Negative experience: I hope and pray they get a new office manager soon because the one that they have there does not know how to communicate professionally my experience here was on my first day and it was not pleasant the physical therapist was very nice the general manager was very nice and the one receptionist was nice but the office manager was not I have some more appointments and I hope that these appointments will be pleasant if not I will discontinue returning here for my treatment sadly to say I was in a great mood today and with the few seconds someone can turn your beautiful day into a thunderstorm without any warning ☹️ this is coming from a person who has multiple health issues to have to go to a physical therapy appointment and to be talked to very unprofessionally about the paperwork that should have been prepared before seeing the physical therapist this is just my opinion and I hope it doesn't happen again to me Im going continue to be pleasant to people the way aspect them to be pleasant to me I pray for sunshiny days because of my health conditions and when I go into a doctor's office I like to smile and be pleasant I do not like to be confronted with people that are just frustrated or angry that's not a good environment at all for patients.

Fantastic experience: Matt and Chris along with the rest of the staff here are top notch, they went above and beyond the call of duty, I'm glad I choose this location for my therapy.

Negative experience: I do not care for this facility…they were constantly rescheduling my husband and I due to staffing turnover and their staff & patient illness policy. I then tried to cancel an appointment because I had just gone to urgent care for a UTI and happened to also have an allergic cough…they heard the cough told me I had to quarantine for 10 days and cancelled my appointments. I asked if I could get a Covid test and they said no go. I switched to Select PT, and found out In Motion therapists missed diagnosing a pinched nerve that was also contributing to my issue!

Fantastic experience: Very good Physical Therapist s. I have had 4 different ones and all were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies who do the scheduling and answer the phone are so nice, patient and understanding. Thank you

Fantastic experience: The therapist there work with you, and are very kind. But understand. It is a 80\20 relationship. You have to do the 80. It's your body that needs the work. If you plan to get better, then use their advice and exercises. It will work!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding facility! Jenny, my physical therapist is a fabulous clinician. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about how to approach my injury. She set realistic goals and provided exceptional care throughout my many weeks of care. Clear explanations and education allowed me to easily comply with at-home assignments. Appointments were convenient. Facility is unbelievably clean. There was someone always disinfecting equipment, hand washing, etc. if I ever need PT, this is the place and Jenny is the therapist!
