted in obtaining my physical therapy approval documents. Maddie the receptionist assists me with ensuring my appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. Overall, my experience at Pacific Pro French Valley receives 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Not only does Pacific Pro seem to be the best choice for Physical Therapy, but may be the most helpful medical staff I’ve interacted with. The aids are helpful, encouraging, and have fantastic bedside-manner. My PT even reminds me of my missed doctors appointments! I would highly recommend to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I had total hip replacement. Mrs Smith and her staff were great they helped me to strengthen all the muscles and helped me understand the process. I tend to be in a hurry to get things done which in the long run can hurt the situation so having people like those at PACIFICPRO help me get better was awesome.

Fantastic experience: Pacific Pro Physical Therapy has been nothing short of amazing! I had total hip replacement and needed help. Michelle - the lead therapist - was great! She evaluated me initially and several times in the weeks ahead to track my progress. Anna assisted along the way, guiding me through workouts and keeping me on track with my recovery. There was no surprises in the billing department just my required copays. I went 2-3 times per week for over 2 months but I’m happy to report I’m fully recovered with full mobility! Go see Michelle and all the pros at PPPT!

Fantastic experience: One of the best PT clinic in town. Staffs are super friendly & professional. Ray was assigned to me and he's doing a good job in reducing the stiffness on my neck and shoulder area by carefully massaging & gently stretching muscles on neck & shoulder area. DPT Michell has a great team of PTs, equally fantastic was Valerie. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a topnotch PTs.

Fantastic experience: Pacific Pro has become my “home away from home” since I had my rotator cuff surgery on July 11, 2022. Kudos to the amazing PT team at French Valley. As I (hopefully) see the light at the end of this very long tunnel of regaining mobility and strength , I can truthfully say that this team has made what could have been a totally miserable experience (almost) enjoyable. They don’t rush me along or cause me more pain, they encourage me to come along at my own pace.

Not only are they fantastic Therapists But they're solid and good human beings who care about you. Everyone on their team is so personable And they all work together to help you get better. I have made significant strides Thanks to their program And My therapy has been in coordination with several other individuals who I have gotten to knowWho also have been improving and getting better. Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my rehab experience at PacificPro Physical Therapy. As a physical therapist myself and a very active, 40 year old hip replacement patient it was important to me to get back to enjoying my life with no limitations. Michelle was my main therapist. She actually listened to what I had to say and was constantly adapting my treatment to continue my progress. The environment is welcoming and all staff were knowledgeable and very encouraging, especially when I was having a tough day. Kortney was always able to schedule appointments when I needed them and greeted me with a smile every time I walked in. I am so grateful for the care that I received.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and all the staff at Pacific Pro French Valley are beyond incredible! I found them by “accident” as I went to the wrong location but what a blessing it turned out to be. I broke my ankle in three places and dislocated it while traveling abroad. My surgery and recovery post surgery, was pretty intense and I couldn’t have done it without the team at Pacific Pro French Valley. Michelle, I want to thank you and all the Pacific Pro staff for being so caring yet tough at the same time. Fantastic experience: The entire team is friendly and helpful. Everyone has a positive attitude. Michelle has been my primary physical therapist. She knows when to push you and when you’ve reached your limit. The 7am opening time works great for my work schedule. They are always right on time to open. All the equipment works. The place is clean and kept up. The temperature is kept comfortable for working out. Hopefully I don’t need physical therapy again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to go to PacificPro Physical Therapy again.

Fantastic experience: I started to get therapy with Valerie for my elbow after a year of constant pain and doctors that would not do more than cortisone. Within 2 months of working with Valerie and Emily, I have been able to get almost completely pain free. Not only are they helping me get better, they are just an awesome group of people that are fun and friendly and make you feel like part of a group. No one is ever left out and you get lots of one on one attention from the therapists. I highly recommend going to Pacific Pro to anyone who is looking to get better with the help of people who care about you. Valerie has been an amazing therapist and has become a good friend as well.

Fantastic experience: I came to Michelle before and after my knee surgery and let me just say. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She listens to me and pays attention to every need I have. I always leave feeling 10x better than when I arrived. My knee would not where it is, if it wasn’t for Michelle. The office staff John, Adam, Ray, & Kourtney are equally as amazing! Fantastic experience: I moved here when my therapist Michelle moved here the first of January. Everyone is very friendly, the facility is newer and has a bright atmosphere. I followed Michelle because she is a terrific therapist. She knows how to get the best out of her patients. She pushes for growth without pushing too hard. My knee surgeon has been very surprised by how much improvement I've made and I attribute it to Michelle. Thank you for all you continuing support and help with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today at the new PacificPro location on Hunter Rd. Alicia was my therapist and she was wonderful! I have been fighting pain for the last 3 months and with a little bit of direction and stretching I can honestly say I feel much better.
