Fantastic experience: Hands down the best physical therapy service! I cannot begin to express my gratitude to everyone there that has helped me with my recovery. Special thanks to my physical therapist, Johnny Pryce, who is not only professional and very knowledgeable, but he is also very passionate about developing the best treatment plan to ensure his patients obtain a full recovery. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for him and wouldn't be where I am in my healing journey if it wasn't for Johnny and the staff at Pivot!

Fantastic experience: I am overjoyed my orthopedic doctor sent me here. I am especially excited and thankful to Johnny Pryce. He is the physical therapist who works with me. He is very personable and kind, but more than that he listens to his patients and develops a healing strategy for his patients needs. I give Johnny Pryce a 10.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with Pivet therapy, after years of regular PT with no real chance in my mobility, I’ve been at Pivet for four months doing the pool PT, and I even have dates with no to little pain. I don’t remember the last time I was with so little pain.

Fantastic experience: My PT (Mary Elizabeth) and Morgan is attentive...checks on me to see how I'm feeiing - talks to me about what our next steps are and makes me feel like I'm the only patient at the facility. Additionally, Deb, Xena and I cannot remember the other rep's name :-( but during aquatic therapy, they're are very friendly and professional. Kudos to the entire team!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic facility! I live in Smithfield and drive the extra way to this property because of the extra-ordinary care. I had knee replacement with a little extra work done on the joint. Mike is second to none! His expert PT knowledge got me back on my feet. I’ve just had my first of two hip replacements. Their care is outstanding. JoJo is also quite knowledgeable and a fantastic therapist. The facility is up-beat, encouraging and top notch. The support staff is always on top of things. The team is well managed and work so very well together. If you are looking for the best physical therapy property in Hampton Roads, look no further. This is the place.

The staff assisting me are friendly attentive and caring people who "know their stuff." My gratitude for this recovery rests with MaryElizabeth and the team of Melissa, Kalle and Morgan. From the beginning MaryElizabeth's positive outlook gave me the assurance she and the team were dedicated to improving my condition. They established a welcoming, relaxing environment and we're never too busy to discuss or explain treatments and progress. Fantastic experience: I have visited this location several times in the last four years for different issues. Each time I had Chris Marchand as my therapist. Chris is both personable and professional, with a vast knowledge of physical therapy techniques and exercises. He was particularly helpful to me after my hip replacement. I find in the Pivot J. Clyde Morris location, the entire staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. I always left feeling better than when I walked in.

I have been a patient of Steve's for about 25 years, each time for a different issue. Fantastic experience: Pivot is AMAZING! I highly recommend this location for your physical therapy needs. After hip surgery for a labral tear in 2018, Pivot helped me fully recover and get back to my normal level of activities, including running and Spartan Races. I continue to seek treatment at Pivot for minor injuries that pop up because their level of care is excellent! Michael Satterley is the best! Mike is so knowledgeable and listens to your concerns, then creates a treatment plan that with your goals in mind. As a whole, the staff is polite, helpful, and works to create a welcoming environment for their patients. The location is well maintained and all current safety mitigations are followed to a tee. I would not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: In 2015, I had bi-lateral knee replacement. I went to this particular Pivot Physical Therapy location because (1) it was recommended and (2) they have aquatic therapy which I needed. In early 2020, I tore my rotator cuff and was back at Pivot for therapy for my shoulder. In October 2020, I re-tore my rotator cuff and shredded my bicep muscle. So, I'm back at Pivot getting excellent care from their staff. Steve Howell, his team, and Mary Elizabeth Warhol and her team are taking excellent care of me. This will be a long haul but we'll get through it. I would recommend anyone go to this facility if you want expert care and a client-developed plan.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend PIVOT at J.Clyde Blvd. location for all your Physical Therapy needs. Matt & Mike took great care & interest in my rotator cuff surgery recovery with an excellent exercise program. They got me back to a point where I can begin playing the game I love - Golf! So the Place-to-Go for rehabilitation is PIVOT w/their well qualified and very friendly staff. You’ll be glad you did!!

Fantastic experience: What an exceptional group to return to in helping me with my second post-opt rehab. From the front desk, to where all the action takes place, everyone is helpful and encouraging. My right TKR was much more challenging than the left. My PT, Mary Elizabeth, heard the frustration in my voice and saw the pain in my eyes as I shared my discomfort. With her therapy, and me doing my part, over time my pain decreased, sleeping through the night is better, and my energy is coming back, improving my quality of life. I see and feel the difference everyday. Thanks PIVOT!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is truly the best in the area. Staff are all well trained and super friendly. And if you've been to PT before and never saw an actual PT, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The PTs are hands on and interact with you every visit. Matt is my PT, is absolutely amazing and I have gotten hands on care every single visit. Avoiding surgery for my torn rotator cuff and returning my mobility so I could perform daily activities was my goal. Within just a few months, the improvement with Matt's care and work has returned me to 80% normal.

The staff are very friendly, attentive to my needs, and knowledgeable to my physical therapy and exercise regiment. The equipment is modern and the facility is always clean. Fantastic experience: Why I'm qualified to give 5 stars: I've had two hip replacements, one hip revision and a reverse shoulder replacement. Now I''m undergoing therapy for ruptured quad tendons.This facility is the best I've seen. The team is outstanding; the facility is outstanding. The only other word to describe it is superb. Don't go anywhere else.
