Fantastic experience: I am a retired Physical Therapist and I had custom foot orthotics made by JR.Excellent care by therapist and the orthotics are well made and comfortable.I highly recommend this practice for orthotics , I have tried to get a pair made in a podiatrist office and an orthotics practice and have not been able to wear either pair .Office staff is also very helpful and friendly, as are all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I received a referral to Atlantic Physical Therapy to assist with therapy to strengthen my mobility. My appointment was immediate, the front desk staff was very respectful and professional. Doctor Matt Fiano assured me that I was in good hands, after months of scheduling, numerous exercises, I was discharged with healthier stability. Matt and Josh treated me with respect and stayed by my side to prevent me from falling (I'm a senior and l felt so blessed to have had these young men taking care of me). If you ever need therapy or you know of someone that does please give them a call, and when your visits are complete share your reviews.

Fantastic experience: I came to Atlantic Physical therapy for a sore knee and within 5 mins a pt knew I had torn my acl. After a MRI confirmation and surgery I began therapy with this amazing staff. The physical therapists and their aids are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and work with integrity! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left was a wonderful experience. My pts kept my program challenging and every week I saw dramatic improvements. I can't express enough how wonderful this staff was/is-they know everyone's name and make everyone feel at home. After my program was complete I left Atlantic Physical Therapy 100% better. They truly care about their patients. Thank you Atlantic Physical Therapy!

Negative experience: If Google would let me I would have just put no stars at all. Here is my problem with this company. I was told to come here through another healthcare provider telling me good things. But instead I reported back to them after my treatment and they were SHOCK on how the lack of quality this place is. If you want to get better do not come here. My injuries required experience and knowledgeable therapist instead my the therapist here would past your treatment to their techs which are people that do not have the specialized education. Some are interns that are wanting to be a therapist but again they haven't completed their entire training. So what is the problem with this picture? The techs do not know exactly what needs to be done only what their therapist tell them instead. So most of my treatment was done by someone that doesn't have much a clue on what modifications need to be done and what to do when this hurts or don't work. Another problem I found out with this company is there are multiple times that techs just wonder away from patients when they are supposed to be helping them instead they are on their phones texting or talking to other techs without any care. I have noticed some people hurt themselves because of lack of help from the techs. In my case did I improve very little instead the therapist said that doesn't make any sense why I was getting worst. Let me give you a HINT YOUR PEOPLE DO NOT HELP PATIENTS. Instead, I had to leave this place and find another therapist. Talking about an eye opener when another therapist asks me questions on what I was doing at my old therapist and I find out most of everything that was done WAS WRONG AND CAUSE ME MORE DAMAGE.... I talk to other patients and they said the same thing. ALL I CAN SAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOD FORSAKEN PLACE THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR WELL BEING AND QUALITY OF LIFE.​
