She gave me so much hope and amazing progress during such a scary and debilitating event I had after childbirth. I am so thankful for her help and expertise throughout my recovery allowing me to return to work and enjoy memorable moments with my family again.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to PT before but came across prolete when I was training for a marathon and having some chronic pain issues. I was paired with Brian and the care and customization made my first PT experience extremely successful. When I then later suffered an (unrelated) trauma injury that led to surgery, Brian, Lindsay, and Kaitlyn were in my corner 3xs a week for months getting me back in shape and ready to train again. They always were positive and friendly and really seem to care about their patients and each individual case. I’d highly recommend this team for any athletic related injury.

Fantastic experience: As a former college athlete, tearing my ACL in a recreational kickball league in August 2023 was humbling. I had surgery in September 2024 and went to another practice for post-operative physical therapy. Working with several physical therapists there, I slowly got my range of motion back and just begun a jogging progression when I was “discharged” in March 2024. I was apprehensive of my ability to participate fully and safely in the activities that I enjoy and nervous I’d have to figure out how to recover on my own or pay out of pocket for a personal trainer. Thankfully, my surgeon recommended Prolete, and I was able to be seen for an intake almost immediately! Without exaggeration, meeting Dr. Brian changed the trajectory and speed of the “return to sport” phase of my recovery completely. He had just finished a detailed three phase “ACL prevention” and return to sport program with instructional videos that let me manage and control my progress between sessions. Dr. Brian expertly managed my care and visits, and within five months I was “fully cleared” and feel very confident in my knee. Many thanks to Dr. Brian, Mike, Tracy and the other staff at Prolete for their professionalism, guidance, support and laughs! I cannot recommend Prolete enough.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Marie during my pregnancy and postpartum period. She was extremely knowledgeable about pelvic floor health and explained everything to me thoroughly. She was very compassionate and supportive throughout the entire experience. Our treatment sessions helped me to feel more prepared for childbirth, and with her care and guidance I was able to return to exercise and running afterwards with no issues. I can not thank her and the Prolete team enough!

When I started working with Brian last March, my knee was in bad shape, coming from a less-than-ideal experience with a previous physical therapist attempting to help heal my ACL injury. Fantastic experience: My nearly 5 month PT experience with Prolete has been VERY positive. Brian Perrier came highly recommended and I am so grateful to him for his encouragement, guidance and expertise. I have been able to resume all of my normal activities (with caution) after a serious kneecap fracture, and I highly recommend their entire team of of therapists and other helpers with whom I worked.. I am sending a special shout out to Lindsey and Melissa as well.

Fantastic experience: I have always been in good hands with the Doctors at Prolete. They take the time to clearly assess the issue and then have a step-wise plan to achieve my goals. Dr. CJ Luth was fantastic: very hands on with Graston and Dry-needling. The Milford location also has an Alter G treadmill. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Marie is absolutely wonderful at knowing exactly what my back (upper and lower) needs to relieve my various issues. I have been a patient off and on for many years and she always gets me back on track with appropriate stretches etc to get me pain free.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Prolete inWoodbridge was 100% positive. Compared to other physical therapy businesses which I've used, Prolete is completely different: more hands-on, more individual attention, and most importantly correct diagnosis of problem. After about 12 sessions, a shoulder problem I'd had for many years is almost completely gone (a little age related arthritis still remains.) I now have so much more strength, mobility and flexibility. Thank you Prolete!
