Fantastic experience: Dr Kelling is outstanding and I’ve been to over 10 different Doctors with my back pain over the last 6 years. We travel a lot so I’ve not been able to see him as often as I would like. I try to see him once a year. He is the best educated and the most professional of them all. I keep coming back to him because he gets results. He truly knows about the back and the pain it can cause. I make it a point to be in CA just to see him.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here, and for first impressions I give them 10 stars!! The front desk ladies Ms. Julie and Ms Regina were amazing. Super friendly, yet extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Dr Kelling was warm and friendly and sharp and on top of things. This was a very very positive experience. Positive experience: I have yet to go there so disregard my 3 stars but I don't see many patients with severe neck issues here..I think this place would be complete if they used a Nucca Specialist on board..Atlas Brain and spine in Upland is too far for me..It's an amazing place I hear and changes lives with upper cervical care using Nucca Certified Dr..The upper spine is connected to brain and causes so many serious issues..I don't believe in just Injecting ..injecting injecting..especially in neck..We don't have any nucca specialists here..This would be perfect place..I'm Wishing and praying

Fantastic experience: You will feel like family here. Dr. Kelling is awesome. Very skilled and knowledgeable, and last but not least empathetic and understanding. The nurses are a class act and treat you with the utmost compassion and care. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is suffering from any type of chronic pain. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Dr.Kelling and staff and the treatment I received for back pain. He took his time, I never felt rushed and the treatment plan has left me feeling better than I have felt for years especially after a career as a Marine. I have sought treatment for pain and injury from a number of other physicians in our area and Dr. Kelling is by far the best. The office staff was professional and paperwork was kept to a minimum and insurance covered the entire cost of treatment after our copay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: One of the best pain management clinics I've ever experienced since leaving active duty. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable. Julie and Heather run the front with smooth machine precision and Dr. Kelling is the Doctor Strange of pain management. If you're in pain and feel like there is no one tending to your pain related needs LOOK NO FURTHER!!

Fantastic experience: I followed Dr. Kelling over from another practice. A very educated, thorough, and caring Doctor. I wouldn't see anyone else. The Nurses in his office (Heather, Juli, Lillean, and Jennifer) are the best and always go above and beyond for their patients. I have referred many neighbors and friends to Dr. Kelling and Southern California Spine & Joint Institute, and they have always thanked me afterward. Ten Stars for this Group !!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kelling and all of the staff in the office are kind, knowledgeable and honest. We will continue to go there for all of our spine issues. Customer service is sorely lacking in some doctors offices these days, but every time I've called we've been met with pleasant, helpful staff and it makes all the difference in the world!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelling is a miracle doctor, I have experienced back pain for years, seen 4 back doctors that were supposed to be the best in Riverside and San Diego counties, that actually said there's nothing they could do. I've had 2 appointments with the Dr and am feeling 100% better. Thanks Doc

Fantastic experience: Best and most thorough appointment to address pain I’ve experienced to date. I’ve been to multiple Orthopedic Surgeons and their answer is typically surgery as first-line therapy. Not with Dr Kelling - he thoroughly explored all avenues of repair and reduction of pain as his first choice to treat and puts the patient’s concerns first. I love that he uses the most current and the best state of the art technology to pinpoint the cause of the pain upon diagnosis. Also! Appointments ran ON TIME, easy with billing to my insurance, and I was in and out in 30 min or less. Who has time to spend hours at an appt days? Based on my experience I’m sending my husband in to address his years of chronic back pain.

Negative experience: The staff do not like to be inconvenienced to wear a mask when treating patients who request it. They then put it on over just their mouth in defiance. Go somewhere else that has a staff that understands their elderly clients need caution and compassion and who are intelligent enough to realize we are still in a pandemic.

Fantastic experience: The first time I met Dr. Keling I had just about given up hope of feeling like a normal person. I have lupus and none of my doctors were able to help with my pain. My first appointment i spoke to Dr Kelling and he said something none of my other doctors had said to me "My other lupus patients have found relief from some of these procedures" my world changed after that visit and I owe it all to Dr Kelling and his worderful staff. Thank you Dr Kelling, Heather, Lilleann, Jennifer and Julie you have opened my eyes and I have been able to do things I never thought I could do.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelling is truly a miracle worker! After suffering from chronic shoulder pain, I was finally introduced to Dr Kelling through a mutual friend. He was able to provide me with the right treatment plan to get back to doing what I love best, playing golf! I knew after the first minute of our conversation, he actually cared about helping me get better. Negative experience: Please be aware, this is NOT an orthopedic clinic in no way shape or form, I felt I was misinformed. Did not help me at all. Only concern I received from them is that they get their money. Pain management is when all avenues have been exhausted and there is absolutely nothing else that can be done. So why go here and then go an orthopedic doctor, so go to an orthopedic doctor first and not waste your time or money.
