Impact Physical Therapy - Naperville

Fantastic experience: Was so appreciative that IMPACT got me in on an emergency call even as a new patient. Janelle was excellent testing me to help figure out my issue. ( even staying overtime) Started some deep massage for my scoliosis. Hoping this will help with my nerve pain. Returning for appts this next week.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Karin at Impact Physical Therapy for all of your pelvic floor needs! She is so knowledgeable in all areas of pelvic floor health. And she works with you to get you back to the activities you love doing! I initially started pelvic floor PT somewhere else and switched to Karin when I wasn’t seeing improvements at the other place.

Fantastic experience: Karin Bertulis literally changed my life. Her specialized certification in women’s health issues made my progress remarkable. The Pilates/yoga hybrid she employs for at-home exercises targeted my symptoms perfectly. She’s a wealth of information and insight & I can’t thank her enough.

I felt better after my first visit with Chris Harter, my P.T., than I did after 4 different doctors and specialists had met with me. I felt heard and informed about my knee. The vibe there is so uplifting and welcoming. I highly recommend IMPACT!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the BEST place for Physical Therapy. I had Physical Therapy done at this location for 3 months. From the moment I walked into the door, to the time my session was done the experience was amazing. Everyone there knows you by name. They listen to my concerns and they genuinely care about you as an individual. My physical therapy treatment made huge improvements in my daily life. The atmosphere is also so welcoming and friendly. The Physical Therapist were so professional and kind. I’m so glad I had such a great success there. Everyone should run a business like Bill, who manages this location. Top notch.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been to Impact for two different types of sports related injuries. The staff and PT's are accommodating with flexible schedules, knowledgeable and kind, she enjoys going to each appointment and talks about how fun and nice everyone is there. Her recovery has been smooth and each visit is productive. We can't say enough good things about Impact, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience rehabbing at Impact and was able to get back to my daily activities with their help! I tore my ACL playing D3 lacrosse and spent 9 months doing PT at the Naperville Impact clinic. The PTs and the staff at Impact are professional, kind, and supportive and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Without either doubt or hesitation, I can confidently give this clinic my highest praise. Over the course of decades attempting to be an endurance athlete, I have done physical therapy in the past at multiple clinics. My recent 5 months at Impact, following a revision knee replacement, has been the most successful, effective, and comprehensive. All staff members whom I have encountered have been helpful, effective and supportive. Of note is the experience I have had with RN Kristie and PT Dr. Bill. The compassion, support, empathy and at times, push have led to progress, strength, flexibility and exemplary healing. This has been a phenomenal healing experience!

Nicole was fantastic to work with and created a comprehensive home plan that was easy to follow coupled with an online component that supplemented the exercises taught during the session. Fantastic experience: My physical therapy is a complicated one with several complications. Therapist Liz Yerly has been amazingly helpful in identifying and isolating the factors causing the issues. Liz is trained in therapeutic modalities that are very effective, safe and have a quick response time. The staff is professional, very knowledgeable, the clinic is clean, spacious and well lit with natural light.

Fantastic experience: Bill and the Impact staff have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I came in as a college baseball player with a tear in my labrum not knowing what the rest of my pitching career would look like. Bill and the Impact staff have saved my athletic career and because of the work he did for me I am now able to throw with zero pain in my shoulder. This is not your typical PT that you will find at an Athletico or any other place. They care about the patients and want to see them succeed through hard work. I would spend way more than an hour there just because being around the staff is so enjoyable. A thank you is not enough for everything they have done for me at this location and Bill will be the first one I go to with any future issues that I may have. Anybody reading reviews trying to decide who to go to for PT put the computer down and call Bill Peterson you will not regret any of it. Bill and all the staff there I thank you for everything! This is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I met Bill Peterson five years ago for physical therapy (I'm 74 and had three back surgeries) and when he moved to Impact in Hinsdale I went with him (I live in Naperville). I think that says everything you need to know about how good this man is at his job. That's why I asked him to help me now with a balance issue. He's worth following.
