Athletico Physical Therapy - Naperville Route 59

Fantastic experience: The therapists are excellent and provide great one on one manual care! Everyone is very friendly & helpful, always willing to accommodate your schedule and needs. Camilla at the front desk is amazing, as is the manager Brad and therapist’s Kristen & Lisa!!! I don’t know all of the employees names yet but I haven’t met one that hasn’t been overly friendly!! I have been to several other therapy centers and this one is by far “THE BEST”!!

Fantastic experience: Lisa and all the staff at Athletico Naperville South are wonderful. They helped my teen with a foot injury. He healed much faster then it was healing without. She got him back on the field healed! She also is helping my other son recover from a bad concussion/whiplash and other injuries from a bad car accident. We really trust Lisa and the staff.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent recovery for my hamstring tear with my PT, Kristin, at this Athletico. She was very good at tracking my progress, relieving pain, and giving me a detailed recovery plan for me to work out at home. Now I am finished with plenty of workouts and stretches to continue my strength training and injury prevention.

Fantastic experience: Took advantage of Athletico's "free injury screening" policy and headed to the Naperville South (next to Dominick's on RT59) Athletico clinic. I was treated by the manager of the clinic, Brad Perry DPT, and the experience was nothing less than AWESOME ! Brad diagnosed my injury, explained what exactly was causing my pain" He then supplied me with a graphical list of prescribed stretches and a "plan of attack" to get me back to normal. Can't say enough about the attention I received........AT NO CHARGE! Feeling better already...THANKS BRAD!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with my therapist Brad at the Route 59 location. Every visit he tries to understand how my day to day activities progressed and limitations by my ankle and accordingly adjusts the therapy session which is encouraging for me. When I mentioned I was very concerned about my upcoming trip and how I would manage, he had great suggestions on how I could continue with my icing/heating routines and could use an ankle brace to ease off the pressure. I was a little skeptical if the brace would work as it appeared a flimsy device. I was wrong and that was the miracle - the usual pain after walking and being on feet all day was totally minimized, every morning I could put my foot down without limping and I had no problems on my trip. Thanks to Brad for being a caring therapist. Appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: If you need some stellar rehab this is the place to go. I tore my acl and upon arrival I was up on my feet in less then a week! All the physical therapists here go above and beyond to rehab your injury and make your overall enjoy your experience.

Positive experience: My therapist was great answered all my questions and helped me get back to as close to 100% as possible. But during FCE i injured my back and this is the second time with Athletico i have gotten injured during therapy. My therapists have been great but being injured 2 times while working to get back from injuries is heartbreaking and this last time was devastating!

The issue that I went in for, which was lingering around for about an year, is also resolved to my satisfaction! Highly recommended if you are looking for PT.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy located in south Naperville – Route 59. I visited this clinic for approximately 2 ½ months as I was experiencing severe knee pain. After a few weeks of not really seeing much improvement, my therapist suggested a follow-up appointment with an orthopedic doctor. I’m so happy he made the suggestion because the orthopedic was able to determine the true origin of my pain which wasn’t me knee at all but my hamstring. A couple of weeks after receiving the correct diagnosis, I had a noticeable improvement in the area and slowly began my usual activities. After I completed my entire treatment, I felt the best I had in the last couple of years and my only regret was that I didn't seriously consider physical therapy sooner! My therapist, Brad, was AWESOME in terms of bedside manner and knowledge. It was he who suggested I get a second opinion on my pain and it made all the difference in my treatment plan and therapy. When I wasn’t working directly with Brad, I worked with Annie. She is an amazing young lady who was equally awesome and always up to date on my file. I can’t complete this review without talking about Camilla. She’s at the front desk and was always so helpful and easy to work with if I needed to change my appointment last minute or decipher billing with the insurance company. Honestly, everyone at this location (Brad and Michelle, et.al) are very much patient-centric and will immediately respond to patient needs. Overall, I had nothing short of a very positive experience and am 1,000% satisfied with the final outcome of my hamstring injury and now have no limitations in my activities. If you are in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend you visit this location and meet this incredibly talented team!

Fantastic experience: I see Michelle Gertsen at Athletico on Rt 59 in Naperville for problem related to my TMJ. She is knowledgeable, courteous and explains what she is doing. She takes the time to discuss my treatment and does not make me feel rushed. I've very glad I was told to see Michelle as she has helped my symptoms a lot. I recommend anyone who has TMJ to go see Michelle.

From the smile at the front desk to the caring encouragement and knowledge Brad Perry provided during my pt I have been extremely satisfied with my experience. It’s very comforting to go through the pt process with an establishment that makes you feel heard and understood. I would not hesitate to return if the need arises. It’s a very comfortable and upbeat environment in which to rehab.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding therapy and care here from Brad and the whole Athletico team! Needing intense PT for recovery from knee surgery, they were immediately responsive and available from the outset post-surgery. No doubt at all the skill and expertise of my therapist to provide and continually adapt the rehab/exercises contributed to my ability to regain normal functioning and activity level!! Convenient and flexible scheduling and great location also helped make it so easy to stick with the 3x then 2x weekly schedule.

I have been to many therapists over the years for various treatments but this has been by far the best for recovery and progress for post surgery and pain. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend brad or Lisa. Have been to this location several times including concussions, hip, and knee issues. Consistently the pain has either completely gone away or nearly almost gone away and the therapists were very attentive, helpful, and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Very caring, professional and friendly staff that is well tuned to your ailments and needs. Well run operation that handles insurance related paperwork without hassle. I have used them for shoulder and back therapy for the last 10 months and would highly recommend them. And the Saturday hours definitely help.

Fantastic experience: I saw physical therapist Lisa Pac after both of my bunion surgeries this year, one foot in July and the second in October. Her skills and use of Graston helped accelerate my healing so that I could get both surgeries done this year (I have a huge deductible and met that after the first surgery). I worked specifically with Lisa every visit, 3 times a week, which was important to me. I would definitely recommend Lisa for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Brad communicated all steps of my therapy. He answered all questions I had regarding my recovery and at home therapy. Appointment availability worked with my schedule. All insurance and billing was handled perfectly. I would highly recommend Brad and this location for PT.

The staff here is great -scheduling appointments is very easy, and the therapists are friendly, professional, caring and hard working. Facility manager and therapist, Brad Perry is just great.
