OSC Physical Therapy Center

Negative experience: Walked in to get paperwork for my niece for school front desk office staff was very rude and ghetto. My motto is, if you do not want to work, please don’t be in the medical field.

Fantastic experience: The people here are very welcoming, very professional, and have helped me tremendously after a shoulder replacement and a neck surgery, I wish to Personally thank Jennifer Booth for her hard work and dedication to her patients, a very caring person who I'm lucky to have as my therapist. Fantastic experience: My experience with this office has been great. Everyone on the staff is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Physical Therapists and doctors listens to my concerns and address them by explaining why and what can be done. They have been very thorough and attentive to my problem area. They will adjust your PT program as needed and as you continue to improve. I will come to this office when needed in the future for all my therapy needs. I recommend this PT office for all your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jenny Andrus in pain management is awesome! I’ve had quite a few procedures done by her and everything went so smooth. She really knows what she’s doing and you’re in really good hands with her as your doctor. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: If you have all the time in the world, then by all means, come here. But if you're like many working adults, you probably have to take time off to attend these appointments. OSC has zero concern about that. Not only will you wait, and by God you'll wait, for an hour+ in the waiting room, but you'll never receive an apology, update, or explanation as to why your appointment was so delayed. My appointment today was the final straw. This place has consistently made me wait in the past for 45 minutes to an hour before being seen. Today, I waited for an HOUR AND A HALF before I just decided to just leave. I spoke to the receptionist several times about how long it was taking. I saw the room clear, fill up again, and clear again before I decided to leave. Not once did anyone come out and offer any sort of reason why I have not been seen yet. If I stuck around, more than likely I would've been at OSC for 2 hours+....for a follow-up appointment. But no, I decided to salvage whatever workday I still had left as I didn't want to take any more of a pay hit than I did for sitting in the lobby all day. I will be recommending to my family practice to stop sending people here. I'm sure most of us have better things to do than sitting around in a waiting room all day with no/slow internet, a coffee machine that has been broken for 3 years, and doctors who will get around to seeing you within the next two business days....while you wait. No thanks!

Fantastic experience: My deepest thanks and appreciation for the wonderful help and encouragement I received following total knee replacement surgery. Specifically, thanks to Jonathan, Jamie, and CJ for their expertise and patience .

Fantastic experience: I think I have found one of the best places to go for Physical Therapy, Dr Jamie Swale DPT has been taking care of my Feet for years (5 surgeries all together) and her LPTA Cait Johnston is my new BFF (even though she makes me scream ). Nice wrap job! I think. No pain no gain.

Negative experience: Up until today I have had a really good experience with OSC. I made my follow up appointment for 0930 and arrived early. I have been waiting to be called back for almost an hour when I arrived early for my appointment. I have watched over half of the waiting room already get called back and most of them arrived after me. When I went to the desk to see if my name had been missed I was completely dismissed by the girl working the #3 cubicle. This is ridiculous. What's the point making an appointment if the doctor's office can't honor your appointment time. If I didn't need this appointment to be released back to work I would just leave but after having back surgery I need to see my doctor. I have another appointment at 11:00 and figured since my appointment was scheduled for 0930 I would have no problem making that appointment time. This is ridiculous and the OSC staff needs to do better.

Fantastic experience: I need to say how wonderful I think Dr Toothaker and his crew (Johnathan, Josh, and Matt) are. I have been struggling with back problems, and they have been so caring, considerate, and fun. They also listen to me ( which doesn't happen in most doctor's offices anymore) . I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found this crew. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you need physical therapy, this is the only place you should go!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: After being sidelined with an onset of severe sciatica, Dr. Carlson, sent me to physical therapy. I found it hard to believe PT could actually be beneficial for this particular issue, but I had to try. I met with Dr. Tom Toothaker and took his advice, "Trust the process, we will get you better." They did not let me down. I cannot overstate how outstanding these people are! Weekly, I worked with Fred, who was always upbeat, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Within a very short two weeks, I had enormous relief. I had my life back. More than any pill or shot, physical therapy made a HUGE difference in my pain management, and getting me back to normal, and it's because of the incredible staff at this facility. If you have a problem that requires PT, I highly recommend OSC Physical Therapy. They are outstanding in every way. Thank you, Fred, Thank you, Dr. Tom!

Fantastic experience: I started going here in August after I had a microdiscectomy in June. I was having pain in my lower back and right leg and so far, my therapist, Josh, has been AMAZING. The exercises and stretches he is having me do sometimes suck but they're definitely helping me. I'm getting better range of motion and have less pain. Josh is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable and welcome.

Fantastic experience: I had an unfortunate event happen to me back in March that caused a tear in my right ACL. I was extremely discouraged for a long time but Dr. Toothaker and his team has made this one of the greatest learning experience for me. Dr. Toothaker has made an extreme impact on me and has encouraged me to set small term goals for myself as I prepare for surgery and the recovery afterwards. Physical therapy has been the highlight of my weeks because the entire team is so knowledgable and so encouraging. It is the best environment to be in. 10/10 recommend this center to anyone looking to get physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here with knee rehabilitation after a surgery. I saw both Tom Toothaker and Josh Hancock, and thought both did an excellent job. They adjusted the course of treatment as needed, and I finished up therapy feeling way more able and confident than when I began. The staff here is professional, friendly, and does not keep you waiting. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have had physical therapy in the past. It was not effective in any shape...form...or fashion. I was really cynical in reference to giving OSC PT a chance. I was definitely dead wrong. My pain level...initially...was a 10. I am proud to disclose that today...it’s a 1. I found the staff to be friendly...knowledgeable...and genuinely concerned about me... my ailment...and my progress. Thank you OSC PT!!!
