Positive experience: To tell you the truth I love coming to pace. I have met so many good people here. The dentist ladies are the best they are very kind and understanding. The medical assistant in the clinic at pace are awesome as well as the gym/therapy. The only complaint I have is how the aide’s are towards us. Some of them can be quite rude however it’s probably due to them being short staffed and overworked.

Negative experience: My experience has been not so good especially when it comes to my health. The food you all serve us is NASTY and Cold . Some of the aids are and can be disrespectful. You don't have enough aids to cover everybody. The breakfast is also NASTY and Cold.

Positive experience: I’m a family member of one of your participants. My mother has been attending the pace program since January 2024. When she first started attending pace she enjoyed it so much. But lately I do get a few complaints from her when she gets home. Such as breakfast being mediocre and cold most days. Lunch is pretty much the same complaint and not a lot of variety. One of the biggest complaints is not having access to something to drink throughout the day. I hear her say a lot she wishes they had a drink machine or pitchers to get something to drink during the day. Also I’ve visited the facility a few times and you all could stand to have more staff members specifically medical assistants. There are more participants than MAs.

Fantastic experience: Overall, PACE is a facility that provide my needs. I have become a representative of PACE. The staff is excellent. They are hard workers.

Negative experience: All of these aides need to slow down and take your time as you are dealing with the patrons.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to the daily. I am provided with breakfast and lunch. If there is something I do not want on the lunch menu, I have choices. I have made many friends and I do not regret joining this program.

Negative experience: Threatens the elderly if they want to leave and get home care services calling wavy tv 10 asap someone needs to know

Negative experience: It is a blessing InnovAge could not provide in home care for my mom. There idea of personal care was to give her a shower at the center once a week. I knew this was not the place for my mother and so did she. We were able to find an awesome adult day center as well as get in home care! Thank you InnovAge!
