Fantastic experience: After a not great experience at another PT facility, I'm so glad that I found PT Solutions. Beth and Hannah have been amazing working to fix my plantar fasciitis. After dealing with this problem for months, I'm finally hopefully it will be healed soon!

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic place if you are in need of physical therapy. The therapists are absolutely wonderful, Hannah is so great, and incredibly knowledgeable. The front desk is cheerful and helpful, the support staff is so friendly and quick to step in when the therapists need assistance as well. The facility is clean and spacious. They take such great care to help everyone and get you feeling better while being mindful of your pain or condition but also challenging you to push yourself or break through your comfort zone. Top notch, A++++.

Fantastic experience: My therapist Hannah has been amazing! She’s attentive to my immediate needs, very gentle, and encourages me to push myself. The entire staff has made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.Extremely professional and caring staff. Dedicated on helping every patient get back to their normal self. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at PT Solutions. Hannah was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and such a pleasure to work with. After my therapy it improved my range of motion and balance and that's alot for me considering I'm in my last stage of M.S. Hannah made me feel very comfortable and I am grateful in every way. I couldn't of asked for a better therapist.

Fantastic experience: When you first walk in, everyone is so sweet and nice, especially sarah and megan at the front desk. they are very helpful, kind, and treat everyone with most upright respect. Rola is the smartest and the best physical therapist i’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot since i’ve attended physical therapy for years prior to PT solutions. i am overall very satisfied with my experience!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding!!!! Courteous, kind and professional. The ladies at the front desk (Sarah and Megan) are welcoming and eager to assist at every visit. Creating a safe and friendly environment. The PT have really taken the time to understand my condition, and have given me helpful ways to continue on my way to recovery even on days I'm not scheduled. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Katie my Physical Therapist Always makes me feel better & more confident. Katie is Always prepared to handle any pain or situation. She Always gives me instructions & Exercise to continue @ home.

Positive experience: I wish I could give this place 5 stars, because the vibes were cool and staff pretty chill. But I can’t do it in good conscience :( . Here’s why: -staff are overworked/ over-booked. Every time I was there the PT or PTA was working on 2 other clients atst. -this led to staff not really monitoring my reps or my form. -I also received no print outs or updates on what exercises I should be doing. Only got 1 print out, at my first session. -Staff were kind and friendly at least! Especially Rolla and Kate, they were awesome! -but yeah I had to ask for print outs of my home workouts which is not ideal. And I was never told what the treatment plan was… Management: hire more staff, do better training, or dont over-book yourselves ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I dislocated my ankle playing soccer Jan 16th, back and fourth with the docs till I finally came to PT Solutions and started my therapy around Feb 10. Been 1 month since then, I am off the crutches/boot, no pain in my ankle, back running on the treadmill. I cant believe the progress I've made so far and it wouldn't have been if it wasn't for the lovely staff here. They are really knowledgeable and love how focused and attentive they are to every detail during the recovery/sessions. They treat you like family, never push or do anything of that sort. I'm glad I found this place and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a solid Physical therapy place.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The place has a good vibe as well as staff, is almost like family. When I take my daughter for therapy everybody knows her and greets her. I am happy my daughter is doing well and is approaching the end of therapy, but I am surely going to miss this place.

Fantastic experience: Beth and her staff were great! They know exactly what they are doing. Very accommodating and helpful in scheduling. Fantastic experience: I started going to see Kristen at PT Solutions after I gave birth in April. Kristen was amazing with helping me repair my ab muscles. It is definitely a great place to go if you need any type of physical therapy! Everytime I went in, I was always greeted with smiles. I also felt very comfortable going in during covid. It was always clean and they took all the precautions to keep everyone in the building safe. Kristen was great with explaining the exercises I was doing and how they were helping me. She was very knowledgeable. Thanks PT solutions and Kristen!

Fantastic experience: This is the only place to go for Physical Therapy! They care about the whole person and work with you to get you back to your best self! Beth and her staff are friendly, extremely knowledgable and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff at PT Solutions! Started PT here after having ACL surgery back in August. Beth is amazing! She talked me through my whole recovery and helped me reach my goals. 6 months out, and I feel back to normal! All the staff here is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Absolutely recommend PT Solutions.

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience with physical therapy and I can’t emphasize enough how much of a positive experience it has been. It is very clean and in a convenient location right by the AMC theatre. All the support staff and physical therapists are very courteous, knowledgeable, organized and professional. Beth Nelson, PT has worked wonders on my shoulder. I can’t believe how quickly I have progressed in such a short period of time. She listens well to my needs and has worked closely with me to get me to my goals. If you’re looking for PT, I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Beth Nelson at PT Solutions works magic! I dislocated my shoulder and was back to full strength in the gym within a month. She is a hands on therapist that also practices dry needling. I had never experienced dry needling, but do believe it helped with the quick recovery. The staff is kind, facility is clean and scheduling appointments was flexible and accommodating. Go see Beth! :)

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery early 2019 went through a complete rehab with a different physical therapy company. shoulder was good until I started using it again physically this issues started June of 2020. Range of motion decreased and pain increased so I went to PT Solutions to see if they could work the issues out so I could continue the path I started. Beth was able to get my range of motion back on track quickly utilizing many different stretches and exercises. This along with the physical stretching of the joint reduced the pain so that I could push myself a little harder. The therapist and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, they listened to what my problems were and because of this they were able to target my problems. Highly Recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PT Solutions in Naperville since March 2017 and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my therapy care. I have been lucky enough to work with Beth Nelson who has transformed my back to feeling good again! I have severe back and neck problems and have been in pain for 10+ years, but since seeing Beth I can workout, do housework, enjoy my life and not be in pain. She is always cognizant of my pain level knowing if it ranging from a pain level of 2 up to 10+ and makes sure that she tailors my therapy each time I am there for what I need depending on how I am feeling. Not only if she a phenomenal physical therapist, but she is a great friend to have. She cares about not on my physical being, but my mental and emotional well being as well. I thought so highly of her that when my husband started having back pain I brought him right on in and she has been working with him as well and he is on the mend! At PT solutions you will find that all of their staff are kind, caring and wonderful people. They work with your schedule to fit you in and are extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend visiting PT Solutions of Naperville!
