Pinnacle Hand Therapy

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but positive experiences with Pinnacle. The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows. I went in not knowing what to expect, but any expectation I may have had was far exceeded. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I showed up for my first appointment only to be greeted by a front desk admin lady demanding I wear a mask. The entire country has pretty much given up the mask mandates at this point including every medical facility I have been in the last 6 months. A place with that level of incompetence isn't touching me or getting a single penny from me. I promptly told them I will not be needing their service and walked out.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly and I had a very pleasant experience with each visit.

Negative experience: Dr. Ross was very mean to me, she yelled at me bc I got physically sick in the office after asking me to stay when I told her I was I'll, most unprofessional physical therapy I have ever seen, 3 months off this place and every time I came in they made me hurt worst waist of my life attending this place.

Fantastic experience: Excellent ...professional therapy . Dr. Ross and her qualified team of therapists made every visit a pleasure. I always felt better after leaving therapy for my hand. Their care and knowledge was evident in their daily routine. Patients were always in good spirits when I was there. Therapists were kind and caring...and for that im grateful. ❤

Fantastic experience: I'M SENDING THIS REVIEW FOR MY MOTHER VIOLA SWINTON. SHE'S BEEN COMING THERE ON A DAILY BASIS FOR FOOT WRAPS. SHE SAYS DR. ROSS IS A GREAT DOCTOR. SHE ALSO SPOKE VERY HIGHLY OF A NURSE NAMED BREEZE. SHE SAYS SHE WAS GREATED EACH AND EVERYDAY BY THE MOST FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. DANIELLE AND SHARDAC WERE FABULOUS TO HER AND HER HUSBAND. SHIRLEY THE SECRETARY WAS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND KIND TO MY MOTHER. THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER AT THIS FACILITY. GREAT JOB!!!

Fantastic experience: If you ever need therapy on your hand or wrist THIS is the place to be!! Dr. Ross & her team are awesome! My broken wrist could hardly bend at all , but you should see it now! Breeze & all the rest really know what they're doing! Everyone is very nice & friendly, will definitely miss them!
