Fantastic experience: This program is the most in depth program.My therapist Cassandra was very in tuned to my needs and growth emotionally. This program WORKS , I would highly recommend it to anyone going through mental health issues. The care they provide is a five star care that even Includes lunch. Fantastic experience: The outpatient program at loma linda really changed my life. I had severe depression that was debilitating to my every day life. This program has taught me how to manage my emotions and process past and present trauma healthily. Osha and all the therapist really listened and cared about my struggles and always made sure I had input into my care and what I wanted to learn/work on. We got free lunch everyday which was amazing and delicious. The community you make with your fellow patients is amazing and the bonds you make are so strong. It’s a beautiful program with amazing people and really helped me to be hopeful about the future and enjoy the present. I could not recommend this place enough!!

No matter your background or situation you will be welcomed with open arms and will receive genuine care and compassion. Fantastic experience: I loved going through the 12 week program, it’s not for the weak and they push you to be honest and authentic with yourself. The therapists were all amazing, Cassandra was the highlight of each day coming in here as well as part of the reason I stuck it out for the amount of time. It’s also cool to be in a group setting and listen to all the different perspectives, young and old, there was no separation due to age. I would definitely come back if I felt I needed more assistance with my mental health because this has become my second family in a way.

Fantastic experience: This is a great program that I highly recommend. All the staff is very passionate about what there are teaching. The structure of the program is highly organized. I personally was continuously able to feel and see my progress throughout the weeks of attending and doing the work I was presented in therapy. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: LLU Behavioral Medicine, Murrieta- Outpatient. Words won’t do this program justice. I used the outpatient services for 6 weeks and 4 days. I received treatment for panic attacks and depression. The treatment and tools (DBT/CBT) I left with have relieved both! The staff and the hospital itself are kind, understanding, professional, fun and open their hearts wide open to everyone. Being in their presence was like a big safe hug. I have taken that home with me along with their notebook of tools. So……my rating is 5 Star on all. Wish it went to 10. That is what I would truly rate.

The supportive environment fostered open communication, making it easy to share my struggles. My individual therapy sessions provided a safe and encouraging space to explore deeper issues, develop a personalized treatment plan, and receive ongoing guidance. They also include family sessions that are available if you choose to have them. Daniel and David were instrumental in my journey. Their GENUINE compassion and dedication helped me navigate difficult times and build a life worth living. The added bonus of daily meals during our lunch breaks was a thoughtful touch. Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved this place. All the clinicians were helpful and knowledgeable too. Shout out to my group therapist Osha !!!! I was recommended by a close friend of mine because of the mental state I was in and I can sincerely say I feel like I am in a much better mental head space than I was two months ago! Thankful and blessed to been welcomed and appreciated and head in this program. I would recommend this place to anyone who stuggles or is struggling with any type of mental illness, trauma etc. THANK YOU BMC!! Ps you get free meals too when you’re in the program too!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. They helped me out so much! I got to talk with Mimi the dietitian and she was so helpful and knew her stuff. The nurse Erica was so great too and worked very hard to fix any of my paperwork, etc problems. The entire staff here is wonderful. I recommend this program.

Fantastic experience: This place truly saved my life! I was a wreck with panic attacks, anxiety and depression. In the last 6-8 weeks I have learned so much and met some of the most amazing people on earth! My therapist was Stacey and she is the most down to earth, loving & caring therapist on planet earth! Also as well as David, David has such an amazing way of putting things into perspective for you and helping you understand yourself so much more than you think is possible. They have nurses on site, dieticians! Everything you can possibly need this place has it! If you are like me and feeling hopeless and lost trust me when I say, this place can truly save you! Plus you get free lunch! Help is right here! Take the leap, I promise you it is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that I highly recommend this treatment program. I have learned so many great lessons and techniques to live by. I was feeling hopeless before I started the program. I was drinking a lot as well. I needed help. I went to 12 step meetings and I never felt like I was going to get better. I started Loma Linda BMC on August 6. And I knew right away that I was going to have an amazing breakthrough with the help of these brilliant therapists. They were so helpful and so supportive of me. From the beginning I knew I was safe. And I knew I was at home. I had a lot of fun learning about myself and that I wasn’t alone. I also had crying times and awe ha moments. I haven’t taken a drink since I started and I plan on taking good care of myself. These people really got me. My medication was looked over and the doctor and nurse made sure they were working well for me. I’m not one of a lot of words but if I was my praze would go on and on! I loved everything about this place!

Fantastic experience: The amount of positivity in this place is indescribable. It's so beautiful. I made so many friends and am happy to now call them family! I may be done with the program, but the skills and the people I have met will always stick with me forever. This is literally the best program for anyone looking for group therapy. Stacey, my main therapist in the Discovery Track, was absolutely brilliant. David, another therapist who works there, has such an intelligent mindset and really knows what to say all the time. There are so many more people I haven't mentioned, but I love these guys so much! Thank you guys for an amazing 8 weeks! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing help with depression, anxiety, stress, and / or more! ❤️

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Partial outpatient behavioral health program was absolutely amazing. It was dynamic with all the different clinical therapist and my psychiatrist Dr. Green was caring and took the time to actually talk and be compassionate towards my issues. My main therapist Stacey was so insightful to what was going on with me and my emotional states I would not have been able to get through without being I. The group I was placed into. Fantastic experience: It’s been some time since I completed the Courage program at Loma Linda, and I’ve had some time to reflect. The review I left originally, while accurate, seems insufficient now. Going through this program is the best decision I’ve made in recent memory. The compassion, the empathy, the wisdom, the genuineness, and the humor of the staff in this program is unlike anything I’ve experienced for most of my life. They will push you, they will challenge you, and they will do it with compassion, and genuine care. They taught me so much about myself, and they taught me how to look inside myself and actually begin to make sense of what I find there. These folks at Loma Linda University Behavioral Medical Center are truly deeply caring individuals, with ceaseless wells of wisdom to share. They will meet you where you are, and if you engage with the program, they might help you learn how to meet yourself where you are. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. If your insurance covers this PLEASE give it a chance! I was in adult PHP then IOP. All of the therapists were very helpful, especially the one in charge of my track. It's great having people around who understand your life, I made some great friends. The psychiatrist is the first I've found to actually listen to me and adjust my meds accordingly. I thank the whole team, and everyone I met along the way, for believing in me and giving me the community I needed to heal!

You get lunch daily and its REALLY GREAT! Working together you get chemically balanced throuout your stay. The wonderful staff is so helpful and friendly with professional counselors, therapists. Psychiatrist, nurses, I highly recommend this program for anybody in question or suffering from any type of chemical imbalance such as anxiety, depression, bi polar, adhd, schizophrenia, addiction etc. The out patient program is just 6 to 8 weeks where you receive basically 3 to 4 years of counseling in that short amount of time. I highly recommend this hospital I can't say it enough! They have adult program 18 and older 5 days a week and teen program afternoon/ evenings. You will love Dr. Penny Underwood, Carter, Dr. Galarza, several others. Caring interns, and the tasty healthy food is included as I mentioned I received much needed insight and I enjoyed seeing many patients grow and change for the better. In a word it was incredible. No judgement, no right or wrong answers, just helpful. So go! Check it out!
