Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? EVERYONE there is so kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Phyllis R. Ross is so knowledgeable and always ready to help. Shirley, at the front desk is a gem and so sweet and helpful. The therapists are so kind, gentle and obviously well trained. They all treat you like family. I can't say enough good things about Tyra, Danielle and Ann. They are all sweet, friendly and even funny, making you laugh. All in all, this is a great place with good people who help you get better. I recommend them to everyone !!

I am in awe that Dr. Ross knows personally the name of every patient receiving therapy and doesn’t hesitate to introduce everyone to each other. Dr. Ross also is very much aware of the needs of those served, their area of focus, the data related to progress and engages in ongoing conversation with the patient. In addition to Dr. Ross, her staff is amazing. The warm welcome starts with Ms. Shirley at the front desk. Once entering the place of therapy you are served well by professionals to include Tyra, Morgan, Ann and Danielle who demonstrate excellence in their craft at every level. Fantastic experience: Literally the best Doctor I’ve ever had! Dr. Ross speaks to everyone by name and makes sure everyone is most comfortable. But the excellent service starts at the front desk with Ms. Shirley ! It’s like a family away from home , literally the best.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! The staff is very caring and friendly. They make going to your appointment relaxing and enjoyable- even when some of the therapy is difficult. I would suggest that anyone with a hand, arm, or elbow issue go to them.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed Dr. Ross and her staff. Everybody was so friendly and caring. You got to meet the other patients. They took good care of me. I wish they had an in Williamsburg because I would have went to them again for my second hand surgery as well but I couldn’t drive that far from he first time I had a driver.
