Fantastic experience: Best orthopedic office in the area! My son has been seen multiple times for different sports injuries and they always get him in right away. I love that the X-rays are done in house so you don’t have to be driving to multiple places with your injured child. Thank you arrowhead for your professionalism and care!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a workers comp accident to be evaluated from the state medical examiner. And the doctors here are absolutely wonderful. I finally got the information I was desperately looking for and the Dr. was so caring and gave me such great advice!! My son also goes here now for Sever’s disease and Stephen was amazing at explaining it all out to me and my son. I can’t not begin to express how amazing. Bridget has been our nurse every time and she is just wonderful, also well as the radiologist tech! I am so happy with this place. If I ever need any kind of orthopedic in the future I will only come here. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. No compassion. Dr. Allen didn’t even bother to talk to me in person. I was waiting for this appointment for months. They know what living with back pain is. They could’ve contacted my primary doctor to get the reports of my MRI, but didn’t do that…

Negative experience: Treatment was horrible staff can't handle the amount of patients referred here kept trying to come up with the worst excuses to reschedule my surgeries

Negative experience: I called, no response, 3 weeks later. Text appt date to me at an inconvenient time with no care to give.

Fantastic experience: Came in with an L4-L5 issue that was causing me unbearable spine pain (Could not stand, sit, or walk). Dr. Ghayoumi immediately diagnosed the problem and educated me on the options available. Unfortunately for me it was necessary to have immediate spine surgery, but fortunately I had Dr Ghayoumi as my doctor, who explained the procedure, possible side effects, and recovery time table (made me feel a lot more comfortable about the surgery). Everything was successful. Dr.Ghayoumi was nothing short of a life saver. Now I’m almost able to do everything I did before (with some limitations of course). Highly recommend Dr Ghayoumi and his practice.

Negative experience: From start I had a bad feeling. I called only to be on hold eternally. Then I called relands location not sure how they were able to get me transferred to the Murrieta location. Then a very rude receptionist straight up hung up on me when I was trying to get her to explain why they can't obtain records from my sons hospitalvisitgor his fracture. All it takes is a signed release form. When I asked if they could do their own x-rays she said no because he's a new patient. No wonder their score is so low, who hires these these inpatient incapable waste of desk space.

Fantastic experience:

Negative experience: Dr. Was extremely rude, red flag 1. He told me he doesn't do upper extremity care. (So how am I supposed to trust him with my broken arm?) 2.gave me sarcasm while trying to understand how they were going to treat my broken arm. And "well are you an orthopedic specialist?" When I asked a very logical question of WHY? 3. Then they gave me an awful painful splint that didn't protectv my break l or even immobilize the only movement that hurt. The doctor didn't even bother to look at it too make sure it was correct. I'm left in pure agony without any help

Negative experience: They gave me an EKG lady said it was abnormal they're released me to go home without telling me OG it was the machine that was messed up I found that out two days later they didn't think it was important to tell me it wasn't my heart it was their machine
