Fantastic experience: Scheduling with the VA still sucks but I realized that they were separate from the individual clinics. It took me 2 months to get my appointment, but I must say that everyone at this clinic were amazing, from the gentleman greeting at the door, to my nurse and doctor this was one of my best experiences in the last 17 years!

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the Murrieta VA Clinic. Dr. Pathak was great. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave me some great advice. The nurse, Kayla, was also super helpful, friendly, and thorough. Even the doctor’s scheduling assistant was awesome and friendly. It was a completely different experience than I had expected, and overall it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: 1st time at this clinic and my intake was smooth and timely. Very welcoming and pleasant staff(Dr. P and Nurse Kailyn) were thoughtful and considerate of my unique situation) and I met a very friendly Navy Vet during my short wait.

Fantastic experience: The clinic team at the Murrieta VA clinic is simply outstanding! Professional in all regards. The intake nurse, Kailyn is compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Patak took the time to listen and understand my medical history and concerns, and addressed each. Simply a fantastic team! The facility itself is state of the art and the clinic ancillary staff is synchronized, ensuring my appointment was neither delayed or prolonged. All around a great experience!

Kindness, caring and excellent customer service, she went above and beyond to help me with resources. I was called in exactly the right time of my appointment. Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Murrieta VA for about 2 years and every medical issue that I have had has been taken care of in a professional and timely manner. The staff is always courteous and answers all my questions plus all my medicatons arrive promtly at my house. I highly recommend the Murrieta VA.

Positive experience: First visit to this new location, boy is it easy to find. Bit of a small wait checking in but overall a very smooth visit for a lab draw.

Positive experience: The staff and Dr's here are amazing at what they are capable of doing. They are not to blame for phone system, vets who miss their appts, and people who simply fail to understand this center is not a full blown hospital. You will be referred for MRI, cardiologist, colonoscopy, etc... the available staff does what they can and Dr's deserve a day off too people. Reduced a star because they do lack follow up sometimes their fault sometimes mine. They change appointments with two + weeks notice that requires another few weeks wait. If the wait was an issue request to get seen by outside VA is simple. I also wish the staff had better training on privacy asking for my PII in an open waiting room and not checking ID's is not ok. Again likely a training issue that can be fixed.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I've been to this clinic. The last time I was at a VA clinic was in Joliet Illinois when I was living there. Since moving back to California, the only thing I can say about the Murrieta clinic is that it took several months to schedule an appointment. Once I got to the clinic, I was called in exactly at my appointment time. The nurse practitioner, Diana Ong, was very thorough in asking me all the questions needed for a first time patient. She also recommended something for my diabetes that I didn't know I needed. I have nothing but high praise for the staff at this clinic. I can't understand why so many veterans have given this clinic a one star rating.

Fantastic experience: Called Loma Linda VA and got registered in 10 mins. Then called Murrieta VA Clinic and spoke to someone in 5 mins. They searched for the soonest appointment with 1 of 3 doctors there and scheduled over the phone in 5 mins, 3 weeks out. Not sure why others are experiencing problems but coming from VA Northern California it was pretty easy.

Fantastic experience: This was my first ever VA appointment. I had some reservations about going based on reviews I've read and things I've heard about VA Healthcare. Fortunately, I didn't experience any of that today. The receptionist was kind as she checked me in. Nurse Marlene was attentive to my concerns and reasons for the visit. Dr Gerona wrapped it all up in a bow, addressing all of my concerns and getting me the appropriate referrals. If you are having issues with scheduling, get enrolled in MyHealthEVet, I had so many appointment reminders there is no way I was going to forget when it was. Only downside is they are pretty booked up and appointments take a while to get. Other than that, I was very please with my experience today.

Fantastic experience: The staff here have been nothing but polite and attentive. Dr Gerona is my assigned doctor and she is always thorough, she listens to me and spends an appropriate amount of time with me for my appts. I don't feel unappreciated or herded like a cattle at my appt. The nurses, front desk staff (especially Sylvia) and lab personnel have been so accommidating. I realize everyone have had different experiences but I have never been treated wring here and having to wait a little longer for an appt is worth it. Keep it up you guys are doing great!!!
