Positive experience: Pat's nice. Environment is very casual which can be relaxing too. It's great that you don't need a doctor's referral to get an appointment. I had symptoms for ulnar tunnel that came and went that he helped treat. Waiting for a doctor's referral would have costed me unnecessary time and money since I knew exactly what the issue was. It didn't go away completely but mine is multi-faceted and also due to posture which takes months to really fix if you've had bad posture your whole life. However whenever it comes back I start doing my exercises again and now focus on improving my posture every day.

Fantastic experience: Great place for individualized treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. P. Chapman is an expert in his field with decades of clinical experience. He does not over treat and will give you ways to self treat to maintain your gains. Staff is very helpful and pleasant when scheduling and setting up treatments

Fantastic experience: Pat has the best hands. He knows exactly what is needed to fix my neck. Better yet, he admits what he can't fix and doesn't waste your time. I see Pat about every 3 years and only let him work out my disk issues. It keeps me from going under the knife. Very personalized attention. Don't know what the other woman is talking about with billing. I walk in expecting to pay each time, and they say they bill after the insurance does their thing.

Fantastic experience: I loved Pat. The owner. He is very compassionate, competent and worked with others in his network to make sure he was doing what was right for me. I had a very complicated case. I've seen a number of PT's for the same issue and Pat gave me the most relief.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to SRI(Pat) by my surgeon with a glowing recommendation. Since being treated I have seen both Pat and Rick and they compliment each other very well. Very knowledgeable, polite, and they always go above and beyond for me. As an honest opinion, one would be silly to go anywhere else if you're in the area. After all, I'm really keeping them honest with my difficult injury.

Negative experience: I went to SRI today and was so offend by the way the front desk person handled the billing and insurance. She wanted me to pay them my remaining deductible for the year, before I ever received an EOB from my insurance company or a bill from SRI showing contracted rates with my PPO. So offended when she said & I quote " We have to make sure you are going to pay your bill." I don't know how you can have any clients when you treat people like this and mishandle insurance billing in such a way. I would never recommend this company to anyone again. It's a shame, because I was a previous client and by the way, my bill was paid in full. I will take my prescription to M&M or another PT company. There are a lot of choices.
