Negative experience: Overall bad experience. Only thing that was decent was the price, I don't have insurance so I guess I got what I paid for.

Fantastic experience: Front desk ladies were not friendly at all , the ywere playing on their phone and they acted annoyed when I got there, my 5 starts review is for Dr.RAUSER , and for the male nurse that helped me , they both were amazing, Dr. Rauser is one of best Dr. in Murrieta , he is very nice and extremely smart , he explained everything to me and he was very compassionate, thank you so much Dr. Rauser for listening to me and help me today.

Negative experience: Very unresponsive. All they want is to have you come back so they can get another payment. Called three times to talk to Doctor...never called back. Don't recommend.

Negative experience: I took my daughter to get a prescription 2 weeks ago. They never sent the Rx to the pharmacy. I called back multiple times, begging them to send the Rx to the pharmacy. My daughter had to get better on her own with weak OTC medication. This place is awful. I'm looking for a different urgent "care" facility.

Fantastic experience: This is the only place you will be seen quickly and have your issues addressed. Way faster than going to my primary care!

Fantastic experience: I am a nurse and I was very impressed! Dr Daniel Rochin and Alvin are exceptional practitioners. I am truly grateful for their holistic approach, expertise and kindness. Also, we were in and out in 30mins bonus!

Negative experience: My wife went to the doctor and he said that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, but he not only didn't send the prescription but he didn't even write the name of the prescription into her paperwork. So, when we called then next day asking for the fax to be resent to the pharmacy they had no record of the prescription and the doctor was out so she had to go 2 days without her prescription. Beyond incompetent!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Not sure why the ratings are low . My family has been coming here for so many years. Staff is attentive and gets you seen as soon as they can. Today like most days, they saw us and got us checked in, seen by the doctor all in 35 minutes! Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Dr Chang and his team of professionals really went out of their way to help me with a bad back injury and helped me save money by finding a local place to get a CT scan rather than going to the hospital which charges double for scans. Plus they got me an appointment the same day. Dr Chang explained in detail the results from the test and gave me advice on how to treat my injury as well as prescribe the right meds. This was in March this year and I just kept forgetting to thank you I-Care team. I really appreciate all of you. Keep doing what you do and welcome to the neighborhood!

Fantastic experience: My mom was visiting from out of town and needed some help with a UTI. She got in to see a doctor right away after filling out their paperwork. I was so impressed with this facility - nice staff and I don't think the visit could have gone any faster.

Fantastic experience: Quick, attentive, helpful, and efficient! This is the first year my husband and I needed to buy an independent insurance plan. As most of you know, insurance plans are very expensive. We decided on a plan that would allow my family and I to choose or better yet, to be extremely picky when deciding on a doctor because we are paying for the option to do so. With that in mind, we have visited (decided on) icare twice. Each visit superseded our expectations. The office staff are friendly, the doctors are quick, attentive and conservative with their medical decisions. With complete trust we will continue to refer our friends and family to icare!!

Fantastic experience: I went to I Care today expecting to wait hours and deal with lots of rushed people. I had a very positive experience, the women at the front desk were pleasant, friendly and efficient. My lab work was done promptly and Clinton gave me clear concise information in a calm caring manner. I will definitely return to this office if I have the need and highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: I opened the door at accelerated urgent care in Wildomar, saw the walls and seats full of people, not once did the two ladies even look up and acknowledge. I turned around, went back to my car, called icare urgentcare to ask if they accept walks, sure enough! We verified if my insurance was accepted and was advised to come over. I flew, safely! Nice greet, considering I was feeling well, got seen & out within an hour. Staff and Doctor were very cordial and explanatory. Love their plants! I am 100% better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: I took my one year old for a fever and rash. PA saw us for less than 5 mins and misdiagnosed him saying it was an ear infection and prescribed an antibiotic. Today, I took my child for his one year check up and his pediatrician said my son’s ears are perfect. No signs of infection whatsoever. The pediatrician was furious for the misdiagnosis and said to stop the medication immediately. Very unfortunate that the PAs are not well trained and equipped. We will not be returning to this facility.

Negative experience: Well where do I start if I could give negative Stars I would. This place is absolute garbage. I got there 45 minutes before they closed and i called ahead i was told they had xray available i get there and wow when i refused to put on my mask due to my medical condition all of the sudden the xray is out until morning. Rude disrespectful and per CDC guidlines illegal since i have a legitimate medical condition

Negative experience: Nice front staff however misdiagnosed- Born did not help me and would not listen to my concerns of years getting this every year. I had to go to another more reputable urgent care (after getting wrong meds)where my voice mattered so now I’m back to square one. Five days out which could have two had Born listened. By the way - your “warm saltwater analogy?” Ludicrous thanks to my family physician and current PA - both of which said was an outlandish fallacy. I would seek further training - obviously you’re not quite ready for that position.

Negative experience: I’ve come here twice under two insurances I was directed to this location via my insurance website both times and both times I was turned down because they don’t accept the insurance even though both times with two separate insurances, I got the information through the insurance website. Not sure why they are advertising themselves to these insurance companies if they are turning customers down in the door.

Fantastic experience: I slammed the car door on my left thumb. I thought it might get better a day later and when it didn't I immediately looked online to see if i-Care Urgent Care was open on Sunday. Thankfully they were and they took me in right away. Dr. Agudelo was the medical doctor who examined and treated my injury. Alvin took my x-rays and they were absolutely the best. I strongly recommend i-Care Urgent Care to anyone who needs help. I love going here when I need to because they treat me like I'm family.

Fantastic experience: Found you on Google and I'd give you 10 ⭐'s if i could. All staff and Doc's we're friendly and professional. The office and exam rooms are very clean. I went to get X-rays of my ribs and i was in and out quick. Everything was explained to me and they gave me prescriptions to help! Thank you so very much!

Fantastic experience: Took all my boys here for a sports physical. Wait time was nearly nothing and service was great. Waited at another urgent care clinic for over an hour just to tell us they couldn’t see us so i called i-care and they told me to just come by and within 15 mins of the call we were called back. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic experience: I have used ICare urgent care several times since I moved to Murrieta 12 years ago. I was very sick and sometimes fearful at these appointments. Everyone I have ever come in contact with during my appointments were kind, patient and caring. Since Covid I have used the drive thru testing site 2 times. It makes it easy when your sick to sit in your car while they to you. In less than an hour I had my covid test, vitals taken and met with a doctor. I was diagnosed and my prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. Thank you so much for the excellent and compassionate care I received. I appreciate you ❤️ Debra Schanck

Fantastic experience: I love this particular urgent care. The front desk staff are phenomenal. I’ve used this urgent care as they know what they are doing and are efficient. Yesterday evening I had to bring my son in for an injury. From the start to the end, all the staff was excellent in their communication and were totally thorough. We had Courtney assist us and she was so attentive to my son and made the process smooth and easy. I really appreciate all the staff at I-Care Urgent Care. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This is THE only place to go! I have been coming for 4 years. This time around, they quite literally saved my dads life! Scripps nurse sent him to urgent care, the Dr here at iCare listened and sent him to the ER because he needed more tests than they could do on-site. He even wrote an ER referral indicating what tests he wanted done. The ER docs seemed like they might have dismissed my dads symptoms as new severe diabetes. But when I showed them the iCare doc’s referral requesting an abdominal scan, they agreed to do it. That scan found pancreatic cancer that might have gone unnoticed. Because of the iCare’s team, we get possibly a year instead of weeks or months. You guys are once again, complete rockstars!

Fantastic experience: First time at this urgent care and had a quick, friendly, professional experience. I brought my teenager in for a sports physical and was in and out in 30 minutes. It was $40 cash which was reasonable compared to another urgent care that wanted to charge me $65 for the same service. Will be going back when needed as long as they accept my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I took my 96 year old Mom here yesterday for a hip x-ray, and the entire staff, Doctor, x-ray technician and all assistants were WONDERFUL !! My Mom can't walk or stand, only carry and lift her, they all did such a great job getting her in X-ray table, so gentle and professional, they really cared and took the time for her. They went above and beyond and helped me get her back in my car since I was alone. They are all Exceptional !! The Best care and treatment I've ever had and seen. I Thank you All with all my heart. Great job to All !! I extremely recommend this Urgent Care.

Fantastic experience: I dont have insurance and I got 22 staples in my leg with a bad deep cut. Cost was $225 and return in 10 day to get then removed for a additional $100. I feel that very fair and they did excellent job. Very appreciative. And another point with this covid situation, it was a monday lunch time and no one at all in waiting room. I was nervous it would be crowded.

Best experience I’ve had at an Urgent care. Normally there’s always someone who doesn’t want to be at work when you go to any clinic. Well... NOT HERE!! Fantastic experience: Ok, so I get here and a small crowd is in the waiting room (9:30AM). Figured at least 2 hours. From the front desk clerk to the treating physician everyone had the perfect attitude. Quick, smooth, to the point. From the time I checked in to time I picked my prescription across town was an hour and half. Experience was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Staff at front desk was friendly and professional on the phone and also when we arrived. My wife and kids were seen within 15-20min after signing in and we were back in the exam room for about 20min. This was the first urgent care that I had been to that treated patients very well and was urgent in treating you. Will continue to visit this facility.

Fantastic experience: I cut my finger pretty deep and thought I would have to go to the ER. I called i-Care to see if they do stitches, and they informed me that they did, so I went in. I was very well taken care of. They numbed my finger, cleaned it real good, and stitched it up quickly and painlessly. They were very freindly, and knew what they where doing. I highly recommend them.
