Fantastic experience: LAURA has done a wonderful job rehabilitating my left wrist. I saw her after my VCU surgeon did a second surgery to correct the first surgery done in LA. The wrist was a mess prior to second surgery. Laura was very professional in rehabing my wrist. It was a difficult job following the first mistakes made. I thank her for all the attention and hard work she offered me to make my wrist well again.

Fantastic experience: Pivot PT in Williamsburg, Va was a pleasant experience for me. I was 9 days post op from having bilateral carpal tunnel surgery & I was assisted with filling out paperwork as it was hard to hold a pen. The therapist, Tom, was very patient as he took care of my surgical wounds & showed me how to exercise my hands to gain mobility. I did not feel, at all, as though I was plucking their nerves by my pure existence like I have at other medical places. 5 stars & above!

Fantastic experience: I don't have a lot of PT experience, I have recently been going to the good folks here and have nothing but good things to say. For me having patient, friendly folks were very appreciated after a traumatic injury set me back. There is a lot on offer at this facility but I would def recommend checking them out.

Fantastic experience: After my wife took the 4 week balance therapy she went from falling over and over again and severally injuring herself to having the equilibrium of a 40 year old. As a result of bouncing off just about everything in the house I have been taking this balance therapy already for 2 weeks and gaining something similar to balance. with another 2 weeks of therapy I hope to have normal equilibrium and I am 85 years old.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pivot for close to 2 years for various types of therapy. The staff consistently is professional, caring, and always understanding. I appreciate the fact they are punctual, I have never waiting to be seen. The staff is friendly which makes the time spent in therapy enjoyable. I highly recommend Pivot as the only place to receive physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I would give Laura Coleman, PT, DPT of Pivot Physical Therapy 10 stars if that was possible. The results speak for themselves. After hand surgery five years, I went to a different physical therapy company for follow up care. The results were less than my expectations. Could my recovery have been better? Yes! Three months ago, I had surgery on the other hand. The care I received from Laura was excellent. Her knowledge of my condition and how to treat my hand after surgery exceeded my expectations. Her methods were far superior as well. She was more than a therapist, she was a teacher and a coach. Recovering from hand surgery isn't easy and I had exercises to do, but I believe Laura's therapy is the reason why I can do anything with my right hand today. Many thanks to Laura and to all the wonderful staff at Pivot in Williamsburg.

Fantastic experience: Pivot was very professional with my injury. They took all the time and explained what they were doing. I felt like I was the only patient in the facility. After my visit I was told to make sure I rest my wrist several days before coming in for the second assessment. My second visit made it clear that x rays were required to see what is going on inside. After we get the results of my x rays I am positive Pivots staff will get me rehabbed.
